This is the second worst McDonald's ever, second only to the one in Morgantown. They will refuse to ring up a large ice water, even though it shows up on the screen in the drive thru. Then they will give you a disgusting Dasani water and a small cup of ice. Then they get confused over the order at the window and then make you pull forward even if your order is not complex, 100 percent of the time. Absolutely terrible McDonald's. I tried giving this restaurant another shot, but yet again I was very disappointed. I tried subbing the scrambled eggs on two big breakfast platter which contains two eggs on scrambled eggs but only received one round egg for it?! While I visited the McDonalds off the Spring Mills exit I observed something very disturbing and a health risk. When I was waiting for my food I saw an employee helping an older gentleman who was dripping blood on the floor from a cut he got on their door. After the employee helped this gentleman I saw her grab a towel and clean up the blood. (She was not wearing gloves and did not use a bodily fluid clean up kit that is required by restaurants to use) The employee put the towel in a bucket and after rubbing her hands over her face she preceded to look in the to go bags and continue getting them together. The employee brought my food over to me once I asked for my food to be remade because of what I witnessed she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Another employee came over which I thought was a manager and explained to her what I witnessed she stated that the assistant manager has refused to remake my food and that she has been instructed to refund my money. When I asked for the owner's number the girl refunding my money said to me " if you don't like it then don't come back " Never in my life have I ever been treated so badly in a restaurant. This has been my regular McDonalds for years. Breakfast window during the week is flawless but DO NOT go in evenings, its completely worthless. I stop every morning at the spring mils McDonalds going to work . I stopped there today 05/11/17 and I ordered 2 plain biscuits with 4 butters and 4 STRAWBERRY jellies at the speaker. I get up to the window to pick up my food and I ask the lady if the 4 jellies and 4 butters are In the bag as I had asked. She says I think they gave you grape. I told the lady I wanted strawberry. She gets them for me and I pull off. I get to work and open the bag and there are no butters.
