In February I ordered a cheeseburger. The bun was half burned and there were only a few onions in it and very little else. In April I thought I would try again. This time the cheeseburger patty was burned and again very little else on the burger. They have serious issues here. It is very close to my house and would love to see some improvement. read more

I did not eat here but I did use the restroom. The bathroom was generally clean but the sink looks like someone washed their hands after mixing cement. I'm glad they chose to wash their hands, hygiene is important, however the residue in the sink is thick. I tossed some soapy water on it and it did not budge. I hope who ever washed their hands did so before eating because that's some serious grime read more

Well, due to peer pressure from my family, I went back to this location as they didn't want me to take too long driving to another McDonald's. So let me review this location once again. I placed my order using the app, this works well at other locations, maybe this store got their act together again. I even clicked that I was at the restaurant as I pulled into the side parking lot to allow them to start my order sooner so I would not have to wait as long. Well, I was wrong. This time, they got the order items right, special requests and all, even no ice in one coke as requested. But they forgot the nugget sauce again, even though I asked at the window before they "parked me" again with no one there except another parked car ahead of me. So close. When I asked the manager when he delivered my food to me at the first park window, he said yes the ketchup and sauce is in the bag. Only ketchup was in the bag. ‍ This is why I won't park at another spot if no one is at the restaurant behind me (which was the case today) and I got complaints from staff when I said "I'm not parking when no one is here". The drive thru worker shut the window as the manager began complaining inside the store since I wouldn't move. After five minutes, yes 5 minutes, another car pulled up, the manager came and asked me to pull to the next window after the car that was waiting there leaves. I agreed as there was now another car there. The car behind me got parked too with no one there on line. ‍ I get there is a system that the corporate office is watching, but it doesn't reflect real time data. (Again, I invite corporate to reach out to me as I have requested information many times in the past and get no reply from them). Stop adding stress to your workers and frustration to customers. There's not really much else to say beyond this with a McDonald's review. From other markings and reviews on this store, we all see that there are issues here. I am glad to see they got some items worked out tonight, and I actually got most of the order correct. However, McDonald's of years past and Customer Care have long gone from corporate all the way down to the stores And with one final addition to this post, fix your ice cream machines, or stop advertising that you sell products like that. read more

Upon entering was not greeted at all. All the employee's were working on drive thur orders and no one was at the front. Had to use the self order kiosk which I hate. No supplies were stocked. (napkins ,straws, etc.) The dining room was very dirty. All the tables and floors need to be cleaned. And the wall paper is falling off the walls in several areas. We ate in and my fries were cold, but my granddaughters were hot. ????? Need to really work on in house customer service and have a cleaning crew come in and clean the whole place. Grabbed a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and unfortunately it wasn't cooked fully, but it happens, if you ever worked in a kitchen you know thats how it goes. Every time I come here I get parked in the drive thru. They mess up my order even though I'm made to wait. I absolutely hate being parked for one item, especially with no cars waiting behind me. Poor customer service is what it screams. read more

Slowest service i have EVER experienced. Staff is ALWAYS rude. I have never received my food at the window...always directed to pull to a parking spot and wait 10-15 more minutes..even when there are no cars in line. read more

This is what one of the burgers (double quarter pounder) looked like that I received from McD's on a Saturday evening. I immediately provided them with feedback so that this doesn't happened to anyone else. I did receive a follow up phone call and letter from the management. Although he offered an explanation---but there is no excuse, and thankfully he admitted that too. They also followed up with their evening crew about proper procedures. read more

For the last month even though business open, no sign, building, parking or interior lights on other than drive-thru. Despite managers insisting lights all broken, Employee told my husband manager does so they don't have customers at night despite being open to 12am. Tonight they told me they only take cash, no debit or credit cards. I call BS!!! The owners need to visit this property to find out what's been going on with "broken" lights for over a month now! Maybe they'll care when someone gets hit in the parking lot by car or mugged because no lights! read more

Manager is a moron along with all employees. They don't understand the concept of "no bacon". They argue with you if you attempt to make substitutions to prevent paying for ingredients like expense Canadian bacon that you do not want. Also, there is nothing fast about this place. Order just one item like a large fry and you will be asked to pull into a spot and wait. I've waited fifteen minutes for a few standard menu items. They could care less about customers, food, or service. read more

Gotta be the worse McDonald's in Lakeland. Just a bunch of kids and gross people working there that can't just listen to your order and get it right. I have worked fast food before it's not hard to put no pickle on a sandwich. Sucks that it's so close to my house but every time I go they mess something up and the food is never never fresh. Its really not my thing to review fast food chain but this time since i had so many amazing experiences there . This McDonald's is one of the best I've ever been to Very clean,people are friendly helpful and polite. The food is always on point stays open until Midnight with the same type of service and respect. Fast food restaurants should always be this Good. read more

The ice cream machine is literally never working. Went the day after Christmas to get a sundae and was told "because we were closed yesterday the ice cream machine never got turned back on". Lol seriously? Whoever owns this McDonald's needs to get new management. The other McDonald's near by never have these kind of issues. read more

we had a big order and in that order we had the 3 hotcakes with sausage. when we ordered at the screen we saw it on there. we paid and then when we got to the second window and we got our food we noticed it wasn't in the bag. we told the lady at the window and she asked for the receipt. it wasn't on the receipt so we asked if we could just pay for it there. the made us go all the way around again to order it. we should not have to go all the way around in the line again to order something that was their mistake. she even read the order back to us at the screen and the window. bad customer service but i don't really expect anything more from a mcdonald's. read more

Absolutely a miserable experience. They made a mistake on my order that I noticed once I received the written receipt. As I went to the pick-up window, I told the young lady in a black shirt that there is a problem with my order. Before I could even explain, she told me she could "do nothing about it at this window", that I needed to go around the building get back in the drive thru and get it corrected. With that, she literally threw my wrong order at me and gestured me to move forward. I did as asked, and when I got to the first window, the women there was shocked that I was made to go around again, and she explained that the women at pickup could clearly have fixed the problem right there. When I got back to the pickup window, I asked to see the manager on duty who was all of 19 years old = children managing children here. Almost all of the Lakeland Florida McDonalds are franchised owned by the same incompetent group out of Tampa who care less about the reviews. Corporate McDonalds please read the reviews here! my friend and i snuck out, walked a mile, actually it was 2 miles. to and from. abs we got there like 40 minutes before it was closed. we were sweating and we came up and we see a person drive through the drive through. not sure if he got his food or not. but we are all to the door and it was closed. on the door it said ??-12. it wasn't 12. ut was more than half an hour and they locked and cleaned up. what a waste of a mile walk ong. read more
