When placing mobile order, they just print the receipts like the order is ready and the they forget about your order for 10 minutes. Great way to screw the system and act like you're doing your job when you're not. Food Just sitting there. They only care about drive thru. Forget about them walking outside because they are lazy and will just ignore your order until you walk inside to get it yourself. read more

This place ruins my day every time I go! Can't go without my order being messed up. Last time I went it was around 8:15 pm I walk in, order from a kiosk, and wait, and wait, and wait.... 20 minutes goes by and all I can hear from the back is "F this and F that". excuse me, there were children in the lobby eating with their parents! Like little kids... Very unprofessional and it took 20 minutes to make a McDouble and a small fry? Like seriously!? I get my food and they can't even follow simple directions! How could this not already be reviewed? It's been here for years, in a busy location. Anyway, I made the sacrifice of eating at yet another McDonald's... It wasn't bad. It's not my favorite fast food; in fact, it is my least favorite. But the place is clean, the service was friendly and fast, and the food was, well, not horrible. I came in for a snack, and got a Big Mac thinking it might be too much. It wasn't. They must have shrunk over the years, because for a two-patty burger, McD's star, it was tiny. Way smaller than I remember. I guess that's why you need to supersize fries. The bun was okay. The meat was meh. The sauce, well, yuck. And the price was fairly high for such a small burger. It was quiet inside between shifts at Honda, but the drivethrough was busy. Hey, it's fast food. Don't expect much. But it's fast and handy. read more

Don't bother using the deals on the movile app. I have them not work on 4 separate occasions and if you mention that it isn't correct they will argue with you and not honor it! Only one person at the Charles lane location has fixed it for me, otherwise forget it! read more

I stopped at this location 7/24/20 at approx 11:15 pm and I ordered the #9. The fries were stale and had the texture of chewing on cardboard. The first burger was Luke warm and the second was cold. I'm pretty sure a starving dog may have passed on this meal. I give one star because the coke was good. read more

This was the worst service I have ever had at any McDonald's I have been to. My husband and I used the drive through because we wanted something fast. When we pulled up and started to order you could here load talking and laughing through the speaker. After we order my meal and my husband started ordering his the guy asked yo to repeat it because his manager was talking to him. You could still here them laughing. So he ordered again and the guy asked us to pull around but the screen was missing the first half of our order. My husband told him that he was missing the first meal and he said to pull around they would fix it. We pull around and check out. Our receipt was so hard to see. We pulled up and my drink was the first thing she gave us. Hopeful that my meal made it in there but unfortunately it was not in the bag. We told her what happened and she repeated it to someone. Then screamed it to the first window which I believe still had the manager standing there. She told us we would have to drive around and place another order! Seriously!!! No thanks. Well, it's a McDonalds. Foodwise, probably not the best one, but far from the worst. People-wise, most of the time, you could not get any better. At least not 9a-3p which is usually when we drop in here. I loved their iced coffee, now I still love it... I just have to get extra glasses and dilute it so it's not quite so strong. But I've been at several other McD's just for the iced coffee and they are all (barring 1) just as strong, so I think it's a change they made at corporate. The WiFi is spotty lately - definitely ONE reason I seldom bother w/them anymore the other is no more Hazelnut for the coffee. On "Waiter Service" I could mark all 3 . Yes No & Not Sure You need to order at the front, but then they give you a marker for your table & bring out the food ... mostly. Now they even want you to go to the counter and 'take/make' your own order... I refuse, you have a business... if I have to type in my own order you need to pay ME to do it. I see zero 'discount' just mega corporate big wigs trying to grub some more $ for themselves. Don't be complicit! ETA: Last time I got a coffee (iced) here it had a LOT of grounds in it, they get one more try, mgr when I called said just to tell them, she'd leave a note so I can get same size no charge... so should be resolved as soon as we go again. read more

Ostrich meat can be tasty when drowned in salt and pepper. Having got that out of the way. They serve solid McDonald's quality food. Sometime they forget the salt on the fries. If I wanted healthy food id eat at home. If you have a steel belly you can entertain a Big Mac. If not order something else that thousand island dressing will have you gambling on farts later. read more

I've been to MANY McDonalds and this one is a disappointment. The salt on the fries is so heavy they are not edible. The younger staff members are friendly but there is an older staff member that during my last visit was unbelievably rude. She took an order out to a waiting drive-up customer and as she was coming back in the restaurant an elderly couple were trying to exit..... without so much as a blink of an eye, the staff member barged in, didn't even attempt to hold the door open and never uttered A WORD! My daughter and grandchildren were with me and could not believe their eyes either. The food was barely warm and besides the Dead Sea French fries, the sauces were not in our bag and we were missing one of our burgers. read more

My doctor recently put me on a low sodium diet. I've been eating here frequently since this place opened years ago. So I checked McDonalds.com to find out what I could now order that fit within my new low sodium diet. The website recommends ordering items without cheese, ketchup and pickle. For example a regular Quarter Pounder with Cheese is 1110 mgs of sodium. But ordering it with no cheese, no ketchup and no pickle reduces it down to 470 mgs. That works in my low sodium diet. YEAH! Unfortunately this restaurant rarely gets my special order right. I always go inside and always try to order my food when there's not a rush (no lunch or dinner hour). But nothing I do to make sure I'm not interrupting their normal flow of operations results in me getting my order made right. I'm done trying. The last time I tried and failed, I asked for my money back and they refused. They've lost a customer who used to dine here for years. I now go to Burger King. They've yet to get my special order wrong once. It's unfortunate that this restaurant doesn't care, as I have to drive past this restaurant and driver a few miles farther to get to Burger King. This McDonalds had terrible service. We waited for about 10-20 minutes for a simple meal, but they messed that up too. When we asked for a sweet tea they gave us something way different. It tasted like Coca Cola, but that wasn't all. It was watery, little flavored and not what we asked for. It was what people would call "gross". And the time we waited for that small meal was not worth it. The only good thing I noticed while being there was that the workers were respectful. And they apologized after they know well that tons of people just want to go on with their day and get something to eat not waste time for something that isn't up to their standards. So I advise that if you go there make sure to be precise and actually stop inside. Or look around at how many people are there. Thank you I hope this helps some. read more

I went there for a quarter ponder and fries and a coke. the coke machine was down and when i started to eat the sandwich it was cold not cool but cold like it had come out of a cooler. disgusting.
