She responded by gas lighting him, and saying the menu pricing matched and was he was wrong. She did say she would grab him a menu anyways. She didn't grab a menu, but came over and said we had the only menu in the restaurant with wrong pricing and she apologized, then stood there looking at us. We asked what was going to be done to resolve the issue. She said she could ask a manager to look at it, which we told her okay. The manager came over and talked to us. He gave us half off one meal but didn't know if the discount code would work. It didn't, so we took our receipt up to the front. They called the same manager over. He did add our discount. The woman at the front apologized, not to us, but to the manager for the inconvenience. My husband asked why she was apologizing to the manager. She was confused. The food and building were wonderful. The attitudes, integrity of the pricing, and the lack of compassion to our feelings being replaced with the attitude we are nothing more than an inconvenience, made this a terrible experience. If they fixed the problem without us having to constantly push the issue, this would have been a 4 or 5 star rating. When we were leaving it looked like they were changing the menus to the ones with the correct pricing.
