I went to this location this week on Wednesday i actually at one time used to work at this location but quit management is a joke my food was not cooked properly they didn't even give me my medium fry and the new gm they have made me a ice cream cone that had one swirl and was dripping all down the cone i asked him to make it again and he was a smart ass USED A NAPKIN AND WIPED JUST THE ICE CREAM THAT WAS FALLING AND TRIED TO GIVE IT TO ME i went and got my money back and everybody was laughing because i was so upset NOT TO MENTION MY CHICKEN NUGGETS WERE NOT EVEN FRESH AFTER I ASKED 3 times for them to be I'm so happy i left this place when i did read more

If I could give them less than one star I would. They always take forever, doesn't matter if there's 1 car in the drivethru or 10. I wasted my whole lunch break waiting in line and I couldn't go anywhere because I had cars in front and behind me. Being short staffed is not an excuse because they were terrible before. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to! I am an EMT and eat at my three local McDonalds all the time. The ice cream machine was broke so I ordered a strawberry lemonade. They squirt a few drops of strawberry syrup in the cup and poured the frozen lemonade on top and handed it to me. Nothing like the video playing on the tv screen. Also was pay day and the lobby was full of loud off duty employees. One even made fun of an Asian guest and the crowd started laughing. Don't stop at this one! Cleaning guy was outside and told my husband they would not allow him to clean the restroom when it is busy! STUPID management, that's when you SHOULD keep it clean!! I went to the McDonald's in Locust Grove. It's off 75, exit 212. It's part of a BP station. I was there right around 3:00 p.m.; so after lunch and before dinner. It wasn't busy. This location's drive thru is always excessively backed up. Peak times and not. I never go inside. I did today because I needed something in the gas station. The cashier was bubbly and polite. Unfortunately, I had to watch her take three other orders and recite the dessert menu, etc while I waited for a large fry and a drink I got myself. A man with his child ordered right after me. Turned out to be a kid's meal, sammich, and a large fry. He got his food before me and they only made enough fries to give to he and his child. That, as it turns out, was why I was waiting. They had no back stock of fries in the heater deal they have for that exact purpose and the fry girl was only making one basket of fries at a time. Meanwhile, the owner, a middle-aged blond man and a younger blond guy were talking, talking, talking. They walked up and I assume he was showing the younger guy around. Then they proceed to stand there and talk about how much money that location is making. Both vacantly staring at the order screen. The owner was setting up for a kid's meal that had already been given out. He asked, "did we get that kid's meal out?" To which I replied, "yes, but you forgot my large fries, I ordered before that man. WHY DON'T YOU GET MY FRIES?!" I became very loud. Prison rules being what they are. As I watched people after me get stuff, I told the cashier, "I want my fries now..." She said they were coming, very nice the entire time. I told her it wasn't her, because it wasn't. It was the owner and his complete lack of management of his staff. He was too busy having, what appeared to be, a more friendly conversation than keeping his staff on point. Which is a big part of his job. When he turned around, I could tell he neither liked that a woman talked to him like that nor that I'm heavily tattooed. He said, "we'll get those right out for ya" in an extremely condescending tone. You know how when someone is just really snide, being $hitty. To this I said, "naw, don't do that condescending $hit with me!" He snickered. Literally snickered. I said loudly, "you need to get in your job!" This is as I'm getting my fries, turning, and walking out. He said, "WHAT?!" And I said, "you heard me! GET ON YOUR JOB!" He then told me to leave his restaurant as I was already walking out. I also have a small chicken farm. I fell several weeks ago, tearing three large ligaments in my right ankle and some small tendons in my left. I have extremely painful plantar facilities as well. My knees, hands, and feet are trashed from Rheumatiod Arthritis. I have a service dog that, thankfully, wasn't waiting in my car for me. I cleaned dog kennels today, cleaned chicken coops, put up fence posts, and groomed my dogs before getting to the McDonald's to get ONE LARGE FRY! This was to hold me over for the trip to Lawrenceville to help a friend and pick up a puppy. Your manner with your customers is garbage. The place was nasty. The was trash all over the floor. There were not enough people working and the service was very slow. All I ordered was a frappe and it took forever. This is possibly one of the worst McDonald's in the entire county. They're constantly getting orders wrong, mixing up orders and serving food that taste like it was prepared the day before. Attempted to place a order at the front drive thru and waited 15 minutes while people at the rear drive thru made orders and drove around me. After the second car placed their order I drove around a asked to speak to the manager. I advised the manager that the front drive thru was not being used and he said that he was aware and that they weren't going to block the sign again to warn other customers that it was not working. I agree with Damon J. This is a horrible McDonald's. I ordered a snack wrap, large fries, and 2 hot fudge sundaes. Two guys behind me ordered meals and received their order before me, complete with fries. A family of 5 ordered after those guys and they received their order before me, also complete with fries. I saw them put the snack wrap in a bag and sit it off to the side. 10 minutes later I see the guy who took my order finally tell someone he needed 2 hot fudge sundaes. I watched as a girl made them and she used regular squirt bottle fudge. Finally they give me the sundaes and tell me they are waiting on fries. This was after they had already filled the orders of the two groups after me who also had fries. Nobody ever apologized or anything for the wait. The place was not that busy. The incompetence of the staff at this location is unfathomable. They have an accuracy average per visit at nearly zero. My children love McDonald's and this is the only location close to my home. Over the past 6 months and the number of visits regardless of time I can hardly think of a time that there wasn't something wrong with the order. WORST McDonald's we've ever been in! Mens and womens restrooms each had stalls with out of order signs and only one dryer working. No line to place food order but there were 7 people including me and my husband waiting for food. After we paid for our food the cashier dropped the change and walked away. Never handed us a cup for the drink order. After about a 10 minute wait for 2 burgers and a small order of fries we had to ask for a cup but as soon as the bag with our order was handed to my husband the girl turned away. It took a few times for someone behind the counter to hear the request for a cup. The one girl told the girl that took our order to get a cup. She slowly walked to get it but the cup was dirty so again she slowly walked to get another one. No smiles on the faces of the employees and no apology for giving a dirty cup. The drink station didn't have any ice and it was dirty. The floor looked dirty and my shoes stuck to the floor. I lost my appetite and only had a few bites of my food and a sip of warm Coke. If I could score this place with zero stars I would. Maybe they get a star for having a trash container right by our parking spot so we didn't have to go back inside to throw our stuff away.
