If I could give this store 0 stars I would. About a month ago we ordered delivery late at night via their app. Was by far the worst McDonald's food I have ever had (and that is saying a lot.) The nuggets looked like they had been sitting around all day long and the chicken strips looked the same (see pics.) We tried a few of the nuggets that only looked 4 or 5 hours old but even those were terrible. It was so inedible that we threw it all away (30 nuggets, strips, and fries.) We wrote this off as it being 11:30 at night and they just gave us some REALLY old food (although SOMEONE should've done a quality check no matter what time it was.) So fast forward to this weekend and we decided to give them a second chance (thinking the first was just because of the time we ordered it.) So this time I think we ordered around 5pm. I did the nugget and burger bundle and for my 4 burgers, I asked for NO pickles, NO mustard, NO ketchup, and to only include the cheese and onions. My wife ordered the fish sandwich. Well as you can see in the pics they got my burgers completely backwards of what I ordered. So instead I got NO onions, and plenty of pickles, mustard, and ketchup. My wife got half of a piece of cheese on her fish sandwich...no clue what they did with the other half. This store is in serious need of some good management and quality control. We go here often bc of kiddos but they finally had something good on the menu that an adult could enjoy strawberry crème pie and they took it off, why? They said for blueberry, what, why ? I work here and even I will say this place is a complete fuck-up. The staff here can't get shit done, and on top of that the food here is left to sit out for hours, when our holding time for food is seven minutes. Not to mention that the lemonade we use for half and half tea has bugs in it. If you need a job, don't work here, work at a food city or subway. read more

Everything taste like wax here. My daughter brought me some chicken nuggets, half were stuck together, not cooked in between, the other were tough like been under a heat lamp for hours. Burgers keep shrinking, prices keep rising. McDonalds is not anything like they used to be and do not go after midnight, my friend said she sit in line for 40 minutes because it was the only drive thru place still open. read more

I asked for a latte with soy milk. The person over the intercom didn't understand, just told me to come to the first window. We get there and the cashier tells us the total without clarifying the latte issue. I ask if they have soy or almond milk. The older woman was very unfriendly. She said she had no idea what that was, so she went to ask. I could hear them say "hell no, we just have normal fucking milk". Then I hear the older woman respond "I wouldn't drink that anyway!" She comes back to the window and just says "no, do you want it or not?" I drove off. Unacceptable. Also McDonalds should have non-dairy milk. It's 2019. read more

This restaurant right here is, overall, a piece of shit. I'll admit it has been a spell since I've been to a McDonald's, but I went here on Sunday morning and to my surprise these bastards proceed to tell me that they don't serve cinnamon rolls. Now I don't know if this is the case at every McDonald's nationwide or not, but why in the hell would you take cinnamon rolls off the dang menu. Someone has made a big mistake here, and the the Duke aims to set things right. The Duke was brought up eating cinnamon rolls from McDonald's. I will give two stars, one for the lady at the cash register that did not question my Sunday morning order of a BigMac with mayonnaise only, and another because I drop by from time to time when I gotta take a leak (much nicer restroom than your typical gas station). The management needs to learn to properly staff. Many times this location, the wait is long due to waiting for someone to take your order. It's the only place on the south side of the town to get coffee on the way to work in Knoxville. The drive through is forced to work understaffed , therefore getting a simple coffee order wrong a couple times a week. Staffing is more than based on customer sales volume, it's based on skills and speed of employee. It's also based on management training the employees to get accuracy up. I'm certain many people don't take the time to tell the manager, but he should know so corporate can fix issues. read more

If I could give them a half star I would. Dirty lobby, overflowing trashcans, and they NEVER get your order correct. People make mistakes, I get that, but literally every single item is made wrong each time I go, which is often, because I live in Maynardville. This establishment used to be good, but it is abysmal now. I recommend staying away if you want to avoid frustration and incompetence. read more

Spent literally 40 mins trying to get a double quarter meal, mcdouble,mcchicken.... the fries was gross so the cashier literally threw them back into the Bin with the other fries after I TOUCHED them!!!! Then we kept getting the wrong order for the mcdouble and the ladies behind the counter kept being smart-asses and very unprofessional. This place always has old stale food, today tho a worker took a 100 dollar bill from me on a 23 dollar order and gave me 40 dollars in return and then added it into the computer as we gave her 40. Very bad customer service, seems to always mess up order, not a very clean place to eat inside. They sure do keep their time down! Congratulations to them!!! Ohh but if you're the consumer be prepared for cold soggy food oh and waiting in the takeout parking for 5-10min for your soggy food. If they aren't trying to kill you with metal in their sandwiches then you're getting old food or hot food that isn't your order.... yea so glad our little town has a McDonald's. This McDonalds is the worst I have ever visited. They get your order right less than 20% of the time My last visit was about a month ago and I dined in. The Condiment / drink area had Knats all over the place and their were no cups for Ketchup. Customers were using drink lids to get the Ketchup. I contacted the the phone number listed on the door for complaints a Clinton TN Number and reported my concerns. Today I revisited the store and they have changed out the way they deliver your food. Not sure how this will work. They did have the proper cups this time to draw your Ketchup but no Ketchup I returned to the counter and was given Ketchup that was covered in a sticky mess I asked for a manager and a young man Shannon who seemed like he did not have time to listen refused to take my complaint he was advised of the Knat problem and stated he could do nothing about it He was told of the lack of Ketchup and stated they do not use it anymore He was told of the lack of napkins and took no action while I was present. He was told of the gooey substance on my Ketchup and the condiment counter. He refused to furnish me the number for his employer and stated it was on the door.
