It was fine. All the employees were young white women and they were all moving around with purpose, working hard. I knew walking in that at the very least I'd get what I ordered and I did. No eye rolls, no mumbling, no horse sh*t. It's Burger King, that's all you can ask for these days. read more

Drive Thru. Ordered the Whopper Jr. special for $5 with everything, no cheese. Got to the drive through window, and the employee said 'here are your sandwiches with cheese, no tomato'. I tried to explain that wasn't right and he ARGUED with me about what I had ordered!! I finally just said okay, took them, and drove off. Ordered the new spicy melt. I've had many patty melts in my life but this BK melt is a big disappointment. 2 slices of white break, not toasted grilled or any resemblance of a melt off the grill at all. 2 white pieces of bread straight out of the package. Every few years I get a mild craving for Burger King. Last time I was at this location was probably 5-10 years ago. My memory of that visit: great service, dirty place (with flies inside,) and disappointing food. I repressed that memory and stopped in the other day since it was handy and I wanted onion rings. Update: still great service, a little cleaner, and disappointing food. The employees all seem super friendly, and they were organized and efficient. The place wasn't much dirtier than a typical fast food place, but I had to walk around looking for a clean table (during what seemed like a slow time, midafternoon.) The onion rings weren't bad; theirs are always heavily breaded, small rings, and while not the best I kinda like them once in awhile. I was a little hungry so I tried the sriracha long burger (or some odd name like that.) It was basically a hoagie bun with two patties side by side. The bread was mediocre. The hamburger patties were meh. The veggies were okay; fresh, but not impressive. The cheese was unmelted. There was some "sriracha flavored sauce" squirted on top. All in all, a lackluster effort. I might be back in 5 years. I won't have high expectations. read more

It's a Burger King, the food is not the issue here, assuming you dig Burger King of course. The people who take orders are completely incompetent. Don't even just check your order when you get it and it's wrong, check it again if they "correct it" and give it back to you. I went in here a couple of weeks ago and it took them 4 tries to get one order for my wife and I correct. And it really wasn't even that complicated either. The woman before me in line had hers messed up so many times she flew into a rage and left the store, I didn't quite go that route but I did leave disgusted. One would think that upsetting a customer that much would mean they'd be really attentive to the next order but I guess not. I thought about going here the other day, then I remembered how difficult it was to get my order right and just couldn't bear the thought of going through all of that. I ended up going to McDonalds who amazingly also have 18 and 20 year olds taking orders but seem to know how to fill an order correctly the majority of the time. read more

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Do yourself a favor and go to any other fast food restaurant at this exit. Service is slow, the staff is rude and could care less about servicing their customers. Live near town so we come here often (usually for milkshakes, they have top notch thick chocolate milkshakes) and they haven't gotten our orders wrong before, unlike some of the other fast food places in town. We usually do drive thru, and they're fairly fast unless we've ordered cheese sticks in which we have to pull up but it only takes an extra minute or so. Servers/drive thru workers are always happy to greet us and have great attitudes even when we show up late and they'd probably rather be home. One lady gave my sisters and I paper crowns one year even though we're clearly too old to get them and didn't order a kids meal. I love them all, if I thought to look at the name tags of the specific employees who were so nice I would have complimented them to their managers!! read more

Burger King is my favorite of the fast food places, because I just like their burgers. The new satisfies are good. I always end up waiting here, but I don't blame the staff. It always looks way understaffed, yet somehow they are nice and friendly. The owner might just be cheap. I have often gotten colder fries mixed with hot fresh fries. Not sure about cleanliness. I have done the drive through a few times. I'm sure I'll go back, but probably only alone. My family prefers not to go here. read more

I stopped at Burger King with my mom today in hopes to get some Mac and Cheetos because I had tried them before and they were really good. So I ordered them and the lady who was taking our order (it was the manager) said they weren't selling them anymore, so I ordered a chili dog. When we pulled up to the window, she ended up telling us to move up to the door to wait. We ended waiting a whole 20 minutes before my mom went inside to ask what was taking so long. The guy at the register was very rude to my mom and jokingly laughed about the fact that it apparently takes 20 minutes to make a chili dog. When my mom asked for her money back, the manager said "we don't give out free food" sarcastically. My mom didn't even get her money back. And the chili dog was gross. Definitely will not be going back. read more

I get hit and misses with this burger king. Sometimes they are fast. friendly with hot good food, I especially like the new fries compared to the old ones, and then there are times where I just want to slap someone. Twice I went in and had to wait at least 5 minutes for the cashier to get done talking to there friend about what so and so did last night. I have worked in retail and fast food and not once did I ever do that. I would come help the costumer then come back to my friend and I would work while talking for a brief moment. There are also times where they just seem to be extremely slow for no reason. I would be the only one in line and have to wait for what seems forever for cold food. One thing they do usually have down is they most of the time get the order right. I have only seen them make a mistake one time in that department compared to the many others. read more

Went through the drive-thru last night November 7, 2017 at 5:30. When I get to the pick-up window the employees are having a conversation dropping F-bombs back and forth and other curse words. This is all while my young children are in the car. Also as usual, my order was wrong when I got home as obviously the employees were too busy socializing and not doing their job. read more

Really wanted a fish sandwich. Fast-food wise, Wendy's has a good one around Easter, but after that it's McDonald's or Burger King. Since McDs is usually cardboard, went with BK. Mistake. I never go there for fish as it's hit and miss. Sometimes good, mostly greasy. Today was greasy. I know why they call it the Whaler-it's a boat anchor for a whaling ship. This thing will weigh you down for sure. And the fries are a clear third place behind Wendy's new seasalt fries and McDs. This particular BK, while clean and modern, was noisy with alarms going off, banging of stuff behind the counter and the sometimes amusing but still annoying sound of drive through customers through the speaker. The service was no better or worse than anyplace else (God bless the people that do this!), but BK seriously needs to step it up. There's no reason to come here when there's a Wendy's down the street that's more pleasant to sit in and a much better quality of food. read more

The FOOD and service is good... at least it was back when I still went there, now that they have decided to become a "Canadian" company to avoid taxes... I've not been back. I'd REALLY like to since I'm not too wild about McD's and Culver's is a bit expensive. But nope, not happening they lost me as a customer unless/until they start playing fair. That means EITHER paying a LIVING WAGE to all their employees, OR paying taxes in the United States as an American Company, preferably both. read more
