The bathroom is messed up the mess is on the floor SOMEONE FIX THIS S*** and the food was okay

Stopped here before heading back to NJ. Employees barely spoke English and would mess up orders.

Employess do not understand English, and they will mess up your orde. Do not DoorDash because they give you old food, that's been sitting out. They're freaking disgusting in this establishment. Drive thru is always shut down and dirty old men always digging in the dumpsters. They need all new employees that's speak English and are clean. read more

Horrible experience. The costumer service was atrocious. The main worker that took my order was rude and the manager did nothing to correct the behavior. It seemed like the workers did not want to be there, which I get but it's still your job to be nice. I would recommend that if you're driving passed this McDonald's that you KEEP driving. You might find better luck at a different location. read more

If you can make it past the lot lizards and the people living in their cars begging for food and money then you get the pleasure of being at the McDonald's that made me stop eating McDonald's for the rest of my life. Robert that works there was making burgers and coughing on them while putting cheese on them. Jonathan noticed it too and had seen that I had seen it too. He did give me my money back ASAP. He was also wiping the sweat off of his head with his gloved hands while making food. He is a heavy set guy that sweats profusely. It's beyond gross and should not be serving food. I will call board of health in this place because the bathroom sinks don't work and there is vomit in the sink too. I have been there a few times and it's always the same filth there. They also only accept cash at night time and make up there own prices with no receipts. Don't ever eat at this filthy place. Should be shut down. read more

One of the worst McDonald's there is and there a franchise so they make their own prices which are much higher than most McDonald's which is already too much for that trash food . took way to long to get two meals( around ten minutes.)no one was in the drive thru. They couldn't make a shake because the machine was being "cleaned" while no body was cleaning anything and could see no-one around the machine. two quarter pounder meals were 26 dollars which is with all McDonald's but still. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!! unless you're in need of throwing up... me and my party came to this Lexington 24 hour truck stop McDonald's. COMPLETELY UNDERSTAFFED!!! Our wait to just order food was 20 minutes and that's not counting the additional 40 minutes to get our food. Mobile orders were just as backed up. When asked for a water cup to go along with the rest of my food he charged me 35cents for a "salad dressing". I later questioned him about the "salad dressing charge" and he said "it's just something he had been doing"... but this employee didn't inform any of his other 2 staff members so they were handing out random salad dressings, along with bottled waters. Later when they started preparing our food, the employee that was supposed to be putting the bags of food together was in both the men's and women's restrooms. Which my boyfriend and best friend noticed, he also didn't have any noticeable cleaning supplies with him. When he came back from the restrooms he started preparing our food without washing his hands or wearing gloves. THIS EMPLOYEE HAD THE PERSONAL HYGIENE OF A 2 YEAR OLD. His face was covered in foamy white bodily fluid which he continually wiped away with his BARE HANDS. AND was seen many times scratching various parts of his body. There were many complaints from other parties but nothing was being done about this mans hygiene or organization of the kitchen. All the members of my party ordered fries which were cold and soggy. After seeing how our food was prepared no one in my party was able to finish or even make a dent into the fries. All around our visit was un enjoyable and COMPLETELY UNSANITARY. I showed up to this rest stop with my hungry 6 year old only to find out her Big Mac had a screw in it!!! Luckily she didn't swallow it but just be weary of your food at this location. They didn't offer a refund and the manager did not care. read more

2 Gruffy, bearded looking guys handling the serving counter last night 9/16/23. I order a quarter pounder sandwich with cheese and a milk. the register says the total is $7.58 and the gruffy guy says $8.00. I figure there must be a tax amount . He takes my $8.00 though register still says $7.58 and no receipt due to no paper in register. So $.42 for an unearned but charged tip? It's literally highway robbery. It's not as bad as Kelly's roast beef in Salem , NH where they actually ask you if you want your change! Well, it's MY change so YES. These low grade do practically nothing workers are being asked to or forced to ask patrons to subsidize their payroll with tipping and or stealing to make up for the rise minimum wage of $15.00. If I have to subsidize a business with tipping that is actually a payroll subsidy then I WANT A RECEIPT that shows the tip so that I can use it as a deduction. For the information to all these malcontent "under paid" employees. Your job IS to serve me my burger and milk or roast beef sandwich and drink. I don't ask or require anything else from you so NO TIP! I have shut it off everywhere from me as of last night. read more

The worst! The food was 'McDonald's', but the customer service is terrible! Ordered breakfast for two and asked the manager to fill MY cups (tea for two in my truck) with hot water and she charged $2.00 + tax per (my own) cup!!! Really!!! When I went to try the donut shop next door, she loudly/rudely announced " it's the same company" in an effort to embarrass me??!! Why make me feel like I did something wrong? I made the purchase, I didn't need a cup, and I was charged as much as the cost of buying two cups of their coffee!!! If I had a way to heat it, I could have gotten water FREE from the restroom!!! Note: If a customer/trucker makes a purchase and wants water and has his own cup and it's cold outside...be kind!!! Pricey as hell. No dollar menu either. The old red haired woman called for our order, my boyfriend went to pick it up and she spilled our fries only to pick up the spilled fries and throw them away. No replacing the fries she spilled in front of us. As my boyfriend picked up the tray the bitter looking red haired lady called my boyfriend "ma'am"! A good majority of people who work here look tired and angry. Lots of glaring at customers. Walter Brimley working the register is worth the sideshow entertainment. Overall the only person worth praise is the young blonde guy working the register. He sticks out like a sore thumb for being the nicest most normal person working this place. Bonus! There's at least one fly buzzing around at every table and the lady who cleans trays glares at people who make her uncomfortable. read more

What can I say - $1 coffee, 2 for $3 egg mcmuffins and off the highway. The coffee is good enough and the eggs are real unlike dunkin donuts nasty egg sandwiches. I don't eat both egg sandwiches and give them to co-workers since it's barely more than a single sandwich. Makes their day so I don't mind the very small amount of extra money it costs. Bleh - Dunkin's egg sandwiches. They are quick, fast and cheap and I get breakfast in the morning before work. Not a gourmet meal but it gets the job done. read more

Had to meet someone. This stop is right on route 2A on 95N. There's a Honey Dew donuts and pizza shop inside as well. The fries were as good as fries can be. Parking lot gets crowded fast because its a high traffic area. read more

Not sure if I got her name right but "Yolanda?" is the rudest employee here. Went to order a breakfast sandwich at 12 pm since both the menu and sign in front of my face were advertising all day breakfast and she started being rude to me for no reason telling me they don't serve all day breakfast. I asked her if she's sure since the menu has breakfast items on it still and there's literally an ad on the screen for all day breakfast and still she was rude to me telling me it's lunch time. I asked if I could simply speak to someone else because she was also very hard to understand (did not ask for a manager) and she immediately tells me she's the manager? I'm said okay great so can you go get me someone else? Completely ignored me as I kept saying hello? into the speaker until she finally answered and asked what I wanted. This particular McDonalds seems to alway have a broken milkshake machine. A number of years a ago I was working a second job bar tending weddings and other functions. By the end of the night I was on my way home and hungry. At least 2 or 3 times I stopped in for a burger and a shake and the machine was always broken. Tonight a good 10 years later, I stopped on my way home to grab a cold drink. The guy ahead ordered a shake and Guess what, the machine was broken. The reality is they're too lazy to make the shakes and don't want to clean up afterwards. Some things never change. read more

Stopped here for a quick lunch on the way to NH for the weekend and the staff were exceptionally friendly! It's rare that you see such personable employees really enjoying what they do, especially at a rest stop location, but it was a joy to interact with this crew. I stop here from time to time for a quick breakfast if I don't have time before I leave for work. Most of the time it's OK, and I do mean OK, but it's McDonalds, what do you expect. This time it was terrible. There are only two cars in the drivethru and the truck in front of me took 5 minutes, I thought it was him ordering for the whole office? But when I get up to the mic no one reply's. It took 3 minutes for someone to even confirm I was there, I'd almost left at this point. Then when I get to the window to pay and grab my out meal the guy is almost asleep and looks like he's been up all night. Doesn't say a word just looks at me and holds out his hand for payment and then two minutes later brings me my order. I will never stop here again! read more

OK so I went through the drive-through and got a value meal, but the lady said that they didn't have Coke today as in Coca Cola. . So I just asked for water. I told her I didn't want to pay for water because all he wanted was a soft drink it shouldn't be a force them to pay for just something that comes out of the faucet. He said that the water was broken and couldn't give me that either I asked them how they wash their hands coming out of the bath that will that work, I got up to the window and they still refuse to give me a little bit of water to drink with my sandwich.
