Yup! The hype is real! I was in the Tucson area on a business trip and drove past an In-N-Out. I didn't think twice about stopping for lunch. This restaurant chain doesn't exist in Florida...and probably never will. What a shame. The place was packed and super busy. I ordered the classic Double-Double and had to try the animal-style fries on the side. The burger was delicious. The beef tasted incredibly fresh, like it had never been frozen. Honestly, I should've gone with the 3x3 (three patties instead of two). That'll definitely happen next time I'm in the area. The animal-style fries were outstanding. The combo of the special sauce, caramelized onions, and melted cheese over the fries was addicting. The staff was amazing and super friendly, even though they were extremely busy. The decor feels like a fun mix of old-school diner and modern fast food. I can't wait to be back in the area to try their food again. One can only wish they'd expand to Florida someday. And yes -- their food is way better than the "W" burger place. read more

I went through the drive through. The service was fast and friendly. I got a double double animal and protein style with a side of fries. The burger was spot on. The fries could use a little more cooking. I like my fries a little crispy. The ambience was good a little music playin four side so it's not too quiet. read more

I've been hearing about In-N-Out Burger for a while but have never been so I decided to fix that. We just drove back from California and were pretty hungry. We were greeted as soon as we stepped inside the doors which was welcoming! The interior was typical fast food venue but had a bench to wait for your order. Employees seemed happy and cheerful and were pretty efficient. I ordered a cheeseburger with a lettuce wrap and my friend ordered a cheeseburger on a bun. We shared a fries and a no sugar real lemonade. Lemonade - usually don't drink sugary drinks but this had no sugar and freshly squeezed lemons - both of us loved it! Burgers - simple toppings of lettuce and tomatoes and I had grilled onions but delicious. The freshness and quality of food aced out. Fries - pretty crisp and fresh tasting. 1st time having this famous food & it's pretty good! Their signature sauce has a little mustard touch to it - overall pretty tasty. LOVE the fries. And of course the chocolate milk was perfect. Well yeah, it's In-n-out. I recommend them because they are always there late at night when I'm out riding my Harley and need to stop for a bite. They always seem to be clean and the burgers are always bomb. I don't think I need to leave a review for a place like this because they are what they are and pretty much everyone knows about them. I check in to places I go to, like this one, but don't always leave a review. But the consistency of in-n-out is what brings me back. I would have given 5 stars but I'm sorry, I don't care what anyone SAYS, everyone knows the fries are bleh! So 4 stars for one of my favorite late night ride places to stop! read more

First time trying in and out. The drive thru had a very long line. They operate similar to chick fila where they have team members coming to your car to take your order. This has its pros and cons as someone who has never been would need to see the menu first. We decided to eat inside. It was busy inside as well. Lots of families. Ordering fairly simple inside and was a lot faster than drive thru. The cashier was friendly. They have a security guard at this location as well . Now onto the food... as an east coaster I can confidently say that In-N-Out is MID! The burger was okay. The patty was thin and nothing I would rush to get again. You can get a better burger almost anywhere else. We did the animal fries and they were also just okay. I loved the grilled onions touch. Get your order in with Dawn! She will brighten your day with her positive and energetic attitude. I wish there were more people like her at every restaurant I go to in town. This is not our first time at this location. My husband and I finished a hike at the Superstitions and came hungry! Burgers hit the spot, but next time I'll ask for no salt on the burger patties. When I went to in n out today for lunch. Line was out the door and full house inside.I was greeted by very kind and courteous staff . These kids are Working so hard in a very fast paced environment. Everyone literally has a " job " to do getting in orders out like clockwork. To be in a busy place like that and serve with a ," smile" is not easy . Hats off to the crew for a job well done. Of course, after all the drinking, we needed something greasy to end the day. Luckily, the cousin decided to make an in-n-out run. I don't really have in-n-out often as I find the wait times ridiculous back in CA. Isn't this supposed to be fast food? But if someone else is picking up, I'll add my order to that. It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure I got a double double - protein and animal style and fries - animal style. Their burgers are always solid, but I'm not a huge fan if their fries unless they are covered in cheese and sauce. In n out grilled cheese has always been one of my favorite things - not on the menu, but all you have to do is ask! Especially delicious when you request a side of hot peppers to put in the center with some French fries! This visit I could tell they were waiting on my grilled cheese, and quickly handed me a bag. As I drove off, I noticed there were no fries in my bag. I parked and went inside, and was quickly helped with no questions asked. I admit that I am biased with this review. I am a California boy and grew up with In n Out. But have you ever driven past one anytime close to lunchtime and not seen a line snaking around the parking lot? No, you have not. I will admit I only like the fries when I can eat them right away. Dang, I just moved in the area and this is the worst In-N-Out I've been too. Around Jan 9. 8pm, I don't know who was cooking the fries but it was terrible. Ask for two fries light, came out harder than a rock. Then only gave us 2 ketchup packets. That's crazy other locations usually give me a little baggy with plenty of ketchup. read more

You gotta come here for their burgers. So many options! And they're large. They do not skimp of the size here. My favorites include the Spicy Mac and Cheese, Bacon Bleu, and the Mac Gnarly burgers. Only complaint is that you have to order the sides separately. They don't come with the entrees. Good selection of cocktails and beers as well. Definitely gives the 'dive bar' feel to it! Atmosphere is fun and plenty of tvs with sports on. Great service every time we've come too. Will be back!
