Today morning we went to Mcdonalds, we waited for a whole hour.. People who ordered before us and after us all got their food before us. After many other orders from people, our order was still not ready. We asked countless times about our order. The third time we asked about our order, the women came out and said that they were out of eggs. We asked the woman if our order was ready yet because we waited for an hour for breakfast already. The woman claimed that she was the manager and she was very ill-mannered. She told us that if we wanted to wait, we could wait, or she said that we can leave and are not welcomed back to this Mcdonalds. Not to just point out how disrespectful she was to us, but she was clearly racist too. The present workers never said a thing and ignored us when we were asking about our order. This manager also started cussing at us in front of my child. Even when this was not our problem she told us that we were not welcomed back. The lady before us also was having the same issue as us. She was also getting treated horribly. There were cameras present if you guys want to take a look for proof. If she is not going to get her deserved punishment, we can sue. read more

Stopped at the McDonalds at midnight. Waited 45 min to get our food and there was only 9 cars ahead of us. The food was ice cold. If it takes you 5 min per car the food should at least be hot. Do yourself a favor and go to taco bell across the street. read more

Don't come to this place past 10:00. I don't know if they have just forgot to update their hours or refuse too. For a couple weeks they have kept their lights on and seemed open too with a line but when you get to the window they just say they are closed. It's amazing how many times you can screw up an order. You would think I would have learned my lesson by now. With the pandemic going on I order through Doordash. It seems no matter what I order it is always messed up somehow. I guess they told them to stop putting condiments in the orders even the ones that are SUPPOSED to come with the order. Food was cold and unappetizing. Seems they don't cook food fresh anymore @ nite, they just serve the old food they have laying around if it matches the order. Food was lukewarm, came through about 9:25 and all doors were locked, when I pulled on it, an employee just grinned and shook their head at me. We needed a quick meal after church and the wait at other places was too long. There was no wait here and now I know why. We wanted breakfast and so I ordered the oatmeal and an Egg McMuffin, standard favorites of mine. But I was sorely disappointed. The oatmeal was lukewarm and the egg sandwich was almost cold. The service was extremely slow. After waiting quite a while for the food to come out, we still had to wait longer for syrup and utensils. One employee did bring us comp coupons because the service was so bad and it took so long. However the coupons are only good at this McDonalds and we will not be back to use them. I will give them credit for having the place clean and a decent play place for the kids. read more

If you happen to catch this McDonald's for breakfast, they do a fairly decent job, especially if you order something simple like an Egg McMuffin. You'll get it fresh and quick. So I'll give them props for that. What this place is lacking at other times is quality control. If you order at the drive-thru, you need to check your order carefully when they hand it to you. They get it wrong about 1 out of 4 times. Wrong drink. Wrong burger. Missing items. Wrong number of McNuggets. You get the idea. Forget about coming here much after midnight. Many times you'll sit at the drive-thru and wait 15 minutes for someone to come on the speaker only to tell you that they're not taking any orders. Huh?!? Then why are they even open? There are three McD's close to my house. Sad to say, this one is the worst of the three. It's unfortunate because, with its proximity to I-75, it could be a real gold mine. I knew this fast food , I was standing there for awhile before someone acknowledged me, they just kept doing whatever , not even said " I'll be right with you " in the meantime I just standing and so are other people behind me, finally I ordered the $6 meal deal with come with sandwich, small fries, small drink and apple pie, they were out of apple pie. Seemed confusing when I gave her the order, she wanted to charge me $8 and some change, I told her it was supposed to be only $6 and pointed to the advertising board. Horrible! I ordered a 2 for 3 and some cookies. When I tried out the fries they were so hard and dry they had no flavor even when that location had just renovated to better equipment! I know why this restaurant is bad, it's the GM. Last time I ordered here they put mustard on my sandwich, let it sit then wiped it off and gave it to me cold...I vomited on their counter bringing my food back. This time I vomited at my house, ordered 20+ of food including 2 souther style chicken sandwiched, there was some drama going on with police being called and I waited patiently....let me go back, when I ordered the chicken sandwiches the guy taking my money literally asked a manager if they had enough chicken for me, he said yes, when I get home one chicken patty is completely undercooked, and the other has a mcchicken patty....False advertising, charging someone money for something and giving them an inferior product, that is called Fraud. I decided to try to eat it and in the middle was a giant piece of ligament almost an inch long, I threw up. I have been back to McDonalds twice and just spoke to the GM who was not only rude but told me I needed a receipt I was not given, and that he can't even do refunds, some GM. I spoke with another manager and he confirmed they committed fraud by giving me a chicken patty but their only response is to call a number after I have already lodged a complaint with corporate, which the GM saw fit to tell me they aren't a corporate restaurant as if that makes them above the law....To the GM if you read this I will make sure that your name gets mentioned when this is resolved you are very unprofessional and I am sorry for you and your situation. Great remodel of the old store. Play area is great. A real improvement over the old one. A bigger seating area and lots of glass to see the kids area and not have to hear it if you don't want to. As far as they go this one is a good location. Friendly staff and consistent food. read more

Inedible - but even worse bad service! I'm Hatin' It! Multiple times this month food was terrible and I'm so used to their lack of customer service. But today I'm done with being told how to take my meal at this place. My favorite part of McDonalds is their fries which is usually a 50/50 experience. But still even partly bad I'm able to eat half of my meal and deal. Today bringing my meal home the fires looked like cardboard and had no form of heat. I could tell by their cardboard feel and taste that these had to be sitting there waiting for someone to be given a form of leftovers. Disappointed I decided I couldn't stomach any of this meal and was better off spending the time cooking freezer food. When calling to request a meal replacement for next day they only wanted to replace the fries even though I told them I wouldn't touch any of it. I was told to get a full meal replacement I would have to keep the entire meal and bring it in (24 hours later). I never ask for my money back but after multiple times of having poor food experiences in the past month and finally deciding this was the worst of them all, mainly the attitude I received on the phone....I've decided I will be taking my service elsewhere for a long time. Hopefully the people working at this location won't be there when this becomes a distant memory. McDonalds....sorry but you have a lot of competition out there....focus on having the right employees if you want to keep your customers. read more

ZERO STARS. This is the slowest drive-thru location of all time. I pulled into the drive-thru at 1:27am, 5 cars pulled out of line because they were done waiting and decided to abandon hope for their chicken nuggets, which meant only 3 cars were left ahead of me so I waited. Didn't not order until 1:46am, and the lady was completely incompetent as they have been on every past engagement, "busy" or not. Me: "10 piece chicken tenders only" Her: "what would you like to drink with that meal?" ‍ and that was just one part of my order. Fast forward to 2:01am and I've finally paid for my meal. After picking up my food, the entire experience start to finish took 40 minutes. There's a reason why fast food places such as Chick Fil A take precedent over Mcdonalds. Whereas Chick Fil A has quick, flawless, ACCURACY, Mcdonalds has become a 50/50 chance of 1) getting the order correct 2) it tasting decent. This location consistently gets the order wrong with the oatmeal always made differently every time, the unsweet tea I ordered almost always coming out sweet, and the customer service is off......Mcdonalds has lost all of my business. read more
