I'm deeply disappointed by how the Chick-fil-A in Kingwood handled a serious safety issue involving my young grandson in their play area. When we approached staff with our concern and asked to speak with a manager or review security footage, we were told no one would be available until the following morning--despite clearly expressing the urgency of the situation. The response was dismissive and lacked the seriousness we would expect in any circumstance involving a child's safety. Ultimately, we had no choice but to contact the police ourselves. As a grandmother and a concerned member of the community, I believe businesses that advertise themselves as family-friendly must be held to higher standards. I can no longer recommend this location--or any Chick-fil-A, frankly--if the safety of a child is not treated as the highest priority. Children's safety should never be negotiable. read more

Our son is autistic and this is his routine before he goes to school. Now he is late for school almost every morning because they cant get it together. This location is my absolute favorite HANDS DOWN!!! We have always been greeted with a smile, courteousness, and the ever present "My pleasure" at the end of speaking with ANY employee. Service is ALWAYS super fast! The drive through is THE BOMB!!! Inside service is just as amazing. I love that we can walk in with our huge family of 9 (or more if they are in town) to eat and hang out or have an unscheduled birthday party. We walk in with cake in hand and celebrate. Best thing no one gets stressed. Sometimes we'll sit for 3-4 hours because the atmosphere is just so great! plus, the kids LOVE being there. Chick-fil-A is our family favorite...especially this location! I'm not sure what the people that left low ratings are taking about...but based on how often we have gone and go the this location, I'm willing to bet they were already having a rough day and that allowed their judgment to be less than. This Chick-fil-A is like most others. Full of happy faces, and eager employees. The food taste the same as it does at all franchises. You either love it, hate it, or tolerate it. It's nice to drop by and get some grilled chicken nuggets for a low carb snack. I'm not personally a fan of the companies politics but to each their own. You can't argue that their employees are the nicest in the business, your order is right almost always, and you leave knowing your business is appreciated. It's important to note that this is the most difficult restaurant to navigate, and access that I have EVER been to. To put it simply, the place is dangerous from a dine in perspective. I have not, nor would I consider dining in at this establishment. I only do drive through. Children walking through drive through traffic to eat fast food is a big no no. Cannot believe! My daughter brought 2 young children to eat tonight around 8 pm. I joined them about 8:30 and their shoes and socks were missing from the play area. The children went into the play area to retrieve their shoes and socks about 9:25 (They close at 10 pm). The manager on duty threw their socks away in the trash. Their shoes were placed behind the counter to be claimed. What is interesting is the last hour there were no other families (especially with children) in the play or dining areas. Common sense ..they could of asked if the shoes were theirs. No, they were not asked if they had items in the play area but threw away in the trash with ketchup etc their socks and placed the shoes behind the counter. Seriously what stupidity. They don't close until 10 pm. They need training and common sense says to ask the only family in the dining area with 2 kids if that was their shoes. Came here the other day and bought a spicy chicken biscuit meal. I was completely disappointed with the actual sandwich. The chicken was extremely smaller that the biscuit. I felt like more of the actual bites were just biscuit only. Honestly with the whole covid situation it sucks that I got a sandwich like this. I can take my business anywhere but I didn't. This is my go-to Chick-fil-A location as it is closest to my home. I never have any issues at this location. All of the staff is very friendly and customer service is top notch. My order is always prepared accurately and timely. All facilities are clean. I usually order one of two things - the nuggets or cobb salad. You can't go wrong with either. Make sure you scan your rewards app when ordering to build points redeemable for free food. On that, they offer free breakfast items from time to time as well as free items just for being a rewards member. In other words, they believe in loyalty. We come here a lot as this is one of my son's favorite places to dine. He's a picky eater but at least he has good taste. read more

I have only visited a few times but the service , cleanliness and menu selections were the greatest. It is family friendly with a playground. The chicken used in the different menu items is moist and of good quality. (This is quite often not the case at other restaurants) There is an appeal that makes you feel that they take real pride in their organization. I had a good meal and a positive experience. The only drawback is that parking and walking in and out of the building is a little dicey. This is true of many restaurants with a high volume of drive through patrons. read more
