She's rude and god forbid you have a question about anything, she is super condescending. I have never once left a store because I've seen someone working, expect for this location when I see she is working. It's a yes for me! This location knows how to get the job done! This was our 4th visit, we went inside this time to have a warm cookie with our caramel fraps and it was good vibes all around! You know what Starbucks is. If you don't, they're certainly one of the options that you have available for overpriced coffee. Is the coffee at Starbucks great amazing super duper awesome? No. Is the coffee at Starbucks good? Yeah, I'd say it is. A lot of times when you walk into Starbucks, you are not fully awake. You are going to Starbucks to get fuel to help you through the rest of the day. I work nearby, and I often go to this Starbucks for convenience. Most experiences are pretty average. Some are kind of silly. I once ordered the Triple Mocha Frappucino. This is a limited time offering that is probably as unhealthy as the Unicorn or Crystal Ball Frappucino, but far less silly looking/sounding. The idiot behind the counter who I suppose wasn't trained on their LTOs asked if I wanted a Frappucino with 3 shots. If I were wide awake, I would've easily caught on that the idiot was asking if I wanted 3 shots of espresso in my Frappucino for whatever reason. Unfortunately, in my exhausted state of mind, I made the still reasonable assumption that he was asking about 3 shots of mocha or whatever. I thought he was verifying that I was ready for the chocolatey goodness, the most chocolatey chocolate ever. Nope. This dude actually rang up a Frappucino with 3 shots of espresso. Ugh. I pound espressos like nobody else, but I'm not exactly in love with the flavor. I wanted a tasty treat that would pair well with my yoga pants and North Face and possibly provide some caffeine. It was not what I received. There's a lot of Starbucks in the Greater Atlanta Area. I am certain I will continue to go to a Starbucks at least once a month if not more than that. The quality of my drinks was high. The quality of my food was low. When I questioned why the bun of my breakfast sandwich was over cooked, the barista at the window said that's normal. Didn't offer to fix it or replace it. Seemed annoyed at my question. Once I got home, I found the bacon on the sandwich to be raw and I had to cook it myself. Pretty disappointed. read more

I will always drive the extra distance to come to this Starbucks. I love that when you get to the drive-through speaker, they immediately greet you and make you feel welcome. They also inform you of any shortages and alert you of any out of stock items either while you're ordering or before you leave that way you can adjust your order prior to arriving at the window. once you get to the window someone with excellent communication greets you and safely hands off your order! They are all so kind, gentle and respectful of your time. Although I haven't been to this specific location before 9:00 AM, I do feel like they still provide great customer service! read more

The location on Scenic Highway 124 was closed at 8:00PM. They are not consistent with their hours. I went to the other location across from Target. The young lady that took my order was sweet, and she is the only reason for rating Starbucks with an overall three rating....However, my hot chocolate tasted like water, with some chocolate powder for taste. At first, because it was so hot, I could not tell that it was so weak tasting, however I ended up throwing it out. So, I'm really rating both locations in this review. read more

Love this Starbucks. I'm not sure why they have low reviews. It's a little difficult to get in and out of but that has nothing to do with the coffee that you actually receive there. I go there a lot on my way to work and I order ice macchiato's or hot latte. They've always made them very well and the staff is super friendly. I prefer this location over others in the area. Those four stars were for Naj at the drive-through window. I felt like I was in a simulation. Everything was done right, I was greeted when I came in, but when I said hello, how are you doing? Great physical location. It is next to Alexander Park. It is a great place to sit outside and catch some sun in the spring and summer. However, the staff here is terrible. Every time I come here I am reminded of why I stopped going here. Drive through (refuse to spell it as thru) - Girl does not give me my card back. I was forced to drive an hour round trip to pick it up once I got home and realized she had kept it. Order Quad (4 shots of Espresso) only person in line. Stood for 15 minutes waiting for them to make my drink. They clearly forgot. Keep in mind I am the only person in the store. They are just doing drive through. The guy who took my order was doing inventory in the back and taking pictures on his phone. There I stood after a 12 hour work shift just waiting for them to remember there was one person standing at the pick-up counter. That is not the only time they have forgotten I existed. They've forgot to make my drink at least four other occasions. I've been rang up for the wrong amount countless times. Made cold when I did not specify "iced" and vice versa. Ordered two drinks and they combined my quad into another coffee drink. Typically if someone orders a drink then they say the word AND the person at the register should understand that you have ordered two drinks. If you are coming from Ronald Reagan parkway direction, you should stop by the other Starbucks, get your coffee and then enjoy sitting outside of this one. If you could wipe out the entire staff at this Starbucks and replace it with the staff at the other Starbucks across from Target, you would have the best of both worlds. The employees at this location are so incompetent that I try to avoid this place AT ALL costs. Save time go elsewhere. read more

Everytime I check in here I surprise myself that I still haven't reviewed it. Reviewing it would help me make sure it's the right one since the picture is ambiguous :P. I could say this is my home starbucks, but I have a couple. This one has a lot of memories though and over the years it has always been a great one. The seating inside is minimal, but usually enough for the crowd that comes here. Usually weekends are the only times all the tables are filled up. Plugs are everywhere if necessary for studying. There are a couple of comfy chairs to read or relax. There is seating outside and it feels great during the spring or summer. There is not much nearby, only a waffle house that shares its parking lot and a car wash on the other side, so not much walking distance. However, the Avenues are right across the street if food or change of scenery is needed before or after. Baristas are great. Not many baristas have been there over the years and it seems like there is someone new every few months, but they are all really friendly and make me feel welcome whether i'm camping out for a couple of hours or grabbing a drink on-the-go. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My dad and I went to the Starbucks to get Two iced shaken espressos at 1:23pm . It was busy so we expected to wait. 30 minutes passes and people behind us with similar coffees exit the business before us . I eventually go up to the counter to ask and the manager immediately says we are backed up and make the "easier drinks first." Another employee then locks both doors of the business due to their inability to keep up. After multiple customers begin sticking up for me and tell the manager it is ridiculous at 2:09 both drinks are finally received. I say "thank you finally " and the manager sarcastically responds "yeah you're welcome" as loud as he could. After waiting for 45 minutes both coffees were made incorrectly and I definitely will not be returning. read more

This store used to be the pinnacle of Starbucks service under the management of John, however ever since he left service has taken a dramatic plunge. My mother and I are both are gold member at Starbucks, meaning we spend hundreds of dollars there a year, so when you start receiving poor service from the Starbucks nearest you, there's a need for evaluation. I visit this location anywhere from 4-5 times a week, and 4/5 times they mess up my order. Starbuck's barista promise is to "Love you beverage or let us know. We'll always make it right." However, you ask the barista's at this location to fix the drink how you originally ordered it, and they're ready to bite your head off. I always order my drinks without whipped cream, but seemingly always receive a drink with whipped cream. I'll immediately point out that I asked for my beverage without it and all they do is scrape off as much whipped cream as they can, so as to not remake the drink. The culture at this Starbucks is LAZY and has no regard for customer service. I think this also comes from there always being new baristas working from week to week, once again under John's management, I saw and become accustomed to the same quality and caring baristas. In summary, I love Starbucks the company, but this location is seriously tarnishing the brand of the company. read more

I decided to grab a drink and wait at this Starbucks until the emissions testing center nearby opened for the morning. I was actually pretty impressed when I drove up to the location, because the building looked extremely clean/new and included a drive-thru. However, I was initially disappointed by the lack of cushioned seats inside (i.e. those comfortable cushy seats at most locations). And I was only further disappointed by the service. The cashier was not pleasant. No smile and replied to requests in a rude manner. Maybe he was just having a bad day... After receiving my drink, I decided to enjoy the beautiful weather and sit outside in the sun (it was way too cold inside). I was very happy with the outdoor seating options, which included table umbrellas. Definitely not anywhere close to my favorite Starbucks, but the drive-thru option is pretty neat, and the location is clean. Service is simply below average, thus the 2-star rating. read more

Fastest public internet in snellville, tons of outlets and never a problem finding a place to sit. Although I may complain about one establishment, I'm even quicker to give out compliments. This was my first time in this Starbucks and I know it won't be my last. Friendly and funny staff. They helped me order a fresh mango passion tea drink since I always get the same thing. It was delicious. I would like to give it a full five star rating but they ran out of lemonade (it's barely midweek) that was a bummer because it would've made my drink even more Delish. Other than that minor issue. Got a cold Carmel drink, it tastes like milk. I take it back they told me I was the second customer to brink a coffee saying it tasted like coffee and the pump needed to be changed and I would have to wait but didn't tell me directly the staff was cussing about the work they had to do. Isn't this your job. The problem wasn't addressed the first time. Manager on duty was very rude and disrespectful, didn't want to give a refund and gave a hot coffee saying she is trying to help.
