This customer service needs to helped. You have people standing in the drive through windows on their phones and giving such I don't care attitude. Hey we all worked jobs we don't like and/or care for, for one reason or another but they have options. Either fake the happiness or attitude get through the day or quit. You didn't have a long line but you also acted like you couldn't say "hey welcome to McDonald's, how can I help you? " What people fail to realize is the little things that can either help or hurt you and that business. Also the fries were over salty. They were so bad I could not get past the third one a had. Made a mobile order for fries & a drink at 5:50pm. It's 625pm & I flagged someone down to go inside & tell a worker to come out. Apparently (according to the worker) the girl that was supposed to do mobile & takeout was mad so she just wasn't doing it. I came through the drive thru this morning at about 8:45am. Your "manager" and I use that word very loosely. She's Hispanic or native. With long black hair. Working the drive thru without a hair net on. Hair dragging over the top of customers drink as she turn back forth. Hair blowing over the customers open bags at the drive through window. All the employees had a hair net on except her and she had the longest hair out of all the employees. She also had a very nasty attitude. I told her she needs to put a hair net on because it's disgusting to have her hair blowing over customer's food. Someone above her needs to talk to her if she's a manger she should be leading by example. And what I saw today she should not even be employed there. read more

They always make you pull forward to the second window to PLACE your order. Why they don't just take it at the speaker is beyond me. Y'all are losing customers left and right. People are just driving away bc they don't have time for this foolishness. Even with this slowed down service, the orders still come out poorly: Forgotten food items, forgotten sauces, incorrect sized drinks, incorrect items completely. Get some new management because this place is a joke- the employees don't care, they're back there laughing and goofing off, coming out into the lobby the hang out with their equally loud friends/family when people's food is literally just sitting on the counter. Made a trip to pick up food for me and my niece. We waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes before placing our order. After placing the order and paying for 1 Big Mac Combo w/Sprite and 2 Double Cheeseburger Combos w/ Caramel Frappes, the young lady handed me the bag and I felt no warmth whatsoever. I immediately touched the fries and they were cold. I parked my car and went into the restaurant asked for a manager and advised her that the fries were cold and I'd waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes to get cold food. Totally Unacceptable!!! The manager offered an apology ask the cashier to replace the fries on all three combos. Can you believe I stood inside another .15 for them to replace the fries while burgers were getting cold. As like many McDonald's location, this one employs teenagers that don't take their job serious. With that, the management team appears to not enforce good work ethics. I'm certain this location must be a franchise owned. Corporate need to take actions before this location is forced to close. Needless to say the only salvageable part of the meal was the Caramel Frappes and the Sprite Soda. ‍ I gave 1 only because it wouldn't let me complete the review without one. read more

First went inside there were a gang of girls around the kiosk, so I went to the counter a worker told me to go to the kiosk... I turned to look at the girls told her that's going to take forever to get my turn! So I went back out went through the drive thru now they are pretty busy! But when I get my meal the fries were cold! My fish I asked for extra tarter sauce when I opened the box there was so much tarter sauce it fell out of the box! The fish was cold as well! This location is the worst McDonald's location to go to. SO GHETTO. (and yes I'am AA). My 4 year old asked for McDonald's so I went to the drive thru. I waited over 30 minutes in one of the lines and they kept taking the other line's order. Their intercom was clearly not working and they had a whole 10 people behind me waiting. No sign on the intercom to address it being broken. I don't know if they thought everyone was coming through ONE line ? But it was so annoying. Disaster. We walked in, none of the self service kiosks were working so we had to order at the front counter. It took 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there (with 10 other people left waiting in line). During this time, not a single drive thru car was served. Awful, They offer hand sanitizer however the container is always empty. No social distancing, employees not wearing masks, extremely rude, cold food, try to use the kiosk but no sanitizer to sanitize in between customers. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich. I received a quarter pounder with cheese. I ordered The combo large it came with a small fry and a cup of water. I tried to get my items exchanged after a 17 minute wait I gave up and just eat what I was given. The employees nor the management team can care less if you're there or not. This review is regarding the Drive-Thru on 03/31/2022 about 7:30pm Went thru drive-thru and they screwed up my order - instead of making it right, I was forced to go back thru the drive-thru and order my sandwiches again. Twenty minutes later, my first order is ice cold, my drinks are watered down and all this to get 2 hamburgers they missed on the order. When I get home, the meat in my Big Macs is cooked to the point that it looks like burned cardboard and tastes about the same. Fries are ice cold. Never again. I ordered a double cheeseburger, small fry and coke with no ice. Asked for a receipt at the first window in the drive thru the employee tells me "we don't have any receipt paper." Would I like to take a picture? I said no thinking everything would be fine. Get to the second window they give me a medium drink. I tell the employee I ordered a large drink with no ice. She says it's a medium, well obviously it is with ice. However, I ordered a large with no ice. Then the manager (dark skinned women, short, wearing blue on blue, with a swoop bang wrapped around bun) interrupts and has the audacity to say "the prices went up!" I told her it isn't about the prices I ordered a large. What's a difference of thirty cents ma'am? How rude of you and had the nerve to be blasting gospel music. You might want to listen to the words, take heed and apply them. Starting with your piss poor customer service it goes a long way respectfully. I went back to order a large ($1.59) sweet tea and a M&M Mc'flurry. I asked for my receipt a different employee at the register inside said I would have to take a picture, this time I certainly did. As, I thought the first employee rung me up wrong for a medium drink ($1.29) vs what I asked for. The manager could've just said exactly that!! Instead you tell a paying customer the prices went up as if it was about paying or I don't have it!!! The manager looked me directly in my face when I came back in too. Definitely one of the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. I've been on multiple occasions and I've always had to wait in the drive thru atleast 20 minutes each time. It seems as if workers intentionally take their time, to encourage most customers to drive off. I placed my order at 10:42, and didnt make it to the window to pay until 11:11 and didn't receive my food until 11:26, which is totally unacceptable. That's only because it was a warm body there! : I waited in the drive thru to place my order however no one came on the intercom instead they continue to assist the other drive thru. So after 4 cars had place their order I just drove up to the window. I place my order and I ordered a filet fish meal and a chicken sandwich meal and it came up to 18.04. I asked after I got the receipt why it was so much she looked at it and I was overcharged she said I could buy the food again but the refund would not be back on my card for 7 days which I did not understand but is said ok. I asked her for a receipt and she stated they didnt have any. Did I want a picture of it? I said yes then she asked for my phone to take the picture I refused to give her my phone. She was very rude and very unprofessional when I told her no. So I dont know if they are going to refund my monies or whats going on.
