You know your experience is already going to be under-par when the restaurant is impossible to access. If you don't turn into this restaurant immediately, you get to enjoy an overly complicated labyrinth where every single sign tells you that you cannot enter the restaurant. Long story short, if you don't turn right into the restaurant, you might as well go to the next closest one. The ordering and paying was not a problem (although the screen that shows your order was broken), but receiving the food was. After giving us all drinks of the wrong size, the employee showed clear signs of agitation. If this wasn't bad enough, after ordering 2 diet cokes and 1 regular, the same employee gave us the regular coke saying it was a diet. This could have been catastrophic, as this was given to a diabetic in our party. Aside from this, the Egg McMuffin was burnt, and there was no meat inside. There were 3 people in the drive thru with us. The 2 in front got there orders. The one behind us got 4 bags of crap. We waited another 8 minutes for two mcdoubles and fries and that wasn't even done right. Asked for extra onion and none of their gross pickles on one burger. The burger wrapper said extra onion, but had no onion and tons of pickles. They screw something up almost every time. It's time to go to Burger King for good tasting burgers from now on. read more

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese that usually comes with two pieces. I got none. The place was filthy at the drink and ketchup counter and my feet squished every time I took a step, as well as flies flying around in the restaurant and restrooms.This location needs more help, they were dancing as fast as they can. We looked at reviews ahead of time but needed something to eat quickly and decided to stop. Mistake on our part because this place is true to it's ratings. We did a mobile order and pulled through to the second window after we sat at the first window and the girl didn't open it. I don't expect much when I choose to go to McDonalds. I stopped in with the primary purpose of using the restroom and the secondary purpose of grabbing an iced coffee. The women's restroom was absolutely filthy. The floors were grimy, the toilet was covered in and contained I flushed diarrhea. I resorted to using the men's restroom which was also icky and smelled like the whole room was a urinal. The food pick up counter wasn't clean and by sight few of the tables or doors were either. The service workers were slow like moseying turtles and still almost completed my order wrong by adding sugar to a coffee that I specified had no flavor or sugar. THE WORST. Standing in line and an employee literally ran the mop over my boot. That's right, folks, a real, bonefide breakfast buffet with the same hashbrowns, pancakes, folded egg product, etc., that you usually get in limited portions. We passed through here on our Utah-to-Illinois move at about 7 a.m., and were dumbstruck by the breakfast buffet, which was populated mostly by travelers like us. Wish I could give big zero to this place! We stopped here on our way from Colorado. We ordered 3 McWraps and drinks. All three had the tortilla squeezed to a ball in the bottom of the box with the salad and chicken on top. The only way you could eat it is with fork, then the tortilla at the end separately. So I thought, cool, shouldn't take long for once. 30 minutes later, the woman is still waiting for her drink, and I'm still waiting for my meal. After a bad experience across the street at sonic, this place was a breath of fresh air. I pulled in and ordered a sweet tea, there was no one else in line, I pulled straight to the second window. The lady was just finished making my tea when I pulled up. I got the tea and was out of there within seconds. The tea is 5 stars, sweet just like tea is supposed to be.
