We were on our way to South Carolina and made an early stop for a quick breakfast at this McDonald's. Since the drive thru line was so long, we went in to place a take-out order. They had an offer of "buy one Sausage McMuffin for $1.50 and get another one for $1.00" - such a deal. What was not a deal was the cost of the coffee! A large coffee was $2.69 and a small coffee was $1.89. We felt these prices were exceeding high even if the coffee was good. The sandwiches were hot and delicious. Would give this place ZERO stars if I could. When I picked up Order-MF76 on the app (1318 on receipt; KS13, on 6/29/25 at 10:24 PM), the first drive thru cashier/employee was RUDE! He claimed that because I showed him the order on my phone, that it "confused" him. If showing an order on the app will confuse an employee then that person should really not be working drive-thru at McDonald's. I think folding clothes should be a better profession for him. Really disappointed and upset with the level of service at this McDonald's. The drive-thru wait time was EXTREMELY long, which is most likely due to the "confused" employee because he just doesn't know how to do his job. I'm starting to think he might be dealing with some mental retardation of some sort. No person with a high school education should be "confused" when an order is shown through the app. To top it off, there was no Sweet n Sour or BBQ sauce in the bag. No straw as well. Really bad behavior, professionalism, and lack of basic understanding at this McDonald's. Customer service was no help either. Just apologized and indicated they would let the location know. So annoyed, I had to make a review. I placed my order at 7:23 tonight on my app like I do any other time. Never been to this McDonald's before literally was just stopping off the hw. They couldn't convert my coupon code, ( AR22 ) that's what they said BUT they could "see" it. I told them my order and I didn't want to pay for it again. Plus I used a coupon that wouldn't come back immediately if canceled. So I showed them my receipt on my phone and the code and then got accused of trying to get free food because they didn't give me one of the drinks that I paid for. Stating I got my one drink. No, Learn to read YOUR receipts, it's clear I got TWO drinks which after backnforth I was given my other one but with attitude lol. Ok what's with the dude and the receipt review though? Anyway I visited this location on 9/24/22 at 1AM after a 6 hour stint at urgent care for my baby. I was hungry and tired and looking forward to some classic cold McNuggets and fries because after not having food for 10 hours just about anything sounds delicious. The drive thru line was stupid long. Figured it would go by quickly but I was wrong. But what's another 20 minutes after 6 hours at a hospital? While in the drive thru line I saw this young employee hustling his ass off like literally almost running. He was working HARD which is unheard of at a fast food restaurant. Other dude on shift was casually walking to the bathroom on his phone. It was finally my turn to order and I was pleasantly surprised that the voice on the speaker was EXTREMELY UPBEAT, polite, and pleasant. Like WHERE AM I?! CHICK FIL A?! Checked the menu and I was definitely at McDonalds because the lord has a curfew. Anyhow, the polite young man asks me to pull forward to the last window and there I see the same hustling kid hauling ass to get my drink and all those Uber orders ready. I asked the kid his name and his name is DESMOND. DESMOND YOU DESERVE A RAISE. I also assume some ice cream machine breaking turd coworker called out so they could go party which is why you were left literally running around trying to get nuggets to people before they got cold cuz your coworker was too busy scrolling through social media. DESMOND you need to work at a restaurant where you can get tipped because your demeanor and work ethic will get you plenty of tips. You made my day! You might not think much of it, but your customer service really turned my night around and made me review a friggin fast food restaurant on Yelp Were my nuggets cold? No! They were just luke warm. Were my fries cold? No! They were warm hot! My husband and I came to this location because we were craving a generally inexpensive burger. I acknowledge that "inflation" has caused prices to rise--because corporations are greedy--but $11 for a medium double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, fries, and a drink? Really? Especially when (1) there are four digital ordering stations, thereby eliminating those labor costs (because the customer is doing the work)? (2) this location doesn't have drink stations, so if you want a refill, you have to ask (thereby deterring customers from second and third refills)? (3) they were out of ketchup (for your fries)? I don't fault the hourly-wage employees. These are clearly CEO-level, top-down decisions to line the pockets of the already-wealthy. read more

This McDonald's is fancy. Each table has a vase with fresh flowers. The McDonald's I am used to usually have trash on them instead. However, while the restaurant has fresh decor, the customer service was terrible. The cashier rolled their eyes when you are ordering and curt with customers. They took a while to prep food orders even when there were barely customers in the restaurant.  The bathrooms were filthy and unclean. I ordered a buttermilk chicken biscuit and nuggets. The biscuit was soggy and I am not sure why since there is no sauce with this type of sandwich. The nuggets were greasy like it was stale and they just dropped it back into the fryer. read more

There was chaos/confusion about customer orders when I walked in. Restroom was not clean. And the best part was that the staff is obviously not trained on how to fulfill orders. I ordered a Sundae with extra fudge topping. The lady taking my order didn't know where the fudge was, then she didn't know how much to add in, and finally asked me how much to add. Like, seriously! In twenty years of ordering ice cream at McDonald's, I've never been asked by the staff how it works. Still, I tried my best to explain how a Sundae works. I regularly frequent this location only because it's open for breakfast on my way to work. I wish others were open at that time, because every time I stop, it's at least a 20 minute wait for my order. Drive-up, walk-in, doesn't matter. Today, I walked up. Had a 10 minute wait to be acknowledged. The staff was screaming at each other the entire time. The crew here appears to be quite dysfunctional. At least they get my order somewhat right about 30%of the time. If you work the early shift, find a better run location. read more

It never takes me less than 15 minutes here. I understand peak hours so I tend to order online and come when it says its ready. I still end up waiting for 15-30 minutes. Today around 1pm I got the notification that it was ready so I left to pick it up. I parked but was unable to put the parking space number or see my order number( app problem) so i go through the drive thru which took about 15 minutes alone just for the manager to come and tell me to come in. I come in and no one says anything to me for about 25 minutes. I stood at the pick up window like instructed and nothing. The lady who told me to come in can clearly see me, people are walking past me but now one said anything. I just left with no refund and no food. My break was over at this point. This has happened on more than one occasion but complaining about MCDONALDS seemed ridiculous and I always at least ended up with my food but this was by far the longest and I ended up with nothing. read more

I order 2 double quarter meals and only received 1 double quarter pounder and paid for both.

My burger looked like someone kicked it across the floor and packaged it up than tossed it against the wall. Disappointing considering this has been narrowed down to a basic training and they can't get it right. It's someone's food. Take some pride in it. read more

This was my worst experience i've ever had with McDonald's. I arrived into the drive thru line at 11:39 and i didn't receive my food until 12:31. Which is whole 30 min and all I ordered was 2 quarter pounders with cheese. An some how my order was still messed up. Even after waiting a while 30 min to receive my food. I'm highly disappointed but that's not all... when i received my food i started to eat the burger and it started to taste weird so i looked at it and the meat was not cooked. This place!!! I went through the drive-thru for breakfast (as my treat) on 9-9-2022. This is after the remodel of the store, which I had hoped would be an improvement in service. Boy was I wrong. I ordered my usual: sausage, egg McMuffin with cheese MEAL, and a large sweet tea. Don't judge my eating habits. :) I would have ordered another hashbrown with my meal but I was not about to pay $2.69 for a single hashbrown!! The worker taking my order was polite and understood everything the first time. WHEW!! When I got ready to pay, I gave the worker my payment and asked for a receipt. Mind you, I get receipts for everything so this is not a special request. The worker said to "pull forward to the next window" because the receipt machine wasn't working and that I could get a receipt at the next window. HA!! I pulled forward, got my food (and checked my bag to make sure that I got what I ordered), but NO receipt. I asked for a receipt. This is where the problem comes in. I waited in line. YES, there were people behind me waiting in their cars. Someone who looked like a manager said "pull forward and we will bring you your receipt." My response: "No. I'm not moving until I get my receipt." Scrambling inside the store. Receipt produced. Wrong order!! I'm still not moving until I get the correct receipt. The line was still behind me. Not my issue, not my problem!! The receipt is finally produced, I check it and I move on. I hear a snotty "Have a nice day" comment from the manager-looking person. The old me would have had time to get out of the car and go back, but I have grown. Moral of the trip: Get your receipt. Check it twice. Calvin has been known to be naughty and not nice!! read more

This McD's is closest to my house so, on occasion, I've been forced to come here. And every SINGLE time, I have regretted it more than the last. -Even getting a single drink will take you 15-20 min to get through the line. I promise. Might as well put your seat back and relax. -I've never gotten an order that didn't have at least one problem: something missing, something made incorrectly, something rung up wrong. Every. Single. Time. -We stopped by here on our way home one night, very late. The "credit card machines were down," which is fine -- except that they just had the cash drawer on the counter and we're making change that way, without ringing it up. They would type in the order so they could give you a total, then clear it out and just work with cash drawer that was sitting out. No receipt, nothing. Seemed beyond shady, to the point that I reported it to corporate. It's worth the 5min drive up the road to the next McD's, rather than stopping here. I never thought I could be disappointed with a McDonald's, where my standards are already base-level. read more

The lady in front drive thru pass my two drinks and McFlurries in the car in front of me. The driver of that car passed it to his passenger before they passed it back to the lady in the drive thru. Of course the lady then gave me the same McFlurries and drinks that was just touched but other customers! Very disgusting and shows that she didn't care about my health during the covid pandemic. When I corrected her about it she told me to pull forward and wait for a replacement which I refused so that I could watch them remake NEW drinks and McFlurries! If their that nasty in view of the customer it's probably 10x more sanitary inside the kitchen! Will not be returning, McDonald's is terrible for you anyway! read more
