The chicken nuggets were juicy and generously sized. I especially love the kale crunch salad; it's my favorite side. The almonds add a great crunch, and the tangy dressing really brings it all together. The drive-thru line is always long no matter the day or time, but the staff keeps things moving efficiently and is consistently friendly. I truly want to love Chick-fil-A. My daughter loves it and every time we go, I hope this will be the visit that changes my mind. Unfortunately, I leave disappointed every single time. The drive-thru is a chaos get through on busy days, so pay attention. The customer service is genuinely excellent. The staff is polite, patient, and professional, and that part absolutely deserves praise. If this review were based on service alone, it would be five stars. But the food just does not live up to the hype. The chicken is often dry or bland, the buns feel underwhelming, and overall it just doesn't feel worth the price. We've tried different items, different meals, even multiple visits thinking maybe it was just an off day. It never is. I don't expect gourmet food from a fast food place, but I do expect flavor and consistency, and this just doesn't deliver for me. Great service, but missed some salad toppings I usually love ordering through the Chick-fil-A app -- it's super convenient. I got my usual strawberry salad with the spicy filet, but when I got home, I realized the salad toppings were missing, so I didn't get the full flavor and crunch I expected. That said, the service was great. The team member who brought the food out to our car was really friendly and helpful. The app limits how many sauces you can add, but he went back inside and grabbed us extra without hesitation. Super appreciated! I've been coming here for a while now. The best thing about Chick-Fil-A is how fast and efficient they are. If you do drive thru it's so easy, and you don't have to wait long. I order door dash quite often from here, I enjoy their market salad, full of fruit and salad and chicken. So fresh too!!! However gotta tank the score a bit for the saltiest fries known to man, and the random half melted plastic wrap in the burger we got today. Seating area is large with a play room. It has solar covered parking which is cool. Door dash people are waiting long times for their orders also. Cars NOT displaying handicap place cards or license plates are in those spots. There's hands free trash cans here. Ceiling tile vents are dusty. Sprinkler heads are dusty. There's SEVEN cameras near the registers. I'm not sure if I feel safe or if I'm under excessive surveillance. Maybe they don't trust workers. It's weird. No support from managers or the owner operator. Nobody is walking the floor to check on customers. I was finally able to order at 1114am. So it took 10 minutes to get to the register for dine in. Food arrived at 1121am. They take Apple Pay. Trash is overflowing all over: Bathrooms and all around the restaurant. Bathroom is average cleanliness. Kids booster seats and high chairs are very filthy. Food tastes amazing. I had nuggets, mac and cheese, pepper mint shake, and spicy chicken sandwich. It was $21.39 Seats at the tables are torn. Came here before but haven't had the time to properly leave a review, we usually get the spicy chicken sandwich which tastes like a home cooked meal, not greasy and the buns are always fresh and soft. The staff are always excellent and deliver 6/5 service. It is very accommodating, and the drive-through usually moves very fast. I will say that I am a fan of Chick-fil-A and they typically are quick when I go through the drive thru or order in person. Their rewards program is what keeps me going back as I can always find a discount or deal with my points. Food is tasty and the service is always friendly. They do need to find a solution for when their employees take their breaks though. Many times do staff sit in a majority of the restaurant tables at various points of the day. Sometimes it can be one person to a big booth or multiple people chatting it up all throughout the restaurant. It makes it hard for customers to also sit and eat when dining in. Don't they have a break room? I know breaks are well deserved but the space is already packed enough when it's full of employees. This is my true only complaint. I'll keep coming back. read more

My husband and I decided to stop by here this past Thursday, around 5 pm. Being lazy we decided to do the drive thru. When we got back to our Airbnb (about 25 minutes later), I cut about 1/5 of this to try it and my husband ended up taking the rest with him to work the next day for breakfast. I thought the grilled chicken had a smokey taste that I thought went well with the Colby jack cheese and bacon. The bacon was sweet because the bacon is made with brown sugar. But I'm not a fan of barbecue sauce so I thought this sandwich was just okay. My husband liked the sandwich though. ----------------------------- (Total= $8.93 after tax) When an employee took our order with her tablet, I was just surprised that she didn't seem very friendly. Glad we are inside so this was fixed quickly. Chicken noodle Soup is on point. Best fast food soup you can get! It's flavorful and tastes so good. Nuggets are hard to get wrong here. Side salad is a nice size serving add some chicken and you got a nice lil chicken salad. Inside the place is always clean. Mac and cheese is alright, not the best not the worst. Then the food came in record time. And while I was at my table eating my food, I got asked by three different people. If there was anything they could do for me and one got me a refill. All were very friendly and kind servers. They don't even accept tips at this place and the Service was extra extraordinary. I had the Cobb salad and it was amazing. The place even had its own little special decorations, put in by the manager and pictures of happy customers that come to the restaurant. I asked for the manager to let her know how good the service was and gave her much praise and told her how seven people interacted with me and were all kind and friendly and gave exceptional service. She had this little black-and-white cowbell and rang it and gave a big Attaboy to all the employees and they all yelled out and accepted their praise. A very special Chick-fil-A for sure! I'll bet there's none like it in the country. They have bingo night on Tuesday nights and I guess all the locals come and they give away free food for bingo prizes. Instead of getting the trays as I ordered, I was charged for 4 of the 10 piece version of the chicken minis. After I pointed out the price discrepancy and the error, I was told they do not have a catering menu nor the chicken minions in the 20 or 40 piece versions. I have visited this Chick-fil-a a couple times with my grandsons. They love the indoor play area. It makes for a nice incentive to get them to eat. I ordered using the online app, which is convenient in that we don't have to stand in line. The only thing was that I ordered a kids meal with a soft serve ice cream cone and the server brought out the ice cream with the food. She cheerfully took it back when I asked if the ice cream could be served after the boys ate their food. read more
