What an truly terrible McDonald's. The service is absolutely horrible. Food crammed into the wrong container, waiting 25 minutes to receive an order of chicken nuggets. I've sworn off this McDonald's before, and I must be stupid, because every 9 months or so I go back, and every time I go back I swear them off again. Don't even get me started on the poor food quality.. Do yourself a favor go ANYWHERE else but here. Yelp.. you need a choice for ZERO stars. read more

We live right down the street from this location, so when we want a milkshake it's our go to place. Unfortunately about 85% of the time they have "already shut down the ice cream machine". When it's hot out and your business is open 24/7 I'd think you'd pick a better time to clean it the darn machine, ugh! read more

Just had one of the worst McDonald's experiences ever. Had about 4 people return frozen hashbrowns; they tried to give my colleague a sandwich that had been handled by several other customers due to them calling out wrong order numbers; they left me standing there for at least 15 minutes, then gave me the wrong order when I finally asked for my food; when I returned the wrong order, they tried to give me another that had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes (claimed they had called the number, when I was standing there the whole time). It all seemed to revolve around a tall African American woman with an attitude. Won't be going there again!!! read more

Very upset at this location ... the service and staff has not been anything but unpleasing ... they forgot my food and gave us attitude at the drive through for a mistake they did.. I came home and half the meal was missing after I specifically asked them if all my order was in the bags... I kept calling when u got home and no one answered the phone ... my three boys had only fries to it and I am a very upset mom... this is so sad to see this place become such a disappointment... been coming here for over 8 years read more

I have to say, I am extremely surprised this franchise is still open. On that note, it is one of the 2 McDonalds that are open 24/7 in the Kennesaw/Marietta area. Changing my review because y'all told me you were closed for maintenance while handing other people food. I want to believe that you really are closed for maintenance but this isn't my first time being told that recently and I never used to have that problem here. For years this was my go to after work because it was by my house and open at 3am when I get home. But there's no way of knowing when they are actually open now so I have changed my review. The customer service here is so inconsistent it's very frustrating. Sometimes the food is good and comes out quickly other times they will just completely mess up my order and the food is cold or stale or you can tell the nuggets have been sitting in the warmer for way too long. read more

I have always given this Mcdonald's a chance but I won't come back again. Waited in the curbside for 20 minutes and no one came out. Figured they just didn't see our order so I went through the drive through and they told us to go back to curbside. We went back and waited another 5+ minutes and nothing. We then went inside to see where our order was and there no one was at the front counter. They yelled from the back and told us to order from the kiosk. After I told them we had a mobile order that we have been waiting for they said "sorry" and then started making our order. We waited another 10 minutes along with 4 other people in the restaurant all frustrated. I would understand if the drive through was packed but it was not. There were maybe 5 cars in the drive through and 4 people in the restaurant. I do not suggest going here ever. I wish I could give less than one star for the service I received today. read more

This location is a complete catastrophe. I waited at the drive through earlier tonight for 25 minutes. They are painfully slow and understaffed. The younger workers are polite and pleasant, which is incredible given the conditions they are dealing with. It seems to be a problem with the franchise owners- several of their locations are understaffed and slow. The whole point of McDonald's is standardization and efficiency. Somebody needs to Henry Ford that place- as it currently stands, the slowness is a true wonder to behold. read more

What can I say? I LOVE egg mcmuffins and so does my dog! I have found, however, that all egg mcmuffins are not created equal. Some are cooked too long and pretty dry. This McDonald's consistently has perfectly cooked mcmuffins that keep me coming back! read more

It says they're open 24/7 and lets be honest, they're not. They're customer service is great, but once again lets be honest, all McDonald's have this thing where you request that something be left off of an order an some how it still ends up on the order. This use to be a great McDonalds but customer service and food quality has declined. My family and I try not to purchase food from this location. They were slow today and we stop to get one cup of coffee. The cream or sugar requested was not added. The coffee was extremely old and dark. It had cooked. Beware of what you pay for before leaving their establishment. Patronize a location that will at least push the button to add sugar and or cream in your day old coffee. We stop drinking the sweet tea because it taste old. read more

If I could give a 1/2 star or NO stars I would - DO NOT VISIT THIS MCDONALDS! The staff is awful, the service is awful and if you use the drive thru forget it - you might not even get your food. I get it, it's McDonald's but it's never been this bad. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns. What I got was a bacon egg and cheese bagel smeared in some kind of mayonnaise (I'm assuming from another sandwich they were frantically making near the bagel) and a hashbrown with 5 hairs on it, yes I counted. I wouldn't have eaten any of that food for free. And if I hadn't driven all the way home, I would've happily made a huge deal about it at the restaurant. My experience at this location with my daughter and her two friends wasn't unpleasant, but not very thoughtful I would say.

Shake/ice cream machine is routinely broken. The McDs on Jiles Rd is worth the drive.

Should have know something would be wrong when the food and drinks were handed to car in front of me and some of the drinks were handed back. Guess we'll just give to the next guy, well I was supposed to get a sweet tea not a diet coke. It ain't that hard people. read more

I'm only giving this place a star because they were open on Christmas day for travelers. The food was sub par (not crispy, not all condiments added) and the wait was a good 30 minutes, not just for us, but for everyone in line. Then an even longer wait for the sausage McMuffin that was ordered. Given a choice, I'll never return. read more

More often than not once I place the order I get a phone call after the food should have already been delivered stating they cannot (for a variety of clearly BS reasons) complete the order. asked for the general manager, but have gotten no response (because let's be honest, GM of a McDonald's...). This is yet another example of a poorly managed McDonalds. At Wade Green Road, Kennesaw, GA this morning at 8:45 AM, I sat at the dual drive thru long enough that the car in front of me gave up and drove off. I spoke toward the speaker and asked if anyone was working this morning - no response. Finally, the front car got to order and then I pulled up and ordered right behind him. I ordered Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, with extra Bacon - WELL DONE. I got to first window and paid. Went to second window and was told to pull into space 2 to wait for Bacon to be cooked well done. Finally, someone brought order to my car. Bacon was fairly well done, but no extra. She took it back inside and came back again. This time it had the extra Bacon, but the extra was not well done. I had the same issue earlier in the week. This Franchise Holder needs to be replaced with someone that doesn't make so much money and would care about their customers. This is one of the several reasons McDonalds is suffering lower sales. read more
