What is the point of a drink carrier if the cups spill out of it even when someone is holding them. I've been to this McDonalds and have Door Dashed here a high amount of times for the few months I've been here. The employees definitely put in a lot of hard work; however, they are just not meeting the demands of the high-paced environment asked of them (I.E. Customer wait times and accurate orders). I've had multiples orders consistently miss a few items, and the average wait time during morning breakfast hours averages about 30+ minutes. There was a time I went in to have a sit-down breakfast and my friend and I waited approximately 45 minutes for our food. I respect the employees for putting in the hard work and effort in trying to run this location, but the product output doesn't meet the standards in which it should. read more

I've dined in, ordered, and have done door dash at this location and I don't think I've ever experienced a worst store in my life. The wait time is RIDICULOUS. Considering some dasher use door dash as a full time job getting orders from here and having to cancel or have the customer cancel their order due to wait time is insane. I've never had one employee there be nice or welcoming and going there as a female alone will get you harassed by all the dudes in there. Went after a football game and the line of course was long, decided to place a mobile order got out of line and went around to see only one car at the window. They were only servicing one vehicle at a time. Place the order and had to wait 45 minutes to get my order and they didn't give me the happy meal. Went inside with my mask on and was told I wasn't supposed to be inside but your door is open a be no signage saying closed but I got my meal went home and they didn't add any dipping sauces as I had 40 nugget for my kids. I'm only giving this one star because it's the only option. In reality I'd give it 1/2 a star. The half because of the fact that it only took about 2 mins from the time I got there till getting my food. First, I asked for a sausage and cheese biscuit when I opened the bag it was a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese AND the biscuit looked like it had been dropped in a mop bucket it was so soggy I didn't even eat it. Secondly, when I paid there was no "hello" or "welcome to "McDonald's" the employees literally said nothing to me other than to take my order. This is the slowest, most non reliable, inconsistent Mcdonalds I've ever been to. We have lived here 2 years. We go to McDonald's a couple times a week, usually dinner time for a chicken nugget happy meal, or we get the babies pancakes on Saturday's. EVERY time we go through the drive through, we are asked to pull forward. It doesn't matter what you order, they don't have enough, and you pull forward. Tonight it was a cheeseburger at 6pm. Prior examples include a Diet Coke (that's right, I had to pull forward for a soft drink!), salad, nuggets. Routinely, it's a 20-30 minute wait. You will always see all five spots with cars waiting for food. I have learned that if you refuse to pull forward and ask for a refund instead, they will immediately hand you your food. That tells me that they have the food made, but are not willing to get their crap together to get it out in a timely manner. Typically, when they do actually bring your food out, it's stale/cold. It tastes like it's been sitting there a long time. We usually drive into Leesville now. That Mcdonalds is faster, more reliable, and what you expect from a McDonalds. read more

My spouse sat out there in the car after placing the order for an hour waiting for them to make the order. Many other customers drove up and left after placing their order. Employees claimed that they are so backed up on mobile orders and door dash that they can't even tell how much longer the wait will be. Complaints; 1) Fast food is no longer fast 2) Really poor customer assurance that we are valued. 3) I highly discourage others to patron locations near military bases because they usually provide very poor service, quality products, and lack customer service. 4) Not our first time with this location, we usually also get something wrong with our order. Missing an item or given the wrong item. It's such a head ache to attempt to correct the issue that you just walk away frustrated. I've picked up DoorDash orders here in past months and both times I have had the worst wait times. What made it worse was the workers barely acknowledged me and I patiently waiting then dashers who arrived maybe 5-10 minutes afterwards got there orders immediately and then finally got the people waiting in the lobby area and after waiting too long I asked on of the workers hey are yall working on my order only for them to act like they just seen it. then about 20 minutes later they finally got my order. I'm pretty sure the customer was so upset they gave me a low rating and I don't blame them but most importantly it shouldn't take almost a hour for a average size kids meal. Just like yall I have to do my best to work efficiently and satisfy my my customer as well. Haven't been back here since.
