Food was okay, and the service was nice and fast, but the main problem came when I tried to sit down, the homeless people put me off and made that part of the dining room stink. And that's my favorite part of the dining room so I stuck to my guns and had to sit right next to the homeless guy. aside from the gun problem in this country we also have a pretty bad homeless problem. Should we regulate the homeless like we should for guns? Anyway good food 5 stars. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to I only ever stop here because it's on my way home from work. But every time,EVERY TIME I come here something on the order is messed up. As well as my fries being cold EVERY TIME. Things are always broken,orders always screwed up and if you eat inside politics is always on the tvs. If they turned it to a cooking channel the food might go down more easy instead of death and politics of CNN. The play area for kids is a joke of a dirty rubber floor that looks impossible to get clean with a few plastic tree stumps for the kids to sit on and watch CNN. Last time I went inside to eat a kid asked his grandma why the people on tv were yelling and she quietly told him that is just how people talk politics these days. Long has gone the day a kid might see Ronald Mcdonald and the Hamburglar chase each other through random Mcdonalds. If you have to eat here my advice is use the drive-thru and eat your meal in your car or at one of the awesome local parks in town. read more

The team at this McDonalds locations is excellent. Always have positive attitudes and attentive service. The food is, well, McDonalds! Which means, it is some of the best food on earth!!!! Weather chomping into a delectable McGriddle, or a high end Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel Breakfast Sammich, you can take heart, knowing that McDonalds has your best interests in mind. McDonalds is basically like that really nice older sibling, who gave you cool things for cheap and taught you to work hard for what you want. Because, anybody can start out with a Jr. Bacon Cheese, but you aren't really live'n until you order Big Macs as often as possible. read more

I know some people think all McDonald's are horrible and I agree, but this one is even worse than average. Once there was a man urinating in the bushes next to the drive-thru, the cashier was informed of this and did nothing. He didn't even tell the manager. The staff here is very bad. read more

Terrible mcdonalds. Unfortunately it's the closest to where I live. Have gotten orders wrong multiple times and are always extremely slow. There card readers have been broken for over two weeks and they figure out your total with pen and paper. It takes them a ridiculous amount of time to do some simple math to figure out a total. Holy hell! Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The drive thru screens don't show your order, just pictures of menu items. We repeated our order twice to confirm (steak biscuit with white cheddar & 2 sausage egg mcmuffins). We got to the pay window. He only rang up one of the 3 sandwiches we ordered (the steak biscuit). And it was still rang up incorrectly (without cheese). We tried a third time to order the other 2 sandwiches (sausage egg mcmuffins) he repeated the wrong thing back again (sausage biscuits). We tried again to say 2 sausage egg mcmuffins. After paying, we pulled up to get 2 sausage biscuits & a steak biscuit. Just took the food & left because by that point, we were late. Absolutely ridiculous! I tried calling to talk to the manager & the phone rang for about 5 minutes with no one ever picking up. read more

Girl who took my order through drive thru was not friendly or helpful. She cut me off while talking and was obvious that she did not want to be there. While paying at the window she said nothing to me and aside from grabbing my card didn't even acknowledge I was there. Was very quick to close the window and pull out her phone. Horrible customer service skills and obviously lacks in work ethic as well. I snapped a pic of her (shared it above) but after I drove off I realized the picture didn't capture the phone, but I was sitting there for two minutes and definitely saw it. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but this employee obviously didn't care about anything other than her cell phone. read more

Horrible service. The girl at the drive through speaker said to go ahead with my order, then said "hold on a second!" In a rude tone when I was half way done with my order. When she finally took my order she kept making mistakes and getting irritated with me... then she read it back and it was correct. When I got to the window a different girl gave me my food and I was supposed to get a drink with my order and she didn't give it to me. So I told her and she just said "no". And stared at me until I left. Worst service ever. read more

This place is horrible. The service is mediocre at best. The drive thru is open when they want it to be I guess? I've gone here on my way home from work in the A.M., and it's a 50/50 shot on whether they'll be on the other end of the speaker to take your order. They yell at each other so loudly that when you ask a question they're like, "Huh???", like I'm an A-hole for bothering them. Juvenile, loud, unprofessional. McDonald's needs to come in this place and clear house. From now on, I'm taking my business elsewhere, I'd advise you do the same...steer clear or this mess. read more

The place is compete trash. I went there yesterday and saw a little kid riding a sanitation cart and screaming swear words well the employees were acting like nothing was wrong. After I ordered my food they brought me a single burger covered in ketchup without a bun. I told them that I didn't order it so they threw it in my face. read more

Do not go here! Waited 10 mins to get food, u think it would be hot and fresh? Ha! Think again. They messed up my order, the egg on my egg mc muffin was very undercooked, the muffin was burnt, the hash brown tasted like it was from the day before and refried. The coke even tasted bad.
