They didn't give me the amount of sauce I asked for when having to pull through the drive thru twice because they forgot my Big Mac and daily double. I open my Big Mac and it's cold, the entire bottom of my box is lettuce and it's saturated in Big Mac sauce. i stop by here when in lebanon but the last 3 times i stop has been less than good. This time, the fries were cold, and i ordered a cheeseburger, 2 hamburgers and a fish with no cheese. i received a cheeseburger with no cheese and a fish with cheese and the hamburgers may as well had been plain. too far away to turn back. I appreciate the new renovated store and the new kiosk and online ordering. There's so much to like about our hometown McDonalds. There's a few things I'd like to see them improve upon. Coke Zero Sugar please. And bring back the ketchup dispenser. Damn those little packets. Also add mayo as a kiosk option to menu item customizing and breakfast sauce would be nice too. read more

This branch SUCKS!! You go in the morning and they RARELY ever have breakfast burritos! REALLY?!! What's funny is that you look at the damn menu in front of you and it has a picture of guess what? Breakfast damn burritos!! I just went in now to order a shake and they said they have no ice cream. Give me a damn break!! Worst McDonalds EVER!!!!! 20 minutes for two $1 sandwiches and a Med fry. Sandwiches weren't made right and fries were old and cold. Employees were goofing off and really didn't care. Distracting one another. So unsanitary. Employee answering phone with gloves on and going back to making food with same gloves. Two people on line lost track of what orders they were on. Trash wasn't taken out. Fountain had straw papers everywhere. Ketchup machine out of ketchup. Manager wasn't keeping any of them in order. Took 5 minutes before any employee acknowledged that their was customers waiting for orders. Plenty enough workers there to cover their shift just not managed or any efficiency. Horrible service. Curbside is a joke. Checked in for my curbside order at 7:53 am. Left at 8:10 without food. Called the store number several times without answer. Rang the bell at the front door several time with no answer. No customer service. read more

25 Mins of sitting in drive through for just a cup of coffee. Cars bumper to bumper and we notice the drive thru clerk is hanging out the window just talking to the car there..... For 25 minutes. Really? I'm surprised Cars were not honking. But then again , this may be the norm. We were, after all, out of towners.
