Literally have never gotten an order correct. 13 receipts from this store, 0/13 correct. lol The entire staff should be fired. How are you consistently below standard? How do you mess up an order every time? It's always missing at least one item or more, or just straight up wrong. I worked at a McDonald's when I was sixteen and I never messed anything up. How can the adults that manage this place be so incompetent? I moved to fort Polk with young kids that are used to be being satisfied by a last minute McDonald's meal. I get its a busy locations but whether you order a small burger or meals for the whole family you always have to wait for food to be brought out to your car. I've never once been handed my food from the drive thru window. I'm always told to pull up and wait. read more

Service Is terrible. the drive thru line will Take 20min to get through no matter if it's a lot of cars or not. Don't even think about doing a mobile order they won't service you until that drive thru line is gone even though you paid for your food & was there first. I shouldn't have to wait 40+ mins for a mobile/curbside order that's ridiculous. They also don't tell you if they are out of stuff before you order it. I have ordered a few things at the drive thru and when I got to the window they then decided to tell me they are out of something. i waited 50 mins today for my curbside order , I'm never going here again. This somehow manages to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been too across 3 different countries and at least half of the lower 48 states. I've visited this location probably about 10 times and had my order messed up 8 of those times. Not to mention probably the worst hours of any McDonald's I've ever seen. I'd advise anyone to either keep driving to Taco Bell or just head into Leesville for food. Don't give this place your money. read more

I will preface this by saying the staff is very pleasant and nice to interact with. However, this McDonald's is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes because the staff was not letting people order. This is a common occurrence and is not a "one-off" situation. It is unfortunately the only McDonald's that is in a reasonable driving distance from the base. read more

So I finally got fed up with horrible service that I decided to post a review. Back when I first got stationed at Fort Polk I lived on post but further away from this McDonald's. Driving here and back home for a quick meal was almost a journey. Getting home with an incomplete order made it worse. This McDonald's taught me to not only double, but triple check your order. Even then, things go wrong. Whether you eat here once a week or once a month you are bound to get a wrong order regularly. I haven't eaten at this McDonald's for almost a month and my wife and I decided to eat there tonight for dinner. A simple order of one kids meal four piece nuggets and one kids meal six piece nuggets turned out to be both four piece nuggest, even after I told the employee at the window what the order was. Also, I told her two boys toys, we got one boy one girls. This is just one of the many examples. They have forgotten burgers, nuggets, fries, straws, the list goes on. One night my wife waited fifteen minutes at the pick up window for her order. She decided to pull around to the order window and complain about it. She got her order plus some extras. Now I realize this issue isn't isolated to this McDonald's or McDonald's itself, which is why any time I order fast food I have to check the order to ensure it's right, or at least try to. That being said, either this particular McDonald's is just horrible at giving people their correct order or I have bad luck. More often than not you will experience mistakes here. Were all human, we all make mistakes, but there has to be some sort of quality control when 50% of the time I eat there something is wrong. It makes me wonder how often it happens to other customers. I can't even get a sweet tea, mine tonight was bitter and will have to be thrown away. I hope someone gets some info from this McDonald's to make an informed decision about eating here. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too in my entire life!! They need some serious help, they need new management, new workers!! Horrible place, the drive thru is always backed up they park every single car and we wait for almost an hour!!!! They always get your food wrong, they are all rude. We stopped going there we drive 30mins farther just too get some McDonald's and it IS SO WORTH DRIVING FARTHER. I've never experienced a McDonald's so UNORGANIZED like this one. read more

So, this place just sucks. We ordered at the drive thru, the girl rang it up wrong and we said something about it where you get your food. So the girl argues that we were wrong then another girl comes over and says what do you want (with all kinds of attitude), and we told her it was just suppose to be the meal that's it, so she says ok so a sweet tea and slams the window,(no one even said anything about a tea, didn't order one to begin with) then the other one comes and says the manager said they couldn't do anything about it and closes the window. Then the manager comes over and we hear the girl in the back say 'just give her whatever since she wants to argue' like what? I was just asking, we weren't rude or mean to them. But the manager fixed it actually, the manager never said that they couldn't fix it. They just need to get rid of all the attitude teenage girls. I ordered chicken and they came out disgusting. I waited ten minutes in one of there parking spots and when I got back to my room I opened them up to see that it was two pieces and a bunch of broken up burnt ones. Been here 15 min waiting for a hamburger and a small fry this place is lacking some kind of coordination to help get food out faster, drive thru was backed up so I came inside... I probably would have been better off waiting in the line! The lady taking our order has 10 tickets lined up on the counter...everyone is waiting..and I'm assuming drive thru is priority here! McDonald's - Slow as molasses - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Leesville, Louisiana

Oh my God. I go to This McDonald's almost every single day because it is closer to my house than any other McDonald's. I have never had a problem with this location I have always had great experiences. But I don't know what happened recently or what change they went through But tonight was the worst. For the past three days they have told me to wait in the reserve parking space so I did. Today I was in the first parking space I ordered two happy meals a chicken sandwich and some small fries I waited for 20 minutes and the person behind me on the second parking space and the person behind them on the third parking space got their food faster than I did maybe they ordered something less I don't know and I don't care. After 20 damn minutes I had to personally get out of my car in my pajamas with my two kids and go get my food. I should have just went in but seeing as how I received poor customer service tonight. Who's to say that it could've been worse inside. I really hope that this does not make me change over to Taco Bell because I damn will. read more

So I go to McDonald's, not because it's healthy or really taste all that great, I go because it's supposed to be "fast food". This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I have been to McDonalds in almost every state and even one in Korea. None of them took as long as this one. Every time I've went through the drive through I've had to pull off to the side to wait for my food. What the hell is the point of drive through if I could just walk in and get it faster? I'm not a big chain food person, but there are some limited options on base and just outside the base later in the evening. That said, this is the worst place I've been. I have eaten here 3 times over the past two months and everyone they mess up from forgetting items to adding mayo to items to just giving you the wrong items. Now they always say sorry on the phone and ask you to come back to fix it, but that really defeats the purpose of fast food. So, unless you want to open and check every item before you leave I recommend you avoid this place. read more

Consistently the worst drive thru location I've ever been to, for any restaurant chain. I don't know why I bother going there anymore considering I've only been given the correct order a handful of times, and I'd say 90% of the time the staff is extremely rude, especially when I tell them they've given me the wrong order. I've written a complaint to customer service for them before however they seem to not care enough to actually fix the issues this restaurant has.
