I went here today on March 14th 2026 and when I got there everything seemed fine, kids ordering and families being happy. until someone shouted there was a bug in the food, after that the place got very tense, then seconds later a mom saw a bug in a children's cheeseburger. Then the police came and did absolutely nothing about it and was nagging a kid about their bike. the cherry on top was the fact that the manager tried to get rid of the evidence right after the kids threw away the bug infested food by bringing the food back into the area where they make the food. this place sickens me never order here read more

The service here is brutally terrible. It's always slow and seldom friendly. Of the seven or eight times I've been there, twice I had to park and wait for my food, and both times they forgot me. So the Lacey McDonald's is always hit or miss. You either get your order completely wrong, sit in the drivethru for far too long, or if you're lucky to only order a few things you might get It right. I did order $30 worth of food for a few people so I understand how It can get a little confusing. However, while placing my order I was rushed. They were just trying to get me out of the drive thru rather than making sure I was done and got everything I needed. While paying, I was told "you don't get a receipt because I ran out of receipt paper". No, I need a receipt as I am paying for multiple people and need to be able to get the money accordingly from them. She says okay ask the next window for It. Sure. Fine. Get to the second window, get our two Sweet Teas with NO ICE. I love a warm iced tea. I then ask for my receipt. They say It will be taped to the bag. We get asked to pull up to wait for our food. Charles, the manager, comes to the car "here you go" no smile, no anything. Where's the receipt? Not taped on the bag. I go inside, ask for the receipt again and Charles argues with me that it's taped on the bag. I went through the drive thru for a reason, so I didn't have to go inside so I'm definitely not lying. He gives an attitude and hands me the receipt. When I get home, my order is messed up. I paid for things I didn't receive. McDonald's, remind your staff that their job is to make the customer happy because they definitely aren't doing a great job of that. read more

I mentioned the date and time because I would like to address the entire staff and restaurant manager who were so accommodating and awesome! It was a great ending to a wonderful field trip! I've been here three times recently and the one star is for its consistency. It consistently sucks. Terrible service, wrong orders delivered, and very dirty. Take a look at the ice cream machine. The Lanoka Harbor McDonald's looked very nice in the front of the building. I ordered a cheeseburger on the menu. I eat at different McDonald's( usually sometimes once a month, if I don't have anything to eat) and when I had a cheeseburger here, it was disgusting! This Mcdonald's has recently taken over new ownership and has seen drastic improvement. It went from being a 1 star establishment to a 5 star easily in under 30 days. I am a long time customer and today may be my last visit. The employees are generally friendly and polite and the food is usually hot. I rarely get a wrong order through the drive-thru. However, the wait time for an order has consistently grown until now it is not unusual to wait 15 or 20 minutes or longer. This is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. I have actually left twice in the last couple of weeks to get lunch elsewhere because the line was so long and just not moving at all. The addition of the second lane has only made this worse. I have had long waits both for lunch (12:30 to 1:30) and for breakfast (7:00). Today is Labor Day and a busy day is to be expected, but this happened all through last winter, spring and summer. It is unfortunate that they don't seem able to fix this problem but it is just not reasonable to expect customers to wait this long. read more

Went to this McDonalds on 7-21-14 at 2:00 pm. They display signs saying that they "Honor Competitors Coupons" on their doors, well this is not true. You can use the coupon but they will not match the price. I presented two different Burger King coupons which the manager would not match prices with. Was told this comes from the owners.
