Ordered online as I ordered a 40 piece nuggets for a party just to have something to eat while watching the show. Was in line for 20 minutes to pick up. Honestly, no big deal. It's a Sunday, they are busy. Guy who hands me my receipt is super nice. Girl gives me my order and tells me to have a nice day. Awesome. I get home and not only are all the sauces wrong, but there's not even 6 of them. THIS is where the problem lies. Guy flatly says no. I said well is there anything you can do and he interrupts "did you get your nuggets?" I said yes I believe so and he says "there's nothing we can do then. What a super cool looking McDonald's inside. From the outside, it looks like any other McDonald's felony inside it has really interesting furniture and interior design. The location is kept very clean, the bathrooms were very clean. My food was completed reasonably fast but was not exactly hot. What drags this review down to only two stars it's not only that the food should have been hot given there were only two customers in the restaurant, but also that all of the employees, bar none, were miserable. They looked at me as I stood at the counter and nobody came to the counter until I said, "umm, hello," despite the fact that they were looking at me and knew that I was there waiting for service. The young woman who serviced my order was miserable and rude to me. I could not even understand her because she mumbled her words and she looked at me with such a degree of resentment like I had taken her away from Facebook or talking with her co-workers. Located right off I94, this should be one of the better McDonalds, due to heavy traveler traffic...but it's not! Terrible management. Employees chatting with management, when orders are waiting. Fries were hot, but the Deluxe Crispy Chicken was lousy. It was chicken, but it wasn't Deluxe, and it wasn't crispy. It was cold (tasted like it was under a heat lamp for hours. They are there only to take your cash. You order everything at a video kiosk and either use a card or go to the register. You grab a number, grab a drink cup, and sit until they bring to you. On September 20 I made a mobile order number 1656. upon entering the store the employee called out "mobile order". there was one bag and one drink on the table and I asked the employee if this was a cinnamon roll which they replied yes. " How did I grab the wrong one when it was the only bag and the only drink on the table when you called out my mobile order? You didnt even call out my mobile order by number. The food was correct the drink was not! This was obviously the employees mistake however the customer service represented by this employee blaming the customer for grabbing the wrong one is completely unacceptable since it was the only one on the table. I usually avoid this McDonalds because of the employee issues however location and convenience makes this difficult to avoid. As a former manager for this corporation their drive thru staff is the worst I have ever experienced. Our visit started with the back both person swearing over the head set at another employee after they started to greet us. Then they continued to have an argument in the background instead of paying attention to the order. When I called her out on her behavior she then proceeded to say she was only asking for clarification on the order and that we just need to speak up. No you need to retrain your staff to actual Golden Arches standard. I hope that you get a corporate shopper to experience this because it was the WORST SERVICE I ever experienced in my life and that includes people I had to fired for less at the location I worked for. No biggie, the lady threw it in the trash and was about to request another from the kitchen staff.
