The old woman working at the register was the rudest person I've ever encountered. She took my order, walked away and started making other orders and ignored me. I got her attention and asked for our food order and she got angry, rolled her eyes, and raised her voice at me. Then she gave me 2/3 of my order and walked away again as though she had done her job. I asked for the rest and she rolled her eyes at me. I was polite the entire time and had done nothing to offend this woman. Meanwhile she greeted two male customers after me with big smiles and laughter. She must hate herself and women because I had done nothing to her. She is a very hateful person and her store is also dirty. I had to wipe food from my table when I sat down. I will never return and I would never recommend this particular DD to anyone. read more

I went to Dunkin this morning and was so looking forward to it. I ordered on my app and ordered a loaf to go with it. I ordered a iced latte but when I got there I got a hot latte handed to me and then when I said "Excuse I didn't order Hot I wanted iced. They all looked at me like I had two heads. We pay for shitty service I guess and once we want what we paid for you just have to deal. After standing there trying to get no lie 5 people trying to help me they would walk away with their head down. So I asked for some ice and did the best I could do without their help. So THANK YOU FOR NO HELPING ME WITH WHAT I PAID FOR. I after the last time they screwed up my order I started taking screenshots of what I was ordering. We ordered 3 bagels with butter. Butter melts. This is NOT butter! Just horrible! AND ... THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $2.40 for this so called butter! This is still my primary Dunkin and I've met different managers over the years but the people who work there now are always so nice! I've had technology issues before with mobile ordering, maybe clicking the wrong button or something -- totally my fault -- and they've been so nice about it and accommodating. I've come to this location a handful of times. Once I actually went in and the person behind the counter never said a word. So this review is based on the customer service. When I have gone through the drive through the majority of times it has been very slow even though I haven't gone during peak times. I often go to get an assorted dozen for other people so I'm not sure about the quality of their drinks or donuts. The location is in an obscure place next to a Pep Boys. read more

Update: now that there are youth working here I feel the quality in drinks have changed dramatically. My coffees have consistently been full bodied and flavorful now and they follow any special type of requests. They get my order wrong here alot! I always order the sourdough sandwich and I tell them to add sausage and everytime I get my order its never correct, they never add the sausage. They have a screen the workers have to see orders and it clearly says add sausage. Also when I go to always ask the worker to fix my food. I drove through the drive through trying to get 2 shots of espresso over whipped cream, a black coffee, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. After she didn't understand the whipped cream, I changed it to an americano. I ended up with 1 coffee with 2 added shots. No sandwiches. They didn't care to make it right or that our order was wrong. My daughter purchased a $25 gift card for my birthday and when I went on line to add it to my phone app there was a 0 balance. I called my daughter to find out which DD she went to and to get the receipt. I go to this DD 4-7 times a week and post of the employees know me by name. I buy bag coffee and single serving coffee and brewed and iced coffee OFTEN. When I stopped by with the paid receipt I was told "somebody had used it" I said that I nor my daughter had used it. I was reduced to tears as I was basically called a liar. My business with DD is over and I plan to post to FB and have my friends share this story along with the location of this and the sister store in. What is the good of a receipt? Haven't stopped here in a while (I recently moved). Went in and ordered a large iced coffee, but she accidentally made me a medium. When I saw it, I asked if that was the large ( I wanted to make sure) and she apologized and took it back. Seconds later she hands me the large and I go. When I took the first sip, it was like it had no flavor. I'm thinking that (and it tasted like) they took the medium they made, poured it into a large cup and added ice. Worst store ever. Came in trying to use one of my rewards. Mind you all I get is the iced matcha latte. I asked the guy at the counter if I could use it because it said excludes "frozen matcha" not iced so the employee and I quote says yeah iced is not frozen so you can use it. So I redeem it.
