I have been on a matcha kick and love trying all of their seasonal matcha drinks. But my favorite is seeing all of their cold brew and teas on tap. They even have them in cans. The menu options are endless, and they even have freshly made waffles, empanadas and various pastries. The waffles fill the air when you order one so you know it's made fresh and you get to pick the toppings. I've also tried the beef empanada and the breakfast one, they both come with a sauce that has a slight kick but the perfect treat when you want something soft and savory. In the cooler they also have various sweet treats. The Portuguese egg tart and the ube brownie are delish! This coffee shop is also pet friendly! We love to bring our little one and our pup to hang out and they love the attention. Overall we have a great experience every time and you can tell they care about the drinks they put out. What made the situation more frustrating is that I had seen her look toward my car multiple times before stepping away. Throughout the interaction, her demeanor came across as rude and uninterested in helping. I ordered a large smoothie but was given a medium, and she never asked for my phone number for rewards or account information. The line was shorter than usual, so I expected a quicker and more pleasant experience. Instead, I was met with poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail. Unfortunately, this visit left a disappointing impression.

Everything moved at a snails pace; I couldn't believe that a simple cold brew coffee (black) took 10 minutes. The shop is very artistic and has a lot to take in (in terms of decor, things for sale, etc.). It was overwhelming. There is a lot of seating area and separate rooms to congregate in, but even in poking my head in to look around, I received looks that felt territorial and unwelcoming. My coffee was fine, but really nothing to write home about. Not at all interested in trying this place again.

My amazing experience occurred September 9th at 5:23 AM. I was greeted by Sam thru the drive thru. She was the bright ray of sunshine that started out my day. I didn't realize the simple impact she would have on my day, until I placed my order. I'm not a coffee drinker however I love Chai tea. I used to frequent Dunkin' however Starbucks has now become part of my daily routine. I returned back 3 times the same week, and was excited to catch up with Sam. Today I woke up early and decided that I wanted to have the dine in coffee experience, instead of rushing through the drive thru. I was greeted by Sam, along with Marina, Jimena, and Emily. The cafe was empty. I'm certain people were sleeping in. I'm an early riser and today I caught the kindness of an entire Starbucks staff. Shout out to the hiring manager at this location. You were spot on with this wonderful team of beautiful ladies. I want to thank Sam for blessing me with both my Iced Chai and Baked Apple Croissant. It was a wonderful start to my day. I was completely relaxed dining inside this newly updated cafe. There is a large retail area to the left of the registers, which has many selections of coffee, along with a variety of mugs, and to go cups. Directly behind the retail area is a large table with chairs. It is sectioned off and can be utilized for a meeting, or for a group of friends to gather for coffee. On the right side of the entrance is a semi circle with beautiful lounge chairs and a table. This reminded me of being in someone's comfortable living room. There are small 2 top tables in the center and along the back windows are a variety of seating options. If you choose to dine in there is also an option for a free refill, which is a nice addition to staying inside. I feel blessed this Starbucks is located right up the road, from where I live. I look forward to my next visit and maybe I will be brave enough to try something new.
