So, I ordered food and they forgot half of it and I didn't realize until I got home. I drove back and explained the situation and they made me the food they forgot. Well, when I got back home (again) I discovered that the food they made me was wrong! I ordered a cheeseburger with no mustard and onions, and it literally had NOTHING on it. Just a burger and cheese (I wanted lettuce, tomato, pickles) So, I called them! And what I got told was honestly shocking. The lady on the phone got aggravated towards me and told me that I should learn how to cook, and make myself a grilled cheese. She also said, "ask me how many fucks we give.. zero!" I'm just completely appalled at the customer service I got today. It's usually pretty bad but this is just next level. Absolutely amazing food experience. Ordered the Country Fried Chicken dinner platter with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. We also ordered the Big Tator Platter and the Dottie. Don't be deceived by the photos on the website, the portions are HUGE. Before dining here, we've never heard of Tudor's. If we ever travel past PA and VA, we will definitely find another one to try again! read more

Went here for breakfast. Thought the food was very flavorful and yummy. Would recommend if you've never tried it. The biscuits come with hash browns (which I love, so it's a plus for me). I hate to leave bad reviews anywhere, but after trying and trying again, they've earned it. I loved Tudors when they opened, their Tators were an awesome and filling breakfast meal and their cheese always hot and so good. However they just don't seem to care anymore. With my 5th consecutive trip there, I'm finally fed up. I always order the Big Tator with extra cheese, and it's almost like every time they purposely give me a Little Tator and charge me more while giving me as minimal cheese as possible. Today I even called and complained to a manager and it seemed he could care less about their service. Barely any cheese and undercooked potatoes every time I make the trip. The food is either disgusting sloppy and greasy or on point there is no in between. And I feel like they change oil maybe once a month if that service is only good when one of the cashiers is present which is extremely sad. And the new general manager is always half naked with her gut hanging out and is always screaming at the staff for no apparent reason hopefully they get rid of her soon. And they cannot seem to keep employees especially after 2pm. I'll definitely never go back and neither will my family or friends this is probably the worst restaurant in Parkersburg especially within the last 5-6 months. read more

If you are ever in WV or another place that happens to have a tudors biscuit world you must give it a try. Their egg and sausage biscuit is good for the less adventurous but it you are feeling it go for the peppie. Had one that was open for lunch and had the best brown beans and corn bread. read more

Possibly the worst service I have ever received. The woman on the headset, who has explained she is, "new," for the past two weeks, proceeds to take 10-15 minutes just to put in our order (two sandwiches and two drinks.) (We also asked her to repeat our order.) We then pull up to the window, pay for the food we ordered, then we wait another 10-12 minutes to receive our food. When we are handed our food, we are handed our drinks, one small bag of food, then a bigger bag of food. (My wife spilt coffee on herself due to the lid being misplaced on the cup.) We asked for another lid and napkins, she then hands us the wrong lid for the cup that was spilt. We express that it had to be someone else's order, or our order was wrong. The lady then proceeds to ask if we had two separate orders and if we had payed. Overall a complete disaster for a simple order of two sandwiches and two drinks. (Might i add that we watched three cars leave from the drive through due to how long it took their service. Ridiculous. read more

The staff was friendly and the other person in my party got her bacon the way she likes it...burnt. However, very disappointed with my breakfast. The quality of their food has gone downhill. No longer the fluffy biscuits. My hash brown patty literally had grease dripping off of it. I tried dabbing some grease off but it was so greasy it didn't work. Had never heard of Tudors Biscuit World. I stopped there for the first time Nov. 10th, 2016. My mom has certain things she really likes. Biscuits and Gravy are one of them. Mom also wanted tator Tots. They accidentally served us fried potatoes. I tasted her biscuits and gravy.... oh my goodness it was delicious. You can tell it is fresh made. Mom was just as happy with her fried potatoes. I ordered a Biscuit sandwich with Ham, Egg and cheese. My sandwich was very good. The biscuits are some of the best I have ever had. I'm not a big Biscuit person unless they are covered in Gravy. Their biscuits are crunchy on the outside and soft like fresh baked bread on the inside. Rhonda and Faithlynn are great. I love Tudor's Biscuit World! I haven't had Tudor's since moving from West Virginia to Ohio over 5 years ago, so I was pleased to find there was one only 7 minutes off my route home from visiting with friends. The staff was friendly, the biscuit sandwiches were delicious, and their bathrooms and restaurant were clean. The sweet tea was fresh and had just the right amount of sweetness! My favorite biscuit is the Mickey (Canadian bacon, egg, and melted cheese) and I also like the Mary B (bacon, egg, and American cheese). I have satisfied my craving and hopefully I will be back next time I visit friends in the area! read more

Some of the most authentically cheerful people in the world work at this restaurant. They were as friendly with each other and me as if we were family. The breakfast foods, biscuits, ham egg cheese biscuits, sausage biscuits and gravy were outstanding. Seemed made from scratch. Crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside. This is about 5 to 10 minutes off I-77, convenient for travelers, and very well worth a stop. read more

Fresh food, you don't feel like you are eating highly processed food as offered at national chains. In restaurant, served on real dishes and silverware. Certainly eliminates waste going to landfills! I wasn't extremely impressed. I first tried Tudor's in January of 2019. The food wasn't horrible by any means, but the presentation was pretty poor. The food was sloppily prepared in a few ways. Which isn't a decision killer, but it makes the dining in experience less than enjoyable. I helped myself to a sausage gravy and biscuit platter while my partner helped themself to a BLT combo. The same thing in both instances. Food was tasty, but hastily prepared. My partner's BLT had a tomato sliced over an inch thick. Overall, however; the food is worth what you'll pay for it, but it's not an amazing dine in experience. And finally the customer service was less than excellent. Those who served me during my visit were unprofessional to say the least. 6/10 would recommend on occasions. read more
