This is possibly the worst McDonald's I have ever encountered in my entire life. Long waits regardless if there are lines or not. Orders are constantly wrong. Fraud. Rude employees. Unoccupied employees busy on their phone having work parties and get-togethers ( I have seen them at it through the window while waiting on an order for 30+ minutes with no other cars in the drive thru for a single McChicken).... and this has happened more than once. It honestly feels like they are laughing at the customer. I could go on and on based on personal experiences and that of other neighbors, but the point is: Everything about this location is WRONG, and this place should be shut down or completely re-staffed. I really like McDonald's (especially there fries) but they cause so many mistakes. Last week they charged 20 dollars on the card. The order pertained to someone else ours was 11 bucks. Now today I go for 2 number 8 for breakfast and they gives us one number 8 and 4 burritos. It's a hassle and a waste of time. They really need to get organized or pay attention. McDonald's standards here in Cutlerbay are pretty low. This is a great little town only if we keep it that way. It's not really even McDonald the chains fault, rather the people that work there. I've praised the new manager in top notch service before, but this morning he fell short on customer service. My wife asked for a cup for water, he gave her a large soda cup and charged her a dollar. After the line settled and we finished our breakfast, my wife returned to the manager and in a loud voice, bringing attention to the moment he began to chastise my wife that he did not understand what she had asked. "MAY I HAVE A CUP FOR WATER, how do you misunderstand that! The bottom line is not the dollar charged, anyone else re spectfully apologizes and refunds the money. He attempted to embarrass someone in a loud voice for no reason. Shame on you McDonald's Manager, your training and customer service has fallen short! read more

I honestly have never been to a worse McDonald's than this one. Unfortunately it was the one by my house. They can't even put a burger together correctly and that is there job. The coffee is always burnt and the ice cream machine at night was always broken. Seriously every night the ice cream machine was broken. They are lazy slow and down right horrible. read more

If you have an issue with anything, ask for the manager Emanuel. He's super nice and will go above and beyond to correct an issue. A couple times I've gone and the tea has been less than fresh and he brews me a new batch on the spot and tastes it himself to make sure it's good. This McDonald's is one of the worst ones I've ever been to. (The only reason I went to this one was because it is 2.5 minutes away from my house) Tonight I decided to go over there just to get a medium iced coffee and as I'm pulling up to this McDonalds I see there's a long line in the drive thru so I tried to go inside and the doors were closed at 10:15 even though the sign on their door says on Thursdays their "Dining hours" are open until 11pm. So I went in the drive thru line and ended up waiting for about 30 minutes and finally ordered and as I go to receive my order AFTER I already ordered they tell me they don't have anymore iced coffee at all. They either don't have coffee or it's the worst coffee you'll ever have. The other day I ordered a hot coffee which tasted colder than lukewarm temperature and tasted like watered down milk. No flavor and you couldn't even tell it was coffee. Disgusted by this McDonald's. Also be prepared to wait like 30 minutes every time you go even if in the middle of the night. Super slow service. It doesn't matter if there's 2 cars in front of you or if the line is out to the street, you will wait AT LEAST ten minutes in this drive-thru, without fail. It's not uncommon to come here at midnight on a weekday and see the line out to the street. When you get up to the speaker, you sit there in silence for two minutes because the employee doesn't automatically tell you to please give them a minute until you say, "Hello?" The food is fine for a McDonalds and the employees are nice enough, but the wait time here is consistently the longest I've seen in any McDonalds in Miami, which sucks for me because the other closest one is 15 min away. read more

Breakfast was on point this morning. I had a sausage with cheese Biscuit and a Deluxe Big Breakfast which included Hot cakes, eggs, sausage, biscuit and a hash brown. My sausage biscuit tasted great, bread was warm and the sausage was hot and delicious. My hot cakes were hot and the eggs tasted home cooked. Just barely decent service most of the time, although the wait tends to be longer than average. Heaven help you if you catch them while they're changing shifts. On more than one occasion I've waited 20+ minutes at the drive through. No apologies, no nothing. They also don't give you ketchup with your fries unless you ask explicitly. This specific location is a complete disaster, it's filthy; they never clean the tables, neither the floor nor the bathroom in the playground area, the service is extremely slow even though in a regular day there are 5 to 6 employees and one manager. It's a rainy, chilly Saturday morning, and what do my kids want for breakfast? Yep, McDonald's. I cringe, because this location is always SWAMPED. And, when I get there, the drive-thru line is out to the street. But, I suck it up and wait in it, because it's raining, and I would have to lug two babies out of the car to go inside. I can't really fault McDonald's that it takes 30 minutes to go through their drive-thru; it's not a bad thing that they're busy. Finally, I get a chance to order. Keep in mind that McDonald's has really been pushing this McCafe thing. I am a huge coffee drinker, and I usually go to DD or Starbucks for coffee. So, when it's my turn to order, I order a large iced coffee. Their iced coffee automatically comes with cream, so I ask for it with milk instead. This has never been a problem at other locations. After sounding bewildered, the girl went to ask her manager if this was ok. Has no one ever ordered milk in their coffee before? Is this so unheard of? So, she comes back and informs me that it will be an extra $1 to substitute milk in the coffee. I tell her forget it, just keep it black, and I'll put milk in at home for free. Then, I get to the window to pay, and they swipe my card for the wrong order. Once again, the manager has to get involved, and refund me the incorrect amount (we'll see on Monday if this actually gets fixed). Finally, I get to the pick-up window. Halleluiah! I can almost taste my (black) coffee! Then, the girl hands me a small iced coffee. I say "Is this the large?", knowing that it isn't. She says "Yes". So, I wait a second, and say "Are you sure? Because I usually get a much bigger cup!". So, she walks off and comes back with the right size. I guess she asked somebody. The moral of this story is that apparently, no one orders iced coffee at this McDonald's.. And now I can see why. The only reason this location didn't get one star is because I have gone there in the past and gotten decent service. Then again, I didn't get coffee. read more
