Extremely rude worker. Pulled up to the window and a younger woman with face piercings was immediately rude, and asked us to repeat our order, and when we did she cut us off and condescendingly said, "yep... mhmm". She then went on to laugh at us, and then even more condescendingly say, "have SUCH a beautiful night" and slammed the window. The only words we had said the entire time was us explaining what was on our order. We even wondered if they were about to close, but that wasn't it either! They took my money, made me wait...then eventually come out and tell me that "someone bumped the order screen so I don't even know what to give you. Do you have the receipt..?" Lucky for me, yeah. This McDonald's location was not showing on Yelp but I found it on GPS so I added it to Yelp. I was hungry for a quick bite and I used the drive thru. I ordered two Cheeseburgers and then pulled up to the first window to pay. I used Apple Pay at the window and then pulled ahead to pick up my order. The burgers were waiting for me when I pulled up to the window so they handed them to me (in a bag, of course) and I pulled away to eat. The Cheeseburgers were hot and fresh and the usual familiar McDonald's taste. My hunger satisfied, I drove off on my way to an appointment. The staff I encountered to order, Pay, and pick up my food were all pleasant and quick to take care of me. Been to this place more times than I can count. My score of 1 star is the average of all my experiences at this restaurant. The last two visits were less than a 1-star if I was being honest. Between getting almost every order wrong or just bad quality food, I have to say this place looks nice but it's not a franchisee you should support. There are other McDonalds that are so much better. Unfortunately, this is what you get when you over-pay people for jobs like this. You have people who care nothing for quality and have no pride in their work since they don't have to exceed expectations because they know they are owed a certain wage. This last order left me with soggy, cold, uncooked fries, and a new Bacon Ranch McCrispy chicken sandwich that was flat, barely any bacon, just a hint of ranch and a burnt, stale bun. This should be embarrassing to most business owners. Unfortunately, the corporation who owns this location won't care and the employees don't care as long as they get their higher than deserved pay. I have loved this McDonald's for years, my brother even started working for them recently. But today I ordered a medium coke and was given a small at the window. I kindly let him know I ordered a medium and he told me "we changed sizes, it's wider now" and the cup said in the small category fountain drink. The food was good, and my coke, but I have worked in the food industry and lying isn't the right way to go about it. I pulled off into the mobile order spot and called to ask for a medium coke and they did in fact bring me a medium, not a small, and the girl who brought it was super kind! read more

They need to do better about posting their hours when they are closed. Turn off your drive-through monitors close out your light block the drive-through, don't let people just sit waiting and not say anything on the monitor about being close. Went through the drive specifically to get sprite, we got 4 large sprites and pulled out and sipped one to find out they were extremely lacking in flavor and over carbinated, as someone who worked in the food industry before I understand the bag gets low so we turned around went back through, asked them to change the bag and to get new ones. I had a very unpleasant experience. The young female at the first window yelled at us from across the parking lot saying WITH AN ATTITUDE " um our lobby is closed if that's what ur trying to do." Usually quick and nice service but there are flaws. I got my sorry butt out of bed at 5:30 AM to go get a coffee, I order my drink, wait in line, and pull up to the pay window. I pull out my card and it is THEN that she tells me their machine is broken and they cannot accept cards. First, I would have appreciated it if you told me at the order speaker so I wouldn't waste my time or theirs. And second, she told me too bad we can't give it to you for free. (I never asked for it for free but it would have been nice seeing it was on THEIR end - maybe tell people at the speaker so they don't pull up and demand their food for free?) I wouldn't be surprised if my drink was fully ready and they threw it out... overall running a business I would say just give the customer the freakin cheap drink and fix it for next time. As far as fast food restaurants go, this McDonald's has to be near the top of the list. Their speed, efficiency, courteous nature of the employees, cleanliness, consistency, is remarkably good. It is however McDonald's food, so don't expect a gourmet meal. Had not been here in several years because we moved away. Was there for a business meeting and we were both impressed with its renovation. It doesn't look like a typical Mickey D's but a very nice inexpensive restaurant. My double fish fillet was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone especially for casual dining or small business meetings, etc. It is not an inexpensive fast food place anymore.
