    Don't go to this McDonald's we ordered a frappe and there was a bag in it we told the workers and they said they couldn't do nothing about it and they were being rude.

    Never the correct quantity of food, always low on staff, and the wait is always horrible! I have genuinely never been to a worse McDonalds.

    Filthy is the only word I can use to describe this place. You never get the right order and the food is cold. Manager should be fired.

If we didn't go in there idk what day we would've gotten our food. Food order was correct for the most part besides the fact that we were missing a drink but we got our drink in the end so i guess that was a winner for dinner. It's called fast food for a reason, please do better .

    If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Where do I even start? We placed our order on the mobile…read moreapp, hoping it would prevent issues of getting the wrong food. It had been a long day, and our family was just hungry. This Burger King was next door to our hotel (we could literally see it from our room), so we decided we'd give it a try so we didn't have to drive 15 minutes further to the only drive thru open at the time. (Spoiler: we ended up making the drive even later anyhow.) We downloaded the app since the website wasn't working and wouldn't complete our order, then placed our order from the parking lot of the restaurant. As soon as we placed our order, we followed the instructions to receive it. There were no other customers at the time, and our meals were fairly straight forward, so we were surprised when we ended up waiting for a longer time than one would expect for fast food, but assumed it was because they were cooking the food fresh. Wrong again. They brought our order out to us after telling us to wait in the parking lot, and when we got the order, we immediately noticed that we were missing one drink, two ice creams, and a cookie pie. We let the worker know before he even walked away, and he told us he'd be back. He didn't come back. My husband ended up going in to ask where the food was, and the clerk told us "oh! We also didn't give you your chicken sandwich!" We were then informed that they couldn't give us the ice cream we had ordered and threw two Hershey sundae pies in a bag, and said "you can have these instead. We're out of cookie pies so we will refund you for that." (Second spoiler alert: we never got the refund.) Our kids don't eat pies. That's why they ordered ice cream. But they are good sports and were exhausted so they tried them only to discover they were completely frozen in the middle and filled with ice crystals. We got back to the hotel room (once again, literally across the street), and realized that the only edible food in the whole order was the one order of mozzarella sticks and the drinks. The buns were stale (to the point that they were crusty on the outside). The veggies were soggy. The meat on all the sandwiches was ice cold. The fries were stale, and the onion rings in the halvsies order were soggy. There was absolutely no redeeming quality to this meal, especially given the outrageous cost of it. In fact, it was so terrible that we ended up driving 30 minutes round trip to another company's fast food restaurant to spend even more money just so we could have dinner. (That one was just fine, so kudos to them.) I placed a customer complaint that night and have waited a week to hear back with a final resolution. A week. And all I was told was that we could be given a coupon since we had just created the account for the mobile app, making us ineligible for a refund. What kind of policy is that? To punish new app users by giving them awful service? We never got the refund for the item we were told would be refunded, AND we didn't even get to eat the food we spent $50 on. (I can't even fathom that fact that I pretty much threw $50 away on food that wouldn't have been worth it even at its peak, much less in the shape we received it.) No, Burger King, I do not want a coupon for $20, because I never want to step foot in any of your not-so-fine dining establishments. Anyhow, TLDR: crappy food. Missing food. Ridiculous prices. Terrible restaurant staff. But even worse, a corporation that couldn't care less about customers. Because why would they? Burger King doesn't need your money apparently, and they definitely don't even need to provide the food that you paid for. The real bummer is that we were excited to eat at BK after years of not being able to afford it. Jokes on us, I guess. Burger King, drop the slogan. There wasn't one bit of your food that was "have it your way." Heck. We didn't even get the basic food we ordered.
