Took us 30" to drive 2 blocks. - only 1 (inexperienced!) employee that made mistake with our bill and then was unable to refund us. - huge line, no sense of urgency from any employee; manager MIA. Avoid! - no ketchup included with bag of fries - no self-dispenser, no one to ask for it. I stopped at this location and waited over 5 minutes while one man was still waiting for food he had ordered before I arrived, and another was at the counter trying to order with an employee who never looked up from the machine and was moving slowly. I decided to visit the restroom and come back to order. It was filthy. There were 3 stalks. One marked out of order, one dirty with the large toll toilet spare holder on the floor (fallen off wall) and another stall, also dirty, I just left and ate my snacks on the car. I stopped here and while the air conditioning was working, the restaurant needs a lot of help. - No toilet paper in the men's room. - Overflowing trash can in the men's room. - The exit door alarm was in the Playplace was blaring and didn't stop. - Fries were severely underdone. - The bottle of water I bought was frozen solid. A super nice young lady brought my meal over and I let her know about the men's room. She apologized for the water and returned with a large soda cup filled with water and a straw. A sweet touch. Yesterday at this location, I waited 40 mins for my food! The staff was lousy, unresponsive, and gave more attention to the crowd of kids in the lobby. They were all loud and cursing. The MCD app continues to be useless. I think all it does is encourage the staff to have NO customer interaction. I think I am going to have to scale back my MCD visits to those on the road while traveling, or out of imminent starvation with no other option available. While traveling home, I stopped at this McDonalds location for a latte coffee drink, arriving at 8:15pm on September 21, 2022. The front door was locked so I entered the gas station, making entry to McDonalds through the connecting doors. This location said they stop serving all coffee beverages at 7pm each night!!? The bathroom was out of soap, toilet paper and almost out of paper towels. People were using paper towels as toilet paper so the toilets were full and littered with the paper towels. Feces and urine soaked paper towels all over the floors and blood splatter on the floor, toilet and up the wall in the stall! I've never Lysol'ed my shoes after leaving a place before my trip here! How do employees wash their hands after using the disgusting restroom if there is no soap? A hard pass on this place, it's a health hazard in my opinion! read more

Waited some time until someone finally came on the drive through speaker and gave my order - 3 McChickens, 1 #5 meal with no ice for the drink (which of course came with ice and a completely different soda) an extra order of fries and an extra soda. Went to the window and the wrong order was repeated to me. Retold my order and they still didn't get it right. No extra fries or extra soda. I asked for ranch and honey mustard and got one ranch and one spicy Buffalo sauce. I also loved getting only one napkin with my food even though half my order never got acknowledged. The service could be so much better. It's not that difficult to listen to what people tell you they want. Also, before I got a hello I was told "exact change or card only". Wow. This was a horrible McDonald's. The ladies bathroom had no toilet paper, soap or paper towels. When told by several customers the manager rudely said a maintenance guy would get it in a few min. I asked for hot water for tea and was told by the manager they "have no hot water". The door between the hall and the restaurant was locked and they wouldn't unlock it. You have to order on a touch screen. Can't order from the person at a register. Management is terrible and rude. Stopped here to pick up breakfast on the way from Atlanta to Macon. Construction is currently being done here, so signs tell McDonald's customers where to go. Only one of the two drive thru lines was functional, since only one speaker was available. Placed an order using the speaker. The employee took our orders quickly. The same employee was at the first window, and he took payment quickly and efficiently. He was wearing a face mask, was very friendly and had a positive attitude. Drove to the next window. The face masked employee at that window wasn't welcoming and asked us if we ordered a cup of water. Yes, we did; however, that wasn't all. The employee then asked what we ordered, and we told him two hash browns, a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and a bacon McGriddle. He disappeared for a few minutes, then handed us a cup of water and the food. Other than the short delay and confusion on the 2nd employee's part, everything was good. Come on guys.....I come here 5 days (sometimes 6 days) a week to the drive-thru for "1" large coffee & "1" large sweet tea. I know it's not much but that's what I get everyday and occasionally food. This is part of my daily routine. Some mornings, exact change or card only, some mornings, no large cups, some mornings, no coffee so I pull up and wait and get it within a reasonable amount of time. One morning when it was brought out it had cream in it, I told the girl I ordered BLACK and she said that's all they had and I would have to wait longer for them to make more if I wanted black. One morning, pulled up and had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring me change. One morning they didn't have coffee at all...and so on. THIS MORNING, COFFEE had to be made. I was told to pull up.... I waited 17 minutes while watching in my rear view mirror as people were handed what appeared to be, large cups of coffee out of the drive-thru window. (Based on what my large cups usually look like), I assumed it was coffee..... I FINALLY JUST LEFT !! $4.20 a day doesn't sound like a lot of money but it is to me. AND, I make an adult decision to treat myself to that every morning. When you over look things for so long, it no longer feels like a treat....it becomes a chore. I am however, truly disappointed !! With the cost of food and things these days, more companies need to remind their EMPLOYEES that eating out is a TREAT and however small it may be, it's something to look forward to. Debbie read more

Pros: friendly staff Cons: exceptionally poor quality and service. Wait time for my order of a quarter pounder meal, cheeseburger meal and fillet of fish meal was 18 minutes. Walked in and a male McDonald's employee was cleaning up the men's restroom. I asked him if it was open but since he had AirPods in his ears he didn't hear a word I said. Attempted to walk past him to use the stall since his sweeping was already past that and he then finally said "it's closed".
