I'm sad that this is the closest McDonalds to where we live. We work crazy hours and some nights the go-to is our local McDonald's. Almost every single time we go they forget an item from our order, if we ask for sauces they never put them in the bag (even after asking, are they in there?) I have been to this Mcdonald's a couple of times and today I decided to get a meal. I order 1 large fry, 1 medium fry and a fish filet. Once I reach the window to pick up my food, the young worker was trying to give me drinks (which I did not order). He asked about 4 times what I really ordered and made me repeat myself. He then told me to go to the next window and I was probably waiting for about a good 5-10 mins until I got my meal. He was really rude as he did not apologize and just responded by saying "here." Once I opened up the meal, I saw that there were barely any cheese and most of it was on the box. The fries were soggy and they did not add the condiments I asked for. The worst service! I always get cold fries. I have a little 7 year old and now that he is bigger I decided to get him the 20 nuggets for 7$ and some change and a medium fry. The nuggets were rubber and cold and the fries were cold and chewy sticks. I asked for a refund and the manager EVA is the best! But I came to pick up my refund and the manager LIONEL with curly hair all in his face. Being a manager you should look clean and make sure we can look into your eyes. Second! This McDonalds is the worst!!! We ordered food for my hungry 2 year old daughter at the drive through and they asked us to pull over to the side so they can complete my simple order, basically a hamburger meal, salad and a kids meal. So we waited patiently in the car and we were surprised it took 25 minutes to receive our order. What made me upset is that there were 4 cars behind us in the drive through and they were able to get their orders out before us. I thought McDonalds was known for quality and speedy service!?! In addition, my mother was given similar treatment. She ordered nuggets and a kids meal to go in the drive through. They also made her wait on the side and it took 20 minutes to wait. You would think they would at least warn you of the long wait time. This is terrible service! Went to this McDonald's last night around 11 pm. Ordered the BBQ bacon burger meal. And when I opened the bag at home this is what I received. A burger with the cheese half on the patty and the bottom bun half under the patty. To add to that, an order of large COLD fries with less than normal amount of fries. Keep in mind, I live on Stage Road so the fries couldn't have gotten cold that fast. Been going here for a while now and It's usually okay, as you would expect from McDonald's. Well on Wednesday I decided to grab some McChickens and Fries and let me tell you they were the most crispy and fresh fries I have ever received from any fast food place anywhere. The McChickens were also crispy and delicious and my sandwiches did not look like they had an elbow dropped on them before being wrapped up. I don't know if the place is under new management or anything but it seems like they are on top of their stuff now. Now at first I assumed it was a one off thing. So on Thursday (yesterday as of writing this) I went back for a round 2. And once again they did not disappoint. The fries? crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and salted to perfection. The McChickens? perfectly assembled with love and care. I left the establishment mind blown. Never have I once had 2 back to back visits with such great quality and perfection in their food. After the event I still had my doubts because this did not seem like normal. So what did I do? I came back a 3rd time today. Expecting a different result this time, I once again ordered my 2 McChickens (plain as I usually do) and my large fries. And once again I was given such top notch quality food and I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. This is no fluke from them. It seems they are treating each order with care now and I will be expecting the same quality from here on out. I truly don't know how they have done it but please keep it up, and I will be coming back. Possibly even tomorrow for round 4. Dare I say it was life changing? Drive thru order of 3 Happy Meals and 2 McChicken sandwiches. They give me the happy meals and tell me to drive up to window #2 for the McChickens. 10 minutes later no one comes to the window. I park, walk inside and ask at the counter about the rest of my order while trying to hand him my receipt. The dumb teenager says "what are you looking for?" I explained that I have been waiting for 10 minutes for 2 McChickens and he walks away to finish bagging an order for another drive thru customer. He comes back and he's says he can't find my order but he will get some made. Now it's 15 minutes waiting so I go to the car and get the 3 happy meals out and ask them to replace the stale fries for some fresh ones. One of the other teenagers was kind enough to do so. 22 minutes later the original teenager rudely comes back and puts a bag in front of me and walks away without saying anything. At this point you can imagine the anger I'm feeling. There's another McDonalds at Rosecrans/Valley View. They tried to give me the wrong order, went back, I heard someone say "oh my god!" So they likely gave my food to the wrong customer. 10 minutes of waiting at the 2nd window and I go inside. Still had to wait another 5 minutes, 20 total minutes for a drive thru order? And the kid told me it's because of the scrambled eggs in my son's meal. I've scrambled eggs before. It doesn't take 20 minutes to scramble eggs, not even if you have to do it twice because you screwed up and gave the order to the wrong car. Order was ultimately correct but took way too long. I did not think things could get any worse. Always in the secondary holding area waiting for standard items. Missing items. 4 attempts to deliver the wrong persons food, then my order finally comes without drinks. Manager brought out the wrong drinks, so I decided to go inside and ask what the issue was with my order. I enter to find that several people are mad/arguing with the girls at the counter. The manager brings me my drink order and it is wrong again...... After 15 minutes of waiting and now cold food I ask for a refund and give them back the bag of food. Visited this location last week to pick up lunch for my son Derek. I decided to go order inside because the drive through line was super long. Well... I should of waited in line that went faster then what I had to do to get my order. Kiosk units! NOTTT A GOOD IDEA I had to wait so long because they were all busy because they couldn't figure out how to use them. The cashier ended up taking the order (at the kiosk) when he could taken our orders. It took 20+ minuets to buy a sausage McGriddle and a iced coffee! It only took about a minute and a 1/2 before it was my turn to order in the drive-through but I waited to get up to the window for a little while and then they told me I had a park around the corner and space too because a hamburger happy meal was going to take awhile. I parked in space number 2 for 15 minutes. I went inside and spoke to Octovio who was the manager on duty. Visited last night roughly 8pm, ton of people in the drive through. Ordered a #1 and a #2 with a cheeseburger. All items were hardly warm. Quarter pounder with cheese had to be heated up in the microwave. Last visit they forgot the cheeseburger. Ill head back to the Valley View location next time for a Micky D fix. read more

This McDonald's is not that great . they have a double drive through order line that seems to always have one side blocked off, so it's always a long line. This is a new McDonalds so it looks nice, but I think the staff needs a little more or better management. When I can I just continue to go to McDonald's on valley view and Rosecrans. read more
