So I would like to start with this is an ongoing problem at this store. I place an order and have some items that I paid for missing. This I feel is totally unacceptable. It's not hard to read an order then fulfill that order. Try harder McDonalds. Poor management, poor staff with lack of training and very poor professionalism and care for there job. Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Worst group of people you'll ever have to deal with. Placed the order in store, stood right at the cashier counter. Every single employee saw me standing there and no one acknowledged me or told whoever was responsible for taking orders. Waited 25 minutes and someone finally came up and asked me if I needed help. This is the absolute worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. I have been there three times and each time I had an awful experience. The staff is rude. There was no communication between staff and customer when a problem receiving the order arose. I asked for tomatoes on my Big Mac and they put six tomatoes on my burger. i added multiple add ons to my order to which i was obviously charged plenty more for, only for not one single of them to have been added, i double checked my receipt and i was charged an additional 15 dollars for things that were never added. i totally get forgetting every once in a while, but to forgot more than 5 add ons is not an accident. will not be coming back. read more

Just got back home from the drive-through from McDonald's got my hotcakes syrup with my butter ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal got my steak egg and cheese bagel got my medium coffee but didn't get a hash brown I guess someone was hungry it's always something During the day when you get lunch or dinner and you order something not on your sandwich you always get asked your other stuff like no pickles but then will give you extra ketchup or extra onions I can't believe these people really want $15 an hour you should be getting minimum wage Because that's how you perform your jobs Done. The WORST McDonald's I've been to in a long time. While the staff is usually (usually) very friendly, I have experienced extremely long wait times at all hours of the day. My order is wrong like 2 out of 3 times, the soda machines are always low on syrup or malfunctioning somehow, the burger construction is inconsistent and sloppy, and they are just so slow and unprofessional... Just last night I waited in the drive-thru for about 50 minutes total. The managers here really don't seem to be managing much of anything. read more

So when I came home I had to immediately write this review because Max (The department manager) was totally awesome. Earlier tonight while we were waiting in line for our order a woman came in with her tray of drinks demanding the manager to come over and screamed at him that he forgot her milkshake. She also stated that she had to drive 30 minutes back and that now her food is probably cold and he had to compensate her (probably not true...any normal human being would've eaten it before running back or at least CHECK their order before getting into the car? I'm sure he knew this) He calmly told her to calm down and it's no big deal he would get her the milkshake and whatever else she wanted to compensate for the service. She screamed back saying that it's up to him to give her what he thought was a good compensation. Eventually she left after she got whatever she asked for (I didn't pay attention to what was given afterwards) My boyfriend and I stood there literally watching the entire transaction and I applaud the department manager for keeping his composure the entire time. He tried to calm her down and was very professional throughout the entire night. I was impressed enough to ask for his name and want to right this review, because I feel like not enough people compliment great service. And I wanted to make his night by telling him about my review of his transaction, he didn't deserve to have a bad rest of the night for excellent service. If you read this Max, you are a great manager, and don't stop being just that! read more

It's rare I visit a McDonald's, but every time I've gone by this one, they somehow mess up my order. I've seen a few occasions where an employee was being scolded for stealing food (apparently a repeat offense). Several employees always seem to be carrying the load and looking very frustrated while others just mill about in confusion. I've never seen a restaurant be so consistently bad. After four or five times of going there out of convenience or desperation, I'm finished. As a side note, many of the chairs are wobbly. read more

I go to this McDonalds frequently since it's right down the street from my house. I usually get delivery through door dash, but every once in a while I like to hit the drive thru. I've had a couple of issues with this location. One time, they forgot to add cheese to my grilled chicken sandwich, and another time they sent out the completely wrong order to the door dash driver. The quality of the food overall is good but the attitude of the staff and management is what really needs to change. Otherwise, this would be a great location! read more

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too in my entire life, they always have an attitude and I usually try to avoid this place like the plague but I didn't a choice today, they gave me a smoothie without yogurt without asking me if it's okay, I pay for it I should get what I paid for.. and on top of that they didn't put the breakfast sauce on my sandwich after making sure with the cashier they were going to. And when I went to go talk with a manger, a manager didn't even talk to me a crew person did, despite me being there waiting to be talked to for 10 minutes and two of the managers looking at me. I don't expect four-star service or food when I visit a McDonalds, but this is just one of the worst. The workers and management have bad attitudes. The place looks shabby and run down, even the parking lot is hazardous to your car. There are potholes at the back of the building you could lose your car in. If you're in Mays Landing and need a quick bite, hit any of the nearby Wawas. Avoid this McDs at all costs. read more

Food is mcdonalds is low quality as it is so not really something to critique. But the customer service is. Me and my buddy went and was mistreated through the gate. Dont know why, or what was up the managers ass but he told us we where "pranking" him. He complained about me giving cash and said "you college kids are stupid as f**k" as he gave us our food. Idk if he assumed we where high or something to just treat us that way but we just came from studing all day. Honestly we didnt fuel the fire or made any remarks as we where in shock at the barriage of insults thrown for ordering a 20 piece nugget meal in less then 10 minutes. I was there twice this week. Ordered on the kiosk. Both times I had missing food and some things I ordered as a large were given as smaller size. The ice machines on the soda dispensers weren't working. Employees were rude or simply ignored customers. I haven't eaten McDonald's in years prior to these 2 visits. This is absolutely an embarrassment to southern NJ. This McDonalds never gets their orders correct, their is so much socializing amongst the staff you almost feel awkward interrupting them. The flies---OMG, the flies...I can't even describe it well enough to bring you to the level of disgust it brought us to. We left. We decided it was a hot summer day, maybe something was wrong.
