This McDonalds is nice, clean, and up to date. There is one flat screen television. I saw that the staff is friendly to the locals who are regular here. The premium chicken sandwich meal and Oreo McFlurry are up to par. read more

Great service. Bags that carry food ate super thin and rip easily. When my bag ripped they replaced all my food and made sure that I was ok. The drive through is also very efficient and food is most of the time made just like the order is presented. read more

This location is huge and clean, fast service at drive thru. Nice people when I went there. Got a custom #2 and was soggy but edible. Grabbed a McGriddle which was surprisingly good. I know, it's a McDonald's. Nobody's expecting 5 star dining at McDonald's but for me, McDonald's is rated on a different scale and compared to other McDonald's and other fast-food spots. And in that context, this one's pretty bad. But it was NOT always this way! This McDonald's used to be one of the better ones... it was really a family oriented space in Maynard, they were involved in the community and the regular employees were friendly and knew the locals. It was much more 'welcoming'. But now it's downright un-visitable. Is that a word? Probably not - so I'll say it another way - DON'T BOTHER. 1: The wait time is ridiculous. You literally wait about 10-15 minutes for your "Fast Food". Some days are better than others but it was increasingly consistent. And that's inside AND the drive-through. 2: I know they're mostly kids in their first job for some. But some are not, and once I went there and one of the worker's kids was running back/forth behind the register. And the final/last straw? It was 'late' (8:00), took my kid there and they closed off the Kid's area (chairs up, blocked it off, etc.). "Just because". And on top of that, there was some guy behind the register not in uniform just... hanging out. Between the closure and the randomness of seeing a guy outside uniform probably manipulating the food, we headed out the door and haven't been back since. So I don't know what happened. This used to be a 'nice' McDonald's. But now it's awful and should likely be shut down until they can clean it up. read more

No rating available for this crappy establishment ran by fools! That one star was forced upon my rating and does not reflect how I truly feel!!! They can not keep employees if the life of the business depended on it! The Manager Bianca is very rude to her employees and yells at the teenage employees trying to learn how to work! My daughter was fired because we had a fire and had to be relocated by eversource to Framingham for a week but instead of Bianca being understanding to an emergency situation that we had no control over she fires my daughter! This was my daughters first job!! She is hurt and feeling anxiety going forward into the working world! The owner needs to clean house and hire new people!! I've lived in this town for 5 years and I've known several people who have worked at this particular location and they all have horror stories!!! If you read every other review you will see mostly negative comments which actually reflects the professionalism of this establishment! As a certificate holder of impeccable customer service and support I can honestly say this is one of the worst businesses operated in Maynard and the town should vote to have it removed!! I heard the owner stops in frequently but maybe she needs some undercover workers to see the true bull crap that plays out when she is not there! Overall, it's OK. The best element is the people taking money at the drive through window. They are almost always friendly and have a warm smile. Even though I go here often it is as I said just OK. I find the food to be very inconsistent in quality and even preparation. The first time I ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich it was amazing. The second time it was overdone to the point that the breading was a very dark brown and dried out. The third time, today, what I found wasn't even breaded. It was some sort of grilled chicken something. So disappointing to find when you're already half way home. Anyway, I checked the packaging and it said i was the right thing, but alas, it wasn't. The service is very slow, the facilities are less acceptably clean. In the dining area, employees noticed a "patron" walking to a table without shoes and only giggled about it. The same shoeless person proceeded to sit on the backrest of a booth eating while resting bare feet, on the seat. It's alright. An average McD's with completely average food. Menu is very basic and limited and offers old boring meals that have been around for years. Have not seen anything new or limited time items. Drive thru can at times be a little slow. Food taste is just ok, bordering on nasty at times. Recent people hired there have been inattentive, couldn't get my order right and didn't bother to give me condiments for my breakfast which I have always gotten in the past. Once, I was also ignored as I came up to the counter for a good couple minutes. Fast food? Yeah, the recent downgrade in customer service definitely made this a 2 star experience for me instead of the previous 3. Sad. read more

Stopped in for dessert after eating at Little Pusan Korean in Maynard. The small chocolate shake is wonderful. Ask for a spoon. The clear plastic cup - yes! Transparency. A swirl of vanilla ice cream at the top surrounded by chocolate. Nice! read more

This McDonalds sucks!!!!! First of all they can't get an order right..... Second you ask for extra of something and they don't do it... Third the place closes when it wants to. There is no rhyme or reason to their hours.. You could go on Tuesday night at 1115pm and they will be open, you go the next week on Tuesday at 11pm and they are closed... I just went there tonight and there was guys in the dining room eating, a car driving out of the parking lot, and a car in the drive-thru.. I get to the drive-thru and it says they are closed........... It was exactly 1116pm. How can you have someone at the first window in the drive-thru yet be closed when I get there at 1116pm?? I had a horrendous experience with order accuracy. Placed an order for 3 hamburgers with ONLY ketchup at the drive thru. Staff repeated order back to me perfectly. At window discovered that order was wrong- burgers had the usual condiments. Receipt stated "no ketchup". Ugh. Person at window said to pull over and they would remake them. Young man handed us a bag and we asked him if they were only ketchup. He said yes. Found that they only had mustard on them!!!! Went into store where I told them of second error and they were remaking them again. Saw manager Jose nearby. He could have cared less, offered no assistance or apology and walked away. Got burgers and drove home. I could not believe what I saw when I opened them. I got 4 burgers (only ordered 3) and they all had ketchup, pickles and onions!!!!! What is the problem with listening at this location? This is not the first time I've had issues at this location but this was the worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Drive in breakfast is fast, very fresh. Service very courteous organized and friendly. The traffic entrance is a little tough and they do well consistently. I recommend egg, cheese and bacon bagel. read more

Always some kind of issue with this McDonalds!! They didn't get any of the orders right at that the drive thru monitor, the first window and at the second window. I even had to ask the older lady at the first window for my receipt, I shouldn't have to ask. Yeah..... thats how many times it took to get the order correct. The female manager was very rude insisting on reading the reciept to me of the items that I had ordered and tried to hand it back as if she was done with me. I told her I was still missing items that I had ordered. Then told me to drive up to the line and wait for the rest of my food. All that was missing was 4 extra hash browns and it took 16 minutes to get it. Needless to say, when they came to bring me my food they didn't apologize or say sorry for the inconvenience the manager just handed me my food and walk back into McDonalds! This was very disrespectful in my eyes and unprofessional. I will never ever come back to this McDonalds!!! It is no longer worth it.....what a disappointment!! read more

I came in on Thursday evening around 6:20 very jam packed, but a young man and two older men in the kitchen did a good job making the food. And the manager on shift did a very good job of getting food out and having a coordinated staff, good expeiernce and good food! read more
