I don't know why I continue ordering or picking up from this McDonald's. I specifically requested extra onions and extra pickles -- instead, I received zero onions, and my burger was drowning in ketchup. I couldn't even tell if there was any mustard. It was completely inedible and went straight into the trash. On top of that, the fries were cold. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Maria, who told me she personally checks every order. Clearly, that wasn't the case here. I told her I don't understand how they continue to serve food like this. You should be ashamed. This McDonald's location is usually not bad...but today I had slightly different experience. I ordered just a small coffee three creams and two Splendas. I went through the drive-through around 9 AM. The behavior of the staff was off. I opened my coffee lid before I pulled away and found a FINGERNAIL floating in my coffee. I took it back asked to speak with a manager. She removed the softened nail from the coffee and thought it could be something else. She gave me a fresh coffee I thought about getting a refund but I still wanted coffee. Today (3/29/22) I used the app (which I have used while Shamrock shakes were available and had no issues) to order a double fish, large fries, and a Shamrock shake ($11.55). There was an issue with the app but I received a text from the bank of the card I used that I had been charged. I went inside to pick up my order and during the approximately 1/2 hour I was there I was told there was some "processing" issue, and I would have to pay for my order. I showed him the text showing I had been charged but to no avail. It seems that in the interest of good customer service, that McDonald's makes billions a year and with proof I had been charged they could have given me my order. We usually just come here for the McFlurry. We have complained and wrote to whoever isns this McDonald's that they always aha gives us half filled McFlurries. The first time we complained and came back, they fixed the problem. We recently came again, yes still the same problem. We pay for a regular size McFlurry and we still get half filled ice cream, not even 3/4 filled. Both McFlurries are not even fIlled the same amount to make it even more obvious. We said somEthing to the cashier and we can tell the employees/manager were saying something about us because they rolled their eyes while looking at us. Mobile ordering needs work. Mariah promotion said free bakery item with any purchase, ordered a muffin in the app showed free but they charged me anyway. Reached out and they said I can dispute the charge with my banks fraud department. Not doing that over $2.50 muffin. Just thought they wanted to know the app was not working correctly so they could have their IT department look into the error. They are not interested in fixing the problem. I know it's only $2.50 but it's the point what you agree to pay in the app should be what the restaurant actually charges. They would rather have bad reviews than fix a $2.50 error. read more

First of, This team went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I'd like to thank the evening manager and or shift lead who worked on the 16th and then 17th of June ,who was answering the phone! (For Privacy Purposes, I will not say the name.) On the 16th of June, I placed an order on Doordash and unfortunately, I only got half my order. HOWEVER, I did order 80 chicken nuggets so... it's a lot! ( 40 piece (2x) ) This is where most people would get frustrated and either call very angrily or cause a scene BUT, as someone who has worked In fast food, I understand that mistakes can happen! We are human after all. Anyways, what really determines the tone I set, is the way the person on the other side of the phone reacts. (We match energy here!) I called McDonald's immediately once I realized what had happened and I talked to a very kind and sweet manager! I explained to him that I was missing a 40 piece nugget and I asked if I could pick it up the next day, he said yes, wrote my name down and I politely asked for his name and that was it. He did provide a couple of other options but they weren't appropriate for how late it was haha. Today, I got my nuggets and was met with nothing but kindness again(yes, before they knew who I was). This is the best McDonald's location in the area. It was renovated after Hurricane Harvey. It is well lit. It is clean. I have always received good service at this location. I cannot say that about the other locations in the area. I am not sure of her name but there is one server who is very sweet and makes it a real joy to visit this location. As for the food, it's a McDonald's. You know what you are getting when you step in the door. It makes my seven year old happy as he is a very picky eater. I will say that the food is always served hot and fresh in a relatively quick manner. I do enjoy grabbing a sausage biscuit and iced vanilla coffee in the mornings here. Don't waste your time at this Mcfuckers. Went thru the drive thru at approximately 1315. Placed an order for a #3 large size. Paid at the first window. Pulled to the second window, received my drink, was asked to pull to the third window. When I information the person at the second window that I prefer to wait at the second window until I receive my food he informed me that this would put them.out of compliance for their order times. I asked the human why that was any of my concern he replied Don't you care about your fellow humans job. This is the worst McDonald's! They get my order wrong 60% of the time. They have a dual drive thru and obviously don't know how it works. I have sat there waiting to give my order and will see cars pull up, order and get food before I'm able to order. So I go to get lunch during work and get 4 cheeseburgers, medium fries, and medium oreo mcflurry like I normally get, because I work outside all day. It's legally required by Texas law for a restaurant to serve free water but the manager denied me and my friends water while we were clearly very hot and sweaty. If I would have walked into the store without a skateboard I most likely would've received a free water. I ended up having to buy a cup just to get some water plus every time me and my friends walk in to the store with a skateboard we get kicked out for no good reason, they want us to leave her skateboards outside but we don't want to risk them getting stolen. read more

I came to write it for TERRIBLE customer service, so one day I decided to go through the drive thru and I ordered a coke with some other food. they messed up and gave me dr.pepper, that was not what I wanted, so not wanting to wait through the drive thru line again I decide to go inside. I dump out the dr.pepper and refill it with coke. as I start to leave a man says that will be 1.08 please. I tell him the situation even claiming I have a receipt to prove it. the manager or someone with more authority was standing next to him and both he and she said that if you go thru the drive thru you cannot refill your drink. So they made me dump out and throw away my drink because I refused to buy something that I had just bought. So i didn't even get the dr.pepper because one of their employees made a mistake.
