I mobiled ordered a McRib with no toppings at 10:45 on 12/2/24. When I got my food they told me to check what I ordered claiming I only ordered sauce (it's literally not possible to order just McRib sauce with no sandwich) and In checking the container they gave me (which was loose steaming hot bbq sauce in a cardboard box) I spilled the sauce all over my hand which hurt like a bitch. I showed them my receipt showing that I ordered a McRib with only sauce on it, not just loose sauce in a box (obviously.) they had me pull to the waiting window and when I finally got my food they told me "people order crazy stuff during the holidays haha." Don't piss me off girl, I know ur lying nobody is paying 5+ dollars for a sandwich to just lick up bbq sauce in a box. After the day I had you're lucky I didn't throw that back at you. This is the worst fast food experience of my 49 years. My food took more than 45 minutes - staff assured me it was the quarter pounder in my order that was taking so long. I waited patiently making note of the time. I am certain they forgot my order or simply just let it sit there. I watched multiple customers get their food who had ordered after me and I inquired - they apologized and again said it was the quarter pounder that was the hold up. Once my food was received not one item was even warm leading me to believe it did sit there for those 20 min after my inquiry. The quarter pounder that was the 'hold up' was room temperature - did not even appear to be heated, the cheese was unmelted and the bun hard and cold like cardboard. It appears that once I inquired they put the oldest driest bun and burger unheated in the sandwich. I was not rude to the staff - but this is no way to run a business! I will never go to this establishment again. I will be sure to steer people away from this local establishment. If you do go here prepare for long waits and uneventful cold food with staff that make excuses. In the event, you get hot food and don't wait at least 25 minutes consider yourself lucky and go buy a lottery ticket! read more

It would be one thing if this was an isolated incident however time after time there are issues with the employees at this location. Probably the slowest McDonald's I've ever visited. It took nearly 10 minutes for 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and an Oreo McFlurry. Look, if it's busy and the lines out the door, I guess it's not so bad. However when all you have are unmotivated employees who believe that their job isn't that important, you're going to get exactly what I got here. Robots can do their jobs. I mean already they don't need to take customer orders. I'm sure a robot can build some sandwiches together or assemble some burgers with ease. At least the robots won't give you attitude doing it. Sure there's probably a bit of investment that needs to be made but it sure beats a bunch of deadbeats working for you at the end of the day. If you want quality fast food, go anywhere else. If you want crappy service, from the oh-so-Little service they are required to give nowadays, knock yourself out at this location. read more

I hope this reaches the right people because the night crew that was working on Sunday morning 11/19 around 12:30am need to be applauded! We were on our home from a long night of riding in the woods and nothing was opened but we were starving and needed something, so we pulled into the McDonalds drive thru. From the moment we got to the speaker we could tell this Mcdonalds was a little different. The gentleman was super polite and took our order without making us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Then we get to the window and he handed us our drinks with the straw and told us "here are your drinks while you wait, it will only be a few more minutes ." Wait what?? I didn't have to wait to get my watered down tea? Or sit and wait for my food and just stare at my drink because they didn't give me straw?? I took a sip, and wanted to HIGH FIVE the whole team that was involved in making it. It's been a minute since I've drank a great McDonald's tea. So that already was enough to make me happy. But then a couple minutes later and we got our food and OMG if I could have went in there and talked to the manager and told them how good that food was I would have. Instead I'm writing this review. Hands down the best experience and food I've had from McDonald's in a long time. It really did remind me of the days when you got great customer service and delicious food from a fast food place. It's sad but most of the time your experience is just was fast as the food and just as bad. Great job to this team and the manager or lead that was running the show that night!! read more

If you're looking for a place that gets your order WRONG nearly every single time, this is definitely the place for you. Extremely rude, filthy, and disorganized. Need I also mention during a pandemic (such as this one) it is a policy for all McDonald's restaurants to wear face masks and gloves. I saw MAYBE 3 employees wearing face masks. The kicker? They weren't even covering their faces!! They wore them around their necks! I ordered two burritos with EXTRA cheese. Was given NO cheese on either one. The receipt was stuck on each one, clearly saying EXTRA cheese. If I could, I'd give this place zero stars. read more

Too many problems with their drive-through employees ,too many mess ups and I blame it on having two lanes you have to pay close attention to the receipt or your accidentally charging the wrong order to the wrong person . That's what happened to me got charged the wrong order and the manager had to fix mine and the car behind me. read more
