The lattes were not too sweet and the flavor profiles fit the espresso base without overpowering the coffee flavors. My favorite out of all of them were the Huckleberry Latte and the Black Sesame Foam Latte (The Goth I think is what they called it). Fun little shop to stop and grab a drink and bite to eat. Bonus - they are only 1/2 mile away from Lake Michigan and a local park. Park and grab a drink to go and explore the beach!

After the 1st sip, the cozy, quaint, nostalgic feel of this place wore off and we both agreed that it was some of the worst coffee we have had in quite some time. The beans tasted over roasted leaving the cold brew tasting like cigarettes. My americano suffered the same fate and espresso pulls felt too short leaving it bitter tasting. It may be the only place in town but I would keep driving in order to find an acceptable cup 'o joe.

This year I had a strawberry matcha and a pecan roll that I devoured before I remembered to take a picture (SO good!). Quiche, pastries, and all of the coffee beverages are always a hit.
