Truly the WORST location I've ever been to. I want to stress I have been coming here for years. This is the third time I've gone recently (gotten salad to go) and come home to not only it being incorrect - but the lettuce is seriously ALWAYS brown. Walk in to barely get greeted and made to feel I was inconveniencing the staff by expecting her to do her job. Then come home to more brown lettuce and the wrong dressing. Not to mention the other employee was on FaceTime loudly the entire time as well. For the price - the LEAST they could do is get the order right. The food was good we had fast service but a bad employee who not in any kind of good mood. we just wanted cups of water and he failed to tell us it's $2.99 per cup. just want ahead and charged us $5.98 extra. I love, love, LOVE this Saladworks! Unfortunately the store is in the Mall, so if the Mall is closed I can't get my Saladworks fix. It's a rather small Saladworks, but nicely appointed and always clean. In an area where customer service is generally subpar, the manager has managed to train a staff of helpful and competent employees. The reason I love this particular Saladworks is because they still carry paninis. Many Saladworks have fazed out the panini in favor of (disgusting) sandwhich wraps- GAK! I tried on at another saladworks. The wraps are gummy, messy and GROSS. The paninis are lovely. I almost always get the same thing because it is just SO good- Blue Pear Turkey Panini. It's turkey, blue cheese, pears, and cranberry spead served with a tasty deli pickle. FABULOUS. read more

I'm quite biased to this Salad Works in the mall because they do a great job with handling the NFI Salad Works Club that we have in Vineland. We have 60+ members at this point I believe, and at times have ordered up to 40 salads for delivery to our work building. The owner has always been very good to us, and the workers are very polite both on the phone and when they deliver the salads. The salads are always put together well and we never have issues with having more than enough utensils, napkins, and butter for the rolls. I believe they still do $5.99 salads on Wednesdays; the line can get large at times so be aware. read more

The girls had great customer service skills and were very pleasant. My food was ready before I got there. All utensils were wrapped and included. I've never had a bad experience and making an order for pick up was just as great. read more

Ahhhhh I stopped by this place which turned into a huge mistake. I ordered a sandwich, that had to be communicated through at least three people and landed at a young man that was clearly untrained ( I felt bad for him). He asked the owner about how the sandwich was made. At which time she says nothing to him and rudely hands him a laminated sheet. I was surprised to see the blatant lack of respect for an employee in front of customers. The owner was too busy counting her money in the background. Some time passes, I see the frustration on the employee's face and I get tired of waiting and ask for a refund. The owner makes her way over only to make excuses. One of them, "they're kids teaching kids". The other funny one, "he's new and only is trained when I'm not here". Clearly because the owner appears to be useless. I love Saladworks! Quite a while back, I was devastated they discontinued their Green Goddess dressing, but when they started making it again, I was back! I don't go to this mall. I had never been to Salad Works previously. My wife wanted a salad this evening and I offered to fetch. I was surprised that at 5:55 p.m. the line for the joint went out the store and down to the opening of the Chinese restaurant. Wow! I felt guilty butting to the front of the line to pick up the called-in order. I tasted the salad; it was good. The help was friendly and accommodating. While this isn't the kind of food I normally gravitate toward, I would willingly return here if my wife wanted a salad again. Good job! I hate when I go there and the employee asks if it's here or to go when they're building my salad. They're asking because if I say here they skip the black mixing bowl and leave my toppings unmixed. I'm sorry, but I'm paying you to make my salad for me the least you can do is mix it. read more

A few years ago this place had a solid staff that did an excellent job. Since those staff have moved on they have hired some real knuckleheads. It seems like it is everyone's first day every day! I can tell drug tests aren't part of the hiring process of this location. Our order is normally just over $20. This past visit they somehow rang us up for over $28 for two salads. It took quite a bit of back and forth before they figured out they were wrong. Yikes! Besides the issues at the register, just interacting with the staff while ordering can be insanely frustrating! We would be better off hopping the counter and making the salads ourselves! In fact, I would pay extra to do that and not have to deal with these numb skulls! read more

This Saladworks is always clean and the food is always pretty good. It is pretty pricey unless you go on customer appreciation day. On customer appreciation day, salads are about $2-$3 less than what they normally are. read more

The salads are pretty good for the most part. But the last time I went and got a chicken Caesar salad there is more croutons than lettuce. I probably will just save my money for now on and make my own salads at home. It's just not worth it anymore. Definitely not as good as it use to be. read more
