My husband and I took my daughter here after my daughters dance class. There was nothing wrong with the food, that part was great, but while we were sitting in the kids area the lady that mops the floors came in and started mopping even though there were kids running around everywhere. She did not leave us anywhere to walk she even moped under our feet ( which was very rude) well anyways little kids cannot read the CAUTION WET signs so a little boy booked it to the play area and SWOOSH his feet went out from under him and slammed his head on the ground really hard. I've been to this location several times and have never had an especially bad experience. The service is kinda slow, especially in the dining room because the drive through is always busy and they get priority. There's just not a lot of room to wait around while they are making your order and they are on to taking the next one. The playground is nice and seems clean but I have no idea how often they clean it. Overall it's a pretty average McDonald's. read more

Came here and dined in and the place was clean, although I didn't go into the play area, and it has a cafe type vibe to it with the assortment of eating areas. I really never had an issue except the wait time sometimes in the drive through but no ones perfect so its cool, but today on 09/17/2021 at 3:37 pm I ordered Uber eats at this location and the food was fine for my two sons and my two nephews until I open their milk that came with each happy meal, my oldest nephew tells me tio it taste nasty !! And I tried it my self and that milk was spoiled !!! And on top of that the expiration date was scratched on all 4 milks you can only see the month and the year to date and the actual day!! Was scratched off!!! My 2 sons drank it and my 2 nephews!! We went back to comfort them about it and they tried denning the dates were scratched theres no way you could see that the milks were from the 19th when you clearly see nothing on there for the day!!! So Im not going to sit here and tell me other wise!!! 4 children drank out of it !!! 4 scratched dates on the bottles!! And Im not going to sit here and not be taking care of it because of what the worlds dealing with right now to do that is heartless especially to children and I will contact corporate to let them know what happened today!!! read more

Firstly: This review is of the Drive-thru service only. Secondly, let's clarify this is a freaking McDonalds. Pretty much the Walmart of the food industry in terms of service and quality... mostly. With that being said I have actually noticed a change in this McDonalds over several months/years, the staff is actually very friendly and the new hires seem to actually care which might I say is very strange/odd and something I am not used to. The quality has improved from even taking an order to paying for it at the first window, the employees actually listen and they say thank you and have a nice day in an actual caring/happy voice (very odd). The manager at the second window seems to be really happy and very friendly about the whole McDonalds drive-thru experience, like they seem to really care. It's like the employees actually care about working at McDonalds and they like their jobs? It's the strangest thing I have seen coming from a McDonalds... and they deserve some recognition on this here yelp! page about them. Oh and when it comes down to McDonalds order accuracy they have improved from a staggeringly low 65% success rate on correct order to 90% succes rate on correct order (statistics made up on the spot by myself). -------------------- Note: The other reviewers sound like those "problem people" that anyone who has ever worked in retail service has told you about. read more

I went here today to get my family some food. The drive thru was backed up. When I got to where you order it was 10:23am. The lady asked if she could take my order so I started telling her what I would like that was lunch related items. She interrupted me and said we don't serve lunch till 10:30 and you will have to pull thru the drive thru and get in the back of the line. I told her I would just wait at the order screen for the next 7 minutes till it was 10:30 then. She started stating to me that I can't do that because it's backing up her drive thru. So I stated that you can refuse my family lunch and make us get in the back of the line to wait another 30 mins to order. Something doesn't sound right to me here. So I finally decided to not waste my time with her game. So mind you I had to go threw the drive thru to leave because of cars behind me. When I finally reached the window where you receive your food I looked at the clock and it said 10:30. Now mind you there was 8 cars in front of me so I was sitting there for a good bit. This irritates me because by the time I got to the window I could of had my lunch that I wanted but instead the lady denied us. Well if McDonalds was to go above and beyond it wouldn't of killed anyone knowing that the line was way backed up to flex and start lunch a little early. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We have been frequenting this location for 16 years and until recently we've always received excellent food and service. Recently however they can not seem to get our order correct when we drive through. They literally get our order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today, when they handed the food out the drive thru window, the girl didn't even acknowledge me or barely look in my direction. She just tossed the bag in my direction without saying a word. No thank you, no have a nice day, no acknowledgement at all. Also, they shorted me an Egg McMiffin. I went in to let the manager know my order was wrong. He gave me the shorted sandwich by literally tossing the bag in my direction with no apology or acknowledgement of any kind. When I told him that they can never seem to get my order right, again he didn't say a word. He just stared at me. He then allowed himself to get distracted by one of the cashiers who seemed to be having trouble with her drawer. I said "really? You're not even going to acknowledge me?" He then rolled his eyes and appeared to stare off into space. Not a single word out of his mouth the whole time. This is the worst customer experience I've ever received anywhere ever. No wonder this place can never get an order right with this guy as their leader. UNBELIEVABLE. If I owned this place, I'd be ashamed of myself for letting the service slip so badly. The manager must be related to the owner because his social skills are so lacking, I'm amazed he ever made it through the interview process. I guess this is what full employment looks like. Stopped in on Sunday 12/16. Food was fine, but they did not get my special order for a quarter pounder correct. Although it was tagged as I wanted it, it was just a standard quarter pounder. Also no catsup cups at the dispenser, murky dark liquid puddle by soft drink machine, cups, lids, and straw wrappers strewn all across the soft drink area. Wow...Customer service here is almost non-existent. Really, really wish I was kidding! For the second time in two weeks, I went threw the drive thru yesterday morning to get family breakfast. While the order takers were friendly each time, there's a big miscommunication (or maybe no communication) somewhere between the first and second window, or maybe between the two windows and the kitchen. Whatever the case may be, it's pretty awful! The first time I was told to pull around to the curb that my food was not ready and would be a few minutes later. The wait was 9 minutes. Yesterday, I was told the same.. "Pull around to the curb, and we'll bring it out in a few minutes." (Keep in mind both times, I only had 2 biscuits...1 sausage biscuit, 1 plain biscuit...pretty much the most simple McDonald's order ever). It appears the car behind me was told the same. Approximately 8 minutes later, an employee comes out to my car with a large bag, "You had the order of 12 biscuits, right?" No, there were two. The 12 ended up belonging to the car behind me (also waiting on the curb). He says mine will be out in just a few minutes. At this point, I begin counting cars coming out of the drive thru with full orders (like, not being told to wait at the curb). Car count is 12. This is also 12 additional minutes since someone has been out (with the wrong order of course the first time). That's 20 minutes and at least 12 cars later!!! I drove away, with no breakfast in tow. It wasn't even worth my time to go in, complain, and/or ask for my $2 back. What I do know, is that was my very last time through this McDonalds and for now weekend breakfast will be coming from somewhere else. read more

When my son got home I asked him why he didn't at least thank me and he was clueless. Seems the employee (Zack) took his money as well as mine. OK so call me dumb because I trusted a McDonalds employee to do the right thing but when I called the manager to report what happened, she said (1) she couldn't look at the video tape of the event and (2) she would count the drive thru drawer to see if the money was missing. Really? Oh my what kind of manager is that clueless? What good would counting the drawer do if the kid stole the money and put it in his doggone pocket? AND, I have worked with security cameras at 4 different locations and have never not had instant access to the video footage. I don't believe she was telling me the truth. Imagine that? I get it. It's fast food. But if you can't even do your job well at a fast food joint, you suck at life. It's like they tried to specifically hire people that couldn't care less, lack any sort of customer service skills what so ever and really just hate people. Honestly, I think this is some sort of social experiment to see how much people are willing to put up with. We never go there because it's the same way each time. They mess up some part of the order. How hard is it exactly to put two burgers, two fries and some ketchup in the bag? So I decided last week to torture myself for a soda. I will give them this, their soda is flippin awesome! So I order a soda and a strawberry crème pie x 2. I get the soda, it's supposed to be regular, it's diet. The girl acts irritated that I wasn't happy to be given the wrong item. So, while she's fixing (begrudgingly) my soda, I decide to have a bite o' me pie......it was burned. Like it smelled burned and the sides although not quite black, were definitely a dark brown, plus the thing is rock hard. So I say, hey so these pies are overdone. This girl has the nerve to lean out and say, "what's the problem with it?" I repeated myself, this pie is overdone. She says, and I can't make this up. "Well they were cooked for the right amount of time so I don't know what the problem with them is." I said, obviously they were NOT cooked for the right amount of time or they wouldn't look like a brownie as opposed to a pie. At this point, a manager comes over and says, "what's the problem?" the girl then says, "he's saying the pies are overdone." But the way she said it was like she was in complete disbelief as if I had claimed to have found a newborn human baby in my to go bag as opposed to a burnt pie. The manager then leans out the window and tells me...."they're all cooked at the same amount of time each time." I told them to just keep the pies and give me my $$$ back. The manager looked confused as if by telling me that the pies were cooked at the recommended time that I should be ok with the fact that they are hard and shoe leather brown. She just stood there. I said nevermind, keep the money and keep the pies. I left. I will not go back there even in the event of a zombie apocalypse. McDonalds, you suck! read more

McDonald's at Ellsworth and Baseline in Mesa, Arizona. If I didn't have to give them a whole star or even one star to rate them, they would receive a big ZERO from me for their laughingly termed "all day breakfast". Today I woke up and had nothing in the house for breakfast, so I drove down to McDonalds for Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit at 11:20 am. I was informed rudely by the woman at the drive thru that they do not serve biscuits after 10:30 am, I then asked for a few other items and was given the same answer finally she rudely informed me that they only serve muffins for all day breakfast. I am not sure how other McDonalds serve their "all day breakfasts" but this kind of defeats the purpose of having an all day breakfast menu when there is no menu to select from. It sure does not live up to McDonald's commercials either...as far as I am concerned this defeats truth in advertising if this is the case at other locations too. I hate their muffin sandwiches and when if I do eat there it is for breakfast and I always order a biscuit sandwich. I ordered a large Dr. Pepper and at the window handed the girl my money, she was rude and could hardly speak English. I drove to the 2nd window where I picked up my soda and informed the manager who happened to be at that window that her staff was rude, and that they had poor service. I also told her that over the years this is something that has always bothered me about this location and that the food was cold, and orders were not served properly so I try not to come that often. I also informed her that I don't know how other McDonalds "interpret" all day breakfast but because of this incident the Dr. Pepper is that last thing I will ever buy from this restaurant. Surprisingly she took the criticism in a polite and apologetic tone and apologized for her staff's rudeness, so I give her kudos for grace, professionalism to be informed of her staff's lack of professionalism and the polices of the restaurant. I also let her know without a doubt McDonalds had the best biscuit sandwiches for breakfast, however, I also informed her that I was going to patronize Jack in the Box from now on because they truly do provide breakfast or anything on their menu 24 hours a day. I then drove to Jack and Box and got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and enjoyed it immensely. Despite the fact I still truly believe McDonalds does have the best biscuits over Wendy's or Jack In the Box. read more
