Two women tried to rob my car while I was in the crowded bathroom line. I came out and caught them. Almost the worst McDonalds ever! This place had it all Dirty windows, floors so dirty they were sticky, counter dirty and sticky. We avoided the food but thought the drinks would be OK. Even that was a mistake. The tea containers were empty and the Diet Coke was missing flavor (how did they mess that up?). The bath rooms were a mess and since the hand driers are substandard, I doubt the employees are washing their hands. The restaurant also had dozens of flies inside. The Corporation needs to fix this place! I should have checked Yelp first. read more

With most McDonalds you know what you'll be getting. I was surprised by what I got at this one. While it is set within the mart of the gas station, gas is the last thing you would smell in here. The bathrooms are spotless. When I walked in the bathroom was still wet from the cleaning it just got. The food actually looked like the picture, not all smashed and tiny. That kind of amazed me and the movie falling down came to mind. For a quick fix on the run, I'll stop by here. read more

I'm really shocked to see all the negative reviews I guess I just got lucky. On our way to socal and stoped here for a quick bite. It was pretty busy but lines were going quick. The lady who took my order was so nice and friendly it is so rare to find that at a fast food restaurant. She's probably the only reason why I decided to write this review. 0 Stars if I could..Worst SERVICE EVER. Just throw the whole location away and start over. we were driving the I-5 and there's no Starbucks around so we were limited on choices. Rolled up to drive thru and no response at the speaker box station so my boyfriend decided to go in to use their facilities and order. He comes back and tells me he overheard the worker tell another customer they're closed but the drive thru is open. We decided to give it a shot again and this time we see they had just put a sign up saying "Pull up to the last window" I assume it was probably broken or something...We order a latte and a regular coffee and was told the latte machine was "broken" so we just get 2 regular coffees and when asked for cream and sugar the woman taking our order, (not sure what her problem was because we were being extremely nice) shaked and rolled her eyes. Went to make the coffee and switched with a different girl who collected our money and we were on our way with our drinks. Definitely remember why I don't do McDonald's. I'm not use to and do not appreciate people who can't even pretend to be nice for their job especially if weren't even rude or impatient. Dirty location, staff is dumb and serves up bad attitude. The supervisor name starts with an M, raised her voice at me because of her messup. I went in to tell them my fries were cold. She told me 3 minutes since there were no fries. I waited and saw a fresh batch being served to everyone but me. I approached the manager to ask about the fries and the supervisor raises her voice from across the room saying " I told you 3 minutes". I then had to put my bitch hat on and told her I saw her serving fresh fries to other customers. Instead of serving the unhappy customer who was before all the customers in the dining room, the supervisor decided to clear out the people in the drive through and dining room. She then shut up and got me the fries. Gawd... If it wasn't for the Mcrib being served here I wouldn't even have gone in. The week before that I saw the exact same supervisor scooping ice with the ice cup. That's a health code violation. She should have used the scooper. No wonder the 1800 number for customer service is posted all over the store. read more

Stopped here on the way up the state. Was typical McDonalds except for one thing -- "their system was down." This apparently meant a few things: limited menu, cash-only, and only one drive-through window was open. That's one window for ordering *and* receiving your food. In other words, you get to the window, you order, you pay, they make it, you get your food from that same window, and then one car leaves the line. Repeat. Instead of closing the drive-through or notifying folks of what was going on via the loudspeaker (which did work / they just weren't using it), they had everyone sit in line until you got to the one window where you could now order / receive food. Stopped here for breakfast a couple times recently on trips from the Bay Area to Southern California. The food is not bad, but it takes forever for them to cook it. They must be short staffed or something because it seemed like everyone was waiting for ages to get their food. Also, if you decide to dine in you have to keep swatting flies away from your food and your face, which is kind of a turn-off. There were probably more than ten flies buzzing around the seating area of the restaurant. read more

I can see why this places reviews are so terrible. Stopped here at 5:10am to get breakfast and despite having a 5am opening time they were still closed. Employees could see us waiting by their door and refused to talk to us. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere as we did - Taco Bell was open and happy to serve us breakfast read more

Only one in the drive thru. Ordered a Sweet Tea and a Diet Coke at the drive thru. Got to the window and the cashier #15 said "a sweet tea and what?" Husband said nicely a diet coke please. Drove down the road with a sweet tea and a flipping COKE. I guess the order was to complicated. read more

This is the worst. First they took almost 18 minutes to give us our food, we were going through the drive thru. Then they gave us the completely wrong order, then they argued they gave me the right order even though I showed them the receipt... My fries were too salty and iced hazelnut coffee was just awful- too sweet (my teeth started hurting!!) and no coffee flavor. The lady was nice enough to make me new fries and new iced coffee with less syrup... the fries were ok, but the iced coffee was too weak and nasty, ended up throwing it away. I noticed alot of these along the highway in the middle of nowhere McD's serve awful iced coffee.. this time was on my way from SF to LA... last time it was from SD to LA.. ugh, seriously I should've bought some when I was still in SF. read more

We decided to stop here before continuing our journey to Las Vegas, this was a nice stop as we had an animal riding with us in the car, and he needed to get out and bark as well as run around a bit. When we all got back in the car, we decided to go through the drive through and take our risk of the order not being right. The first thing we noticed when we pulled up to the speaker to order, was all the bees that were flying around. It looked like somebody disturbed their nest and were flying in anger. We had to close to windows and wait for the person to come on the speaker, this is a very dangerous situation especially if somebody was highly allergic to bee stings. We can stay this location did get our order right, so I did not need to get out of the car to correct the situation, but there was now way we were going to risk being stung from all the bees that were flying. This place was fast but the food was awful. The fries were hot but bitter because the oil was old. The burgers were dry like the meat was old and just reheated. Buns were old and dry. The diet coke was not diet coke. Not sure what the concoction in my cup actually was, but I had to pour it out and get something else... There are other places to go, please do so.... Waste of money. Wow!! This place is freaking terrible. The drive through sign said they were out of shakes, milk, and iced tea among other things. Should have got the message something was weird at that point. Ordered my Big Mac meal and "diet" Coke (no iced tea remember?) which turned out to be Coke (out of diet). The fries came in one bag and the burger in a second. Apparently out of bags too. About halfway through my Big Mac I thought to myself this tastes a little weird. Sure the lettuce was half rotten and transparent but that didn't wholly explain the odd taste. In the morning when coffee is essential not at night when I'm sure far fewer people need a pep in their step. I drove by yesterday and some girl named Marian took our order and took long to give it to us. She acted all serious and didn't smile at all , she acted like she woke up in a bad mood , not feeling it. After waiting for our order my brother said thank you and she closed the window , that was very very rude. My mom received her food and one was cold and the other one was wrong . I must say that I stopped in at this place for use of restroom which to my surprise was actually clean considering all the bad reviews I've read . But anyways decided to get breakfast since I was already there , so I ordered there was not much wait time so I see them gathering my order and I'm waiting for my number to be called and they called a different number I was like ok must not be mine so I'm waiting thinking well that's probably someone else's order but no ones claiming it so I go up to the counter and literally have to waive down a worker as they see me standing there and they don't even ask if I need anything but so I get the attention of the lady and ask what number is that she's like yours I was like really you been calling the wrong number and you still said it was not my order until she admitted they were busy and called the wrong number so let's just say I didn't go up and claim my order who knows when they would of called it, but anyways I get my order and noticed no fork to eat my pancake wth so I go up and have to ask for one they give it to me with an attitude so there I go again to sit down and start with my breakfast I'm looking for the butter and syrup none to my surprise not again here I go again back to the counter this time I'm bit more frustrated things are not going smoothly so anyways I say to them can you give me syrup and butter and the guy was like we charge $.50 for extra syrup I was what you didn't give any with my pancakes so he gave me them with a long face .
