My mother kindly asked about the apples to which the drive through attendant rudely scoffed in her face and stood there for a few seconds just staring. She brings the apples but to the sheer amazement of not checking everything. We asked for extra pickle and extra mayonnaise on 2 burgers. No pickles on either. Messes up our simple requested order 3x!!! By the third time our food got cold so I asked if we could get fresh food. I came to sit down again and I started to post this when he comes up to us and said "give me your receipt... " WTF??? Get it together kid!!!! Not the way to gain clientele MOD didn't do anything about the situation nor did they approach us to apologize. The 3rd time I have came to this,especially for the convenience. I keep being disappointed and let down. I usually go after my dialysis treatment for a frappe to get a little more energy since it drains and dehydrates me. I get a caramel frappe with a extra espresso shot. THREE(3)!!!! TIMES I have ordered a got to the window and paid only for them to tell me the espresso machine is down and that they can put more caramel. Why would I want that? Why would anyone? This McDonalds replaces the one that's now closed on the corner of GA Hwy 124 and Sugarloaf Pkwy. This location offers better & easier access if you are heading west on Sugarloaf, and not as easy approaching from the west but there is a controlled traffic signal so at least you don't have to risk the speeding opposing-traffic on Sugarloaf to turn left into McDonalds. The location has a friendly staff and keeps the line moving. Fries were fresh and hot which is important. I prefer this location to the one closer to GA Hwy 316 because I can get in and out quickly! read more

Worst. Wait time. Ever. From the moment I pulled up in line it was TWENTY MINUTES before I made it to the cashier window. I parked in the Reserved section and STILL did not have my food after 15 minutes. My pies are what I was waiting on but at that point I worried if the rest of my order would grow cold. It was pouring down rain I didn't know if they'd forgotten about me. This location is unfortunately always slow on service so at first I was even at peace with waiting a little longer than usual but this is RIDICULOUS and I bet that there will be no apology or even an offer to make this right for my long wait. After 40 minutes I went inside for my money. I had to outwait the rain first because it was pouring and i'd forgotten an umbrella. When I went in to get a refund I wasn't net with any remorse or explanation. The cashier simply gave me my refund and wished me a good day. I'm never coming back here again. read more

I used to swing by in the mornings on my way to work to grab a coffee and Egg McMuffin. But they took so long to get thru the drive-thru that I had to quit. I can fix my own coffee and breakfast sandwich at home just as fast for cheaper and better for me that Mickey D's. I asked the kid..."hey why is it so much?" He said it was the tax that made it that total. I strongly suggest that no one eats at this McDonald's. I was severely under cooked quarter pounder and became ill. What made it worse is that I waited in the drive through line for about 30 minutes just to get this food. I have had several issues in the past with this franchise but not to this degree. Food is pretty good overall, The drive-thru service is okay, but the coffee is almost never as instructed. If you ask for 5 creamer/5 sugar, perhaps you get 1 creamer and 1 sugar (irritating). The dinning room is too hot. Its almost middle April (maybe the AC is broken), but the temperature is sizzling and its like this every day. As I was dining on 4/9/2013, I heard a customer waiting in line mention that it was very hot and asked if the AC was broken. No response. Also the restaurant has this music of about 10 tracks that loops but many of the songs skip as if the CD is scratched or damaged. The tracks are good songs, but they need a wider variety and they need songs that don't skip. Their dinning environment could be much better. I must commend the staff for cleanliness and professionalism. I believe that they excel in these 2 areas read more

I come to this McDonald for breakfast three times a month when i am in town. This morning, i ordered big breakfast with large coffee. Morning staff were professional and courteous. Then i went to the counter around 4:30PM to order lunch to go. There i met the rudest manager i saw in my life at McDonald's. This lady goes by Hayriya and said she is manager. My laptop was in visible area, but she immediately jumped on me saying i just came from outside. She went into tirade. I saw her treating the employees similar fashion in the past. She said this is corporate owned when in-fact it was franchisee owned. I hope they will retrain her or ask her to be mindful about her outward behavior. The front front staff needs better training I ordered Egg McMuffin and coffee this morning Damien said he was too busy to stir my cream and sugar in the coffee and when he brought the bag with the Egg McMuffin he just plucked it down on the table in oh no thank you no nothing and he is kind of the second person in the past few months that I have countered there that's just no social skills with all the management needs to do a better job of training people have an agreed us and I spent five books there the least they could do is great you properly take your order with a smile and and thank you for your order.
