There was human hair on the ketchup dispenser nozzle. I immediately notified the manager, who said he would have it cleaned. We sat down and ate and watched. No one came out to clean this up, until another customer also complained. A female employee (not the manager) cleaned it - after the other customer also complained. The manager did not do anything to respond or resolve the problem when it was reported. Human hair in the food is not acceptable and the manager should have immediately cleaned this up. read more

Went there for a late night snack, ordered TWO meals through the drive thu and recieved only 1.5 of them and was charged for both. They kept messing up our order too while we were telling them. Granted I didn't really bother to go back to them and ask for the rest of the order. read more

Very uncomfortable ambiance. Woman with the long blonde ponytail is yelling at employees... I would assume she's a manager or something. Very uncomfortable to listen to. Fries had no salt whatsoever. My burger was wrong- no ketchup or pickles. I told the employee twice that I wanted Ketchup and pickles; none on my burgers. Overall not a good experience. I'm concerned for those employees that are being yelled at. Nobody should be working with a manager that is that aggressive and agitated. I am so disgusted with this McDonald's around 12:30 or 130 today I went through the drive threw they were jam packed like 20 cars in line I sat in the drive thru a goo 20-25 min for a ice mocha the price wasn't right so they said they would fix it a the second window. I then told them I have a 2nd order and just wanted a orange drink amber I guess her name was said we are short staff she will figure it out at the 2nd window. When I finally get up to the 2nd window she says she didn't get that and if I wanted a orange drink I would need to get back in line for another 25 min she didn't say 25 min that's me explaining how long it would take me to go back through the line. We argued and she finally said I'll give you a large water but if you want a drink get back in line. She then went to the drink machine and got me a large water and gave it to me for free I said I don't want a water I want a orange drink and the time you spent arguing with me and pouring a damn water from the same machine. I stuck the water back in the drive thru window and she got her manager who told me to leave or he'd call the police and I asked him for his name to file a complaint and he just walked away. I then called the district complaint number told that same story to a nice lady and she was shock and took the report and when he finally called me back he gave me a half ass apology while he was telling me I was a liar that's not how he saw it he looked at the cameras and both windows were open and that's not what he saw on the camera and I said well I don't know what you were looking at only one drive thru was operating so idk if he's covering for his staff or looked at the cameras at the wrong time. I'm 55 yrs old never called and filed a complaint against any restaurant. Who would lie about a chick giving me a free water but refused to sell me a orange drink. Unbelievable. I've seen a manager get fired there that worked for yrs for less and this general manager is basically calling me a liar. read more

The worst. Over last three years, this location has gone downhill bad. Every single time I go there, they forget a few food items - and this is after sitting in the drive thru for an average of 20 minutes. I call and they offer me to come back and get the food, but I already have so much time and gas spent. I go there as a treat for my children, but it always winds up with one of them sad and having to wait for their food for another half hour while everyone else eats. I ordered a double qp with cheeses, only ketchup and mustard meal on the app. I paid on the app. It was 10:35 in the evening. I ordered from the parking lot, then went to the door to pick it up as the app said it would be at the counter. The doors were locked, so I had to go through the drive through. I have them the code from the app, and proceeded to wait 20 minutes in line (25 minutes after the order was placed) and the gentleman came to the window I have him my name, and code again. I mentioned tune length of time elapsed after the order, and asked if it's indeed hot since the bag and soda were already sitting by the window. A lady was quite rude, and said it was freshly made as I was pulling up. I thanked them, took the food, and drove 3 blocks to home. I got home to find a cold burger, what appeared to be a half full medium fry cartoon, and they were cold also. Saved $.90 on the app for a long wait, and cold food. Won't ever go back to this McDonald's after dark again, and most likely won't use the app as this store doesn't have its lobby hours listed on it. 1 star is overly generous in my opinion read more

Customer Service sucks. Fix your order screen. Manager has attitude and needs to go to a Service training. We got kicked off the drive through because we wanted to confirm our order. I worked here for about 2 months. Always completely understaffed. Only time there is a good cleaning done whenever corporate comes. Sure it McDonald's and what else can you expect? But the food is almost always siting and cold when it's served. The employees are rude, and never get your order straight. Go to the other macdons by the highway of you want clean, better food and service. read more

If the staff would spend a fraction of the effort they put into getting the food out in 90 seconds, into actually preparing it correctly or even taking the orders correctly, this may be a tolerable place to eat. I try to give this location a chance every few months because it is close to my home, but I have been continually disappointed time and time again. They have Never, as in not one time, correctly taken, filled, or prepared my order. The food is always cold or otherwise not up to any standards of anything edible. The staff seem to have a very hard time understanding a simple 3 item order spoken clearly to them. And even when they do finally figure out what I was aiming for, they fail to actually produce those things. Of the 100+ McDonald's I've visited in the last few years this is the worst by a landslide. read more
