The worst McDonald's ever. Went through here on 4/3/2021 at 2:34 pm (linecook who made my daughter's cheeseburger should be retrained and to see if he/she knows how to read orders). My child is allergic to tomatoes so that means she is allergic to ketchup. I asked for no sauce only pickles on her cheeseburger as it says in the picture. I don't know if the linecooks doesn't know how to read but you really going to put ketchup on my daughter's burger and on top of that they didn't even put the pickles on it. Disappointed that advertised prices are different than what I was charged. Went thru the drive thru this morning and my order included 2 small smoothies which were showing a cost of $2. However, upon reviewing my bill I was charged $2.39 for each. The employee at the payment window said the prices probably changed for the start of the new year. This should have been caught and all posters and signs should have been changed or removed accordingly if that was the case. read more

I hope that the day we visited was an anomaly. The young lady who took our order stared at us, sighing like she was bored then broke out her cellphone and started texting. Consequently, she messed up our order. We were so flabbergasted by her behavior that we just took the messed up order, dined and left. We continued to glance at her while dining and saw the same behaviors over and over. But interestingly, the manager(s) were all around her and said nothing. The parking here was poor planning. Don't like having to park where the drive thru is. While my filet o fish and fries were hot and fresh, the chicken nuggets were old and cold in the happy meal. McDonalds has always been the go to fast food joint. We all have a favorite item on their menu. For me it's always been a Large Fries and a Medium Coke. When I'm running late for work or it's been a long day at I worked thru lunch, a large fries and medium coke always hits the spot. Today I'm running errands with my gorgeous wife and I needed something to tie me over. Being new to the area I wanted something fast and something I can share because my wife will say she doesn't want anything but eats my stuff. Lol! In the distance I see the famed Golden Arches. I hopped in my car, drove to the drive thru ordered a number 6 (10 piece nuggets meal) large, with a Sprite and for myself a Large Fries with a Medium Coke with lemon. Because I discovered added lemon to Coke makes it amazing! Anyway, as am driving I asked my wife to pass me a fry. Nothing could have prepared me for the disappointment I was about to endure. The fries were cold and stale, they put a 6 piece and 4 piece nugget in the bag to make 10. Rather than have it in the correct packaging. On top of that the nuggets were cold. The Sprite was a large seltzer water and my Coke was a Diet Coke with no ice and minus a lemon. In the past, yes, my order has been wrong. Something was missing or something minuscule. But never has my ENTIRE ORDER been wrong. I'm completely disappointed in the level of service at this location. Looking back at other review I see I'm not the only one. If the crew isn't doing what they're suppose to do when it come to serving the public what else are they not doing behind the scenes. This mcdonalds location is fantastic! I know it is a couple of years old, and they had their kinks to work out like most new places do, but every time I have been through this location in the past 6 months or so, I always receive a smile and super fast service for both breakfast and lunch. Not to long ago, they did a spirit night for my son's school, and donated a portion of the sales to help raise money. This is awesome, and I know these folks support the Ronald House Charities and other local community activities. Keep up the good work at this location. My favorite in town! read more

What is wrong with this place? I used to come by the drive thru every few days and order a salad. (They are not on the menu; you have to know that McD's actually makes something healthy.) This week I came by and asked what was in the other homestyle salad they offer. Flat response: "I don't know." Not, "I'll find out." Hmm, OK. So I got the Southwest Salad, which is supposed to come with black beans, corn, Frito sticks and a slice of lime. Usually at least one of these items is missing. Very disappointing quality control on a regular basis. Otherwise, it is a fantastic salad. Wednesday I ordered a salad, got to the window and then was told there was no salad. Just...none. I opted for a couple of burgers, then. What could go wrong ordering a hamburger at McDonald's. Apparently, plenty. I was asked to pull over, and waited a full 10 minutes for a simple double hamburger. Why? "Because we made regular burgers and didn't know there was such a thing as a double burger, so we had to make new ones." Huh? Surely they could have lifted the bun and put a second burger patty on top! Somebody please tell me where I can find a more reliable McDonald's nearby. So done with this one. read more

Awful! I once waited 30 minutes for a small Iced vanilla coffee. It was unbelievable, myself and several other customers were shocked at how slow they were to make simple food, there's nothing fancy about McDonald's so why it took so long is beyond me. They are always slow at this location, it doesn't matter if you do drive thru walk in. On another occasion I did the drive thru and got a burger and 2 apple pies. I ate one pie that had something hard and plastic like in it. I'm definitely sure it wasn't apple or pie crust, so disgusting. About 5 years ago I made a visit to McDonald's and made a promise to myself that I would never go there again. This morning my wife wanted an egg mcmuffin so I ventured out McDonald's and had a reminder of why I never wanted to go back. It starts at the drive thru order kiosk. The young lady on the microphone is barely heard. She is mumbling and has no customer service skills at all. No hello, thank you, etc. I drive around to pay and there is no difference in the way she acts. Short and no customer service. When we get our food you would think a 2 year old put the sandwich together. Nothing was in line. Most of the cheese was off the sandwich and it was barely warm. This job is not rocket science. I honestly believe that if the employees put forth just a little more effort McDonald's could be a half decent place to eat. I went to this location to get my kids happy meals. When we pulled up, there was no one in the drive thru. I sat there yelling hello for at least 5 minutes. After other cars pulled up to the other box and there orders were taken i finally pulled up to the window. I told the guy at the window that I'd been waiting a long time and asked if the order intercom was working. He closed the window to ask the girl who was i guess was working that side if she was taking orders. He came back and told me that she wanted me to go back around and get in line, which now had several cars in both lanes. I just left the drive thru after 1 hour of waiting for two Large coca-colas. We wanted to drive out and go inside but we were stuck due to all the other cars so we stayed. They did not even take my order. When we finally made it to the window she asked if we had two cheeseburgers . We said that our order was not even taken, she rolled her eyes and said what's your order ? I told her it was just for two large coca colas she got an attitude and said she didn't have any , i then asked at all? And she said well we do but it is in the lobby insinuating that we go inside after waiting an hour in the drive through . I told her we were waiting for a very long time she the closed her window rudely and started telling the other employees to bring her two large Coke's. But we ended up leaving next door to Del Taco because we could not believe how unprofessional she was. She could have easily gotten two drinks for our inconvenience. But people like her should not be at the window at all. Unbelievable, we were actually very nice to her for her to be so rude. I mean did we really need to go inside and wait again after being stuck in the drive thru? I would just avoid this place until they change the staff. Does McDonald's not host proper interviews? Very unhappy. I ordered a fish combo on October 3rd. When the drive through person attempted to hand me my meal she stated it was a QT. I don't eat beef and didn't order that, however I had already paid for my meal with my card. The QT was more than my fish meal so I was told they would refund me the QT and they charged me for the fish meal. Have been checking bank account all weekend no refund. Went back to the store and spoke to manager Starla who told me refunds can take up to two days to go through. It's Tuesday Oct 7th! My payment went through yesterday for two meals purchased Oct 3rd, one of which I didn't eat or take with me. Not happy. Starla tried to make the excuse that yesterday Oct 6th was a holiday. I said "what holiday" she says Columbus day. I never had respect for that man but do recognize his holiday is on the 13th for my bank so I informed Starla that yesterday was not a bank holiday. She wouldn't call the GM this evening stating the GM (General Manager) would be there tomorrow between 9to5. I'm working then too so it's a big inconvenience taking time from my job to get them to do their job. I'm really not happy with this McDonalds. Need to train their staff to be careful with peoples money. I want my money back and if I don't get it I will go to every place that I use to rate businesses and really make known my disapproval of how they do business. read more
