a dirty toilet in a stall
    Shawn S.

Restrooms are terrible and asked for cleaning chemicals just so I could use the restroom to clean stall and they told me just wait for the guy to clean them 45 mins goes by still nobody to clean them and I get the attention of the manager once again which seems like I was being avoided and ignored for my request for a clean stall she developed an attitude telling me to wait or use paper towels and water WTF water doesn't disinfect piss and shit on the toilet and this whole time I have to go and willing to clean the stall myself and then I get the comment from the lady that they can't all be that dirty and I opened 4 stalls and consistently they had piss and shit or one or the other all over the place so I'm not going to sit there and open ever single stall in Hope's to find a clean one when they are supposed to be on top of this since it's a travel stop rest area Update waited 1 hour later went back in to try and use restroom still in same filth and man claiming he just came out from cleaning it and will share pictures no cleaning was done and was told I'm freaking lying on the condition of bathroom and manager refused to look at pictures taking workers words I went to the family restroom and the door wouldn't lock and the manager told me are you fucking kidding me push the dam button it'll lock and no it wont as soon as you release pressure it pops out

Worst iced coffee I've ever tried I can only taste the milk and water

This McDonalds was very quick to get through in a roadtrip. There is a big parking lot for it and you can pay with card

Very very very unhealthy food. Better to spend a tad more and get real food that won't harm your health over time.

Took over 20 minutes to get drive thru... could've walked in and made it myself. Better off at another rest stop.

When we got to the campsite, we were missing two 6 pc. nuggets. The sauce on the Big Mac was barely there as well and the French fries were hard and cold( obviously not freshly made, been sitting there for awhile).

I don't really eat fast food anymore. But, I was driving back from Westchester last week and, I'll…read moreadmit it.....a billboard got me. It had giant pictures of frozen, sugary beverages that reminded me of my childhood coke slurpee addiction. These beverages are called "Frozen Cokes" and "Frozen Fanta" (blue something or other and cherry). Pulverized ice, sugar, flavoring and some kind of color for $2 - any size. I got off the Saugarties exit and drove straight into the drive thru at this McDonalds. Moments later and just over $2 gone (think the tax was 14 cents), I had my "Frozen Coke". My inner child danced and I got back on the road. Then, a little over a week later, I was on my way to NJ and stopped here with my fast-food loving companion to both use the restroom and grab actual fast food. The review on the Big Mac was good and I did eat some of the fries (hot and crispy - the way they're supposed to be). And, of course, I had my frozen coke. So, if you're gonna hit a McDonalds, this one seems to be pretty good.

My family spent several days at a rental home a mile or so from Gracie's and, naturally, had to…read moregive the local diner a try. Gracie's is an elevated diner experience...all the breakfast and brunch things you could want, but up a couple levels from a classic greasy spoon diner. Not dissing the greasy spoon diner experience...love that...but this is based in that historical experience, with an overall nicer experience in terms of food and atmosphere. Also, before we get into the specifics, here are 2 words which would bring me in from just about anywhere: Donut menu. Yes, they make their own donuts here, and that's enough reason to stop in, take out, or worship at the front door. We got our donuts to go after the meal...The coffee was GREAT. Too often, coffee, which should be the opening star of a diner experience, can be flavorless, browned water. Here it was good. Bold as I needed it to be, and the perfect foundation for the rest of the meal. My next go-to if they have it brunch experience is biscuits. They have them...you can get a biscuit on its own or, heck, go for a mini biscuit basket! I live for a biscuit-forward establishment. The Full Breakfast (submitting biscuit or potatoes for the meat) would have been my choice, but I decided to roll my own and ended up with a biscuit, fruit cup, and side of Hash Browns. The biscuit was good, large, and perfect with butter and honey. They make the hash browns to order - large hash brown patties - and with 2 different orders of them at the table, one was overcooked, too brown, and not impressive...but the other was perfect and delicious...bordering on potato pancake territory in presentation and flavor. Our server was fantastic...we had a large party encompassing 3 different tables in the middle of a Sunday morning (On Easter no less), which is, of course, the busiest time of the week. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and never made us feel rushed. If I found myself in the Hudson Valley again, Gracie's would be a definite destination for me.

We had no problems getting a table. However, when we left the place was packed. We ordered Water, Lemonade, Ginger Ale, Waldorf Salad, Grilled Cheese & Bacon and Waffles. The menu had all the basics. The food was average. No complaints. My Waldorf salad was very plentiful. I took the remaining portion home. Customer Service was pretty good. The luncheonette has plenty of parking. Gracie's appears to be a reliable place to stop in for a bite.

I like the large Mexican/Asian fusion menu. There is something on it for everybody. I started with the Malay curry wontons. Dumplings in a red curry sauce. They were delicious! They were tender, the generous filling was delicious, and they had just a little bit of a gentle heat to them. I could feel my forehead sweat just a little bit. I liked them. For my main course, , I had the Asian rice bowl with teriyaki beef. I chose the seasoned rice, and it came topped with cabbage, carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts, broccoli, bokchoy, cilantro, and egg. I had mine with Teriyaki Sauce. The bowl was huge, and it was delicious. The meat was tender and had a good flavor, the veggies, and the rice were done just right, and I like the addition of the egg. Everything played very well together. It was rich, but not overly so. There was a lot of food, and I took some of the dumplings and the rice bowl home for later. I had a soda, but they also offer Boba tea, beer, even soju, among other things.. The price was very reasonable, especially for the fact that I got two meals out of it. I will be back. Thank you.
