The Asst Manager had been working the drive thru register the whole time, never once paying attention to the now 8 plus people in line waiting to be served by the trainee, who was still doing a great job. We asked the manager why the trainee was the only one working the front and every other employee working the drive thru. He told us they had to get the drive thru out faster for response times. I asked about all the people in line inside the store and he again said they had to have faster drive thru response times. I told him we would not be coming back to this location as he had a "I don't care" attitude. He did not seem to care what I had said. We have never had any issues like that at a Braums before. It seems to me the Asst Manager needs a little more training in customer service and how to utilize his employees to take care all customers. I know the business has cameras so it should be very simple for management to watch exactly what I'm referring to.
