Poor service again. Might as well just go through the drive-thru because they seem to have priority. Stopped by last month to get the Huntrix meal box and it had items missing, which seems to be a trend now because I had issues at another location too. This time was the sauce. I ordered 4 sweet and sour sauces and only received 2. I told one of the staff but she said that I already had them. I told her I didn't and had to show the receipt. Extremely poor experience at McDonald's. I placed and paid for a mobile order through the app. When I arrived, they said their mobile system was down and they couldn't make the order. I showed the manager clear proof of purchase, including the order number and the full itemized receipt. Despite that, they refused to make the food or issue a refund. The manager was dismissive and simply said there was "nothing she could do." So they essentially took my money and provided nothing. System issues happen, but keeping a customer's money without providing the product or a refund is unacceptable. This is not how customers should be treated. read more

Truly an absolute terrible experience!! Came in with my family in the drive through we ordered 6 cheese burgers and a kids meal. We were given 4 cheese burgers only after handing the bag back stating we only got 4 the worker took our bag and receipt came back and said everything was in the bag yet the same 4 were in the bag. After again telling her we only got 4 burgers she asked for the receipt and came back with the manager. He then tried to say we only payed for 4 cheese burgers after pointing out their charge for 6 cheese burgers without even apologizing for fighting and being wrong he simply went back in and sent someone else with our two extra burgers. The level of rudeness and entitlement once proven wrong was appalling. How can you argue with what I payed for while having MY receipt in hand being WRONG as a manger you should apologize. I can see why you have such a low review rate I would drive the extra couple minutes to the next McDonald's. I did a mobile order here on a Friday 12/12/25 late afternoon/early evening before 4:30pm. When I arrived, I already saw a group of people waiting at pickup area. That wasn't a good sign. Not only did I end up waiting over half an hour, even when my order number showed that it was ready on screen, I still had to wait 10 minutes before my food came out! That was after I had to ask & remind them about my order number being displayed that it was ready. I had a small individual order too, whereas I did see a lot of door dash & UberEats pickups before mine. This was easily the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to before that wasn't a holiday. I was a total waste of my time waiting for a small fast food order, as is an easy decision that I will never order or return to this McDonald's location ever again. read more

Friday night (11/21) 4pm crew was on point! Quick drive thru service was quick and polite, with hot, fresh and salty fries. They did forget 1 of my items, but they caught the issue before I drove away and brought it out quick. Drive Thru is definitely the way to go. This is probably the worst McDonald's in the whole chain, right next to the one in Tracy, CA. There hasn't been a single time when I wasn't parked at the second window, only to have to park in the parking lot due to them forgetting something. Whether it be a main part of the order, sides, and/or sauces meant for their chicken nuggets, I have always had to go inside to ask for part of the order that was missing. At one point, they didn't provided sauces meant for the 3 orders of chicken nuggets I bought for my kid's meals, and then proceeded to argue with me inside about how many "extra" sauce packets they could give me, and I had to reiterate that we received 0, and the 2 "extra" were not extra but just completely missing. Knowing that they forget sauce packets every single time, this time when pulling up to the first window and they asked me to move to the second window, I asked for the sauce packets up front and they still had me pull to the second window first - to then be waiting for an additional 10-15 minutes; only for me to have to ask for the sauce packets again since they forgot them and then the girl hurries off. And bam, here we go again - a whole ass burger is missing. Now there is a line behind me, and they took off without me being able to acknowledge my order is correct and all the food is there, I was again forced to pull into a parking spot to make my way in to ask for more sauce packets since they only gave me 2 again for the order of 3 nuggets I had and the missing burger. Once again, once inside, they miraculously find the burger within 30 seconds underneath somewhere, as if they know they always go missing in that same spot. Lathrop has some of the slowest "fast food" places, and this McDonald's is probably the worst of them since they can't seem to check orders before chucking them out a window after forcing you to wait an additional 20-30 minutes even though you've ordered through their mobile app. They really need to make giving 0 stars a thing. read more

I'm confused with the low stars because I am always waiting in line. My one star off is because every time I pick a lane it's the person that came after me is the one who gets to order first. It's almost like just keep the one lane instead of the 2 because it seems like only one person is taking the order. Anyways, the food is always what you would expect and the app always has a deal. It's a well known fact that they're taught to pinch the carton of fries so they have an excuse to give you less fries, but come on, these assholes practically choked the bottom half of my carton. This is sad. This is probably the worst McDonald's I ever been too. I walked in and order and I had a coupon. The cashier insisted that my coupon on the McDonald's app expired, however why would McDonald's give me an expire coupon. I then proceeded to ask for a manager. The manager came and told me that I was supposed to ring in the items separately. This is terrible. It's not my job to ring in items on the register. That's the cashier job! Another 7 AM road trip stop for gas that resulted in the kids waking up after all night driving to say, "we're kinda hungry dad." With several hours between us and our destination, all agreed to suffer another McDonald's breakfast. I pulled my truck and camper trailer into the strange right-angle not-a-parking-lot-but-more-of-an-access-alley, and sort of pulled over out of the way of traffic in and out of the area. Wife went in with my bravest kid, and emerged 15 minutes later with a bag of crapulence... seriously, I do t have high expectations for McDonalds in general, but the misalignment of breakfast sandwich items was so bad, it seemed deliberate, or the line cook had a helluva twitch. Hashbrowns we're ice cold. Not sure how, since the cook times and methods are pretty prescriptive, but somehow, Lathrop-- you pulled it off. Requests for ketchup here resulted in four packets for a "meal" destined for five people. Serves us right for eating here. I have been working as a DoorDash driver from last 1 year. Every time i go to Macdonald to pick up an order i feel discriminated. Especially, Isabelle I believe she is the team manager, she is the rudest out of them all, she is always complaining about our service and treats me rudely. McDonalds has made it so that when you order off the kiosks, you put in a table number if you are dining in. The other McDonalds we go to bring out the order to you. This one for whatever reason just refuses to being out your order unless your order has been chilling on the counter. They rarely call out numbers and seem to depend on the take out order screen. It's just agitating when we want to get out of the house as a family. My 1 off order for a honest juice box took 15 minutes and we had to ask for it. My son drank the first one too quickly, so we ordered an additional one. read more

Let me start with the employees not wearing their Proper PPE especially with the whole pandemic happening. Vaccinated or not, with or without the virus . In the food industries it is important to wear your proper PPE. Also I observe that an employees use the same gloves as they used at the food line while taking an order and went back to the food line with the same gloves. Customer service was horrible. Orders are not properly prioritize and they are not very welcoming. We had to wait for 40mins to get our food and what upset us is that the customer after us got their food before we did and they ordered more items. The fries are not properly cook. It was undercooked and it was under seasoned. Also we ordered a large fries and it wasn't filled up. We only got half portion of the large fries. Overall our experience wasn't very pleasing and very disappointing. read more
