Service was very good - ordered 6 burgers (variety cheese / plain etc) w a few sides to go . . EVERY burger was SO well-done - threw them all away - totally inedible. This location. Is totally hit or miss - I realize this isn't a 5 star restaurant - but they should not serve food that had to be leftovers for a few days ago. Just great comfort food that I have been eating since I was a kid. They do have the best fries and burgers especially the QPC but even better is the double QPC. Yummy!!! I never had a problem with my orders and is still pretty quick when going through the drive thru. read more

RUDE, CONFIDENTLY INCOMPETENT I drive an 18wheeler that's approx 75 feet in length and exactly 13'6" tall, the clearance at the drive thru is 9'6"... You do the math. So I simply did what I've done hundreds of times at hundreds of fast food joints, I parked the truck so they could clearly see it from the dt window, I walked over to the speaker and fell in line behind the last car. That's when some fat bag of snacks comes to the window and proceeds to tell me with the utmost confidence that it is ILLEGAL for him to serve truck drivers through the drive-through window even when the lobby is closed due to covid and the app is malfunctioning. Rather than argue with him I simply took my business across the street to their competitor Burger King and they get my business now great managerial skills moron. read more

Payment on mobile app didn't go through, so the employee in drive through held the coke hostage until the transaction was finished, placing his hot hand all over the top of the cup with 'new gloves' that had just touched the previous customer's payment. Good hot $2 6 Piece chicken nuggets. The fries however were barely passable, so we decided to ask for hotter ones after we had gone out of line. We get back in line and waiting 5 cars deep, we make eye contact with, I assume, the manager on a phone and smoking a cigarette, who darts inside. We ask for hotter fries, and it escalates to "you're harassing my employees" and she tells us to get out of the drivethru. We don't. After a few minutes, some other worker comes and gives us our fries. My dad reminded him, and the lady now out of sight, that customers are what pay their salary. He denied it, got me mayonnaise, and shooed us out of the driveway again. We didn't wanna move just because of that. Not pretty. We weren't Christian like but they were being slimy. Mcdonalds has the right fry starch content (rather than like In&Out's). Overall, poorly run McDonald's in my estimation. No love. Mcdonalds has the best fries if done right. Does anyone seem to care if their fries are actually hot though? People should be more of a check on food rather than just taking it and dealing w it out of avoidance of awkwardness. Rude employees!! Understaffed & unprofessional as usual :( I stopped @ this ultra convenient Mickey D's location (I used to live in Merrimack) on the way to my sisters to get an iced coffee the other day. I ordered a 1/2 decaf black coffee. When I pulled up to the window to pick up my coffee, the associate rudely asked me "if I was the one that kept on ordering the decaf ice coffee"? I replied, "yes". She then proceeded to go and on about how it was too busy & they couldn't accommodate me. What?? If I was told when I ordered that they didn't have what I wanted, I would have changed my order. Very simple! They were extremely rude!! What happened to being courteous to customers & that they're always right?? Perhaps some training should be done?? read more

If I would give this no stars I would. I have never experienced such utter disrespect from employees in my life. I went in around 1030 with my friends to get meals Togo. We ordered our food and waiting an outrageous amount of time for them to all be wrong. When we addressed the missing and wrong offers the boy working upfront with curly hair, did not help us at all. He rolled his eyes and went to the back instead of helping us with our missing food. No one else was in the lobby and the drive threw was not busy so being busy was not the issue. They were simply rude. The other women working was laughing at us and throwing food back at us when we asked were our food was. Literally threw the nuggets at the bag from across the kitchen at us. We then said over 5 times the we were missing fries with our meals and the boy said he would not give us the fries and the manager said no. We asked for a manager and he just looked at us and laughed. The manager came out and gave us the food after the curly headed boy walked away and when to the back after being disgraceful. After over 25 minuets of waiting we got our food we left and eat in the car. We then discover the nuggets and fries were cold and stale, our drinks were not the correct drinks and the burgers had no condiments on it like we asked for. Such lazy and argumentative employees. We reserved regular nugs in a spicy container which we heard the very rude employee with brown hair say "I put regular nugs in the spicy container just give it to them" she also said "well we close in 2 minuets thank god" never in my life had I experienced such horrible customer service. It's Pandemic Time! We came to NH to play our 1st Soccer Tourney. After a tough day on the fields we were on the way home. Stopped by to refuel and grab something to eat on the way. At this McDonalds, which is mostly drive through because of the pandemic, we decided to stretch our legs and go in to purchase the food. After ordering the food and getting the receipts with the order number, the cashier disappeared to help fill up drive through orders. I guess this is a priority for the chain during Covid. There were two customers inside (the rest of the store is taped up - no sitting). So we waited extra-long (maybe 10 minutes) without anyone acknowledging our existence. After I asked who is working on our order, an employee, tall young man (about 6ft) in a gray top and black pants uniform with short hair and a Covid mask came from somewhere in the back, quickly filled a bag with a couple of food items we ordered and came to the window announcing to us what was in the bag... I have no idea what my 11 year old son ordered (I paid for his and mine order as one)... but I have this huge order number on the receipt. I asked the employee to let me know what order number he filled? He refused to take two steps to the order station screen and read the order number. He also made fun of me in front of other people saying loudly "What, don't you remember what food you ordered?" - in fact - I never do! - I always order food by the picture and the number next to it! - I never remember their elaborate meal names - this is not my thing! I asked my son what he ordered, compared my own from the menu list on top and said it looks like ours. I took the bag in frustration because behind us was another waiting customer and I started walking out of the restaurant. In the background I hear a loud "Geez!" My son said "What is it, dad?" I told him the employee was really frustrated. I walked back to the service person and asked why he was trying to diminish me as a customer, in front of my little son. He asked me "What do you want sir?" I said I would like an apology now. In response, he said "You must leave now. You are being rude." I responded "Your service sucks, you will get my review." I took the bag with my supposed food and left the restaurant. We sat in the car and we opened the bag. Our drinks were missing. Cashier explained to me that drinks are filled by employees only during Covid. I took the bag and went back to the restaurant. I met the same employee who was demanding I leave, with a raised voice (He also threatened to call the police unless I left, because I was "being rude." At that moment, a lady manager in a dark blue shirt showed up. She asked what I needed, and I asked for the missing drinks. The manager quickly filled the drinks according to our order and asked me, with another apology, if I would like my payment back. I pointed out to the rude employee that this is the service he needs to learn. I did not take the money back, but I did thank the manger and left the restaurant. Driving back home eating the food we've got, frustrated with the McDonalds employee service - we realized this employee never asked if we would like any condiments included.
