The place is never clean, and the air conditioning was broken for months while the employees were stuck sweating their asses off every single day. Half the time they don't even have basic menu items like steak or chicken available. And the guy running this place is an absolute joke of an owner. Completely disorganized, clearly doesn't care about the customers or the staff, and it shows in every aspect of the business. The service here was horrible. Always is. The manager and employees were extremely rude to my mother and I. The manager was assisting with the food orders and she was impatient and rushing us thru the line and they were not even busy! I get to the checkout employee at the end and she did not know how to use the machine. I tried scanning my reward, she said it's not working, gets the same manager and she was lost too. This has to be the worst services I've ever been to. I went in to get 3 soft tacos to which apparently they only had hard tacos and the soft tacos were for online orders only. I spoke with the manager afterwards as I had specifications the app would not let me choose, she said she wouldn't be able to give me the tacos because of the "cameras". I ordered Chipotle delivery via the Chipotle app. The only correspondence I received were order details via app and a text message with the Chipotle Order#, DoorDash Order#, and estimated arrival. Again, I ordered via the Chipotle app. Upon delivery, instead of a burrito I received a bowl with rotten beans. Instead of the bowl at least having all ingredients, it had three ingredients. Three! Also, yeah...the rotten, stale beans. I could have been severely ill! Chipotle has stolen my money. I immediately attempted to contact customer service, but I was unsuccessful. A couple of days later, I attempted to contact customer service. 1 (800) 244-7685 is disconnected so I contacted Pepper. What a waste of time! I was disconnected by 6 agents after they couldn't issue a refund because I could not provide the store ID or order # even though I attached the receipt, text message from Chipotle and order details via app. Chipotle has stolen my money and has refused to provide a refund. Two agents claimed I received a free entree that expires within 30 days. How does Chipotle know I'll be in the country for the next 30 days? What makes Chipotle think I am able to eat Chipotle within the next 30 days? Chipotle used to be the gold standard for fast causal food. Now every single one I've gone into is messy, cross contamination between food items and poorly staffed. Not only that but the staff was for sure in bad moral. None of them seemed to be happy to be there and they all said how tired they were. I honestly do not know what went wrong at this location use to be my favorite in the area but now it's my least favorite. I just had an incident where a staff member did not want to serve me and was very rude and racist towards me and my partner. I was going in with my partner to just order a kids meal and bowl to go.. There was a lady with long braids serving us when I thought everything was okay... she ignored us and didn't want us to be served. I patiently waited our turn and I guess it wasn't her day.. started giving a very rude attitude and not even putting a full scoop of food into the bowl. Barely giving any food at all. I knew either this employee is new OR she purposely was treating us badly for no reason. At the end I didn't want to eat there anymore and felt very accused for no reason... and left. Dined in for lunch. When we first sat down at the seats around the corner from the drink station we spilled our lemonade. I immediately went to tell the cashier and specifically said we need someone with a mop because it also spilled on the floor. We sat at a new table and waited. No one came to clean up. Half way through our meal I went back and said again someone needs to clean up before someone slips. (Hello lIability) they finally sent someone who came with a rag and only wiped the table but left the floor wet. Other guests went to sit there and I heard them exclaim "wow someone spilled a drink all over" so they definitely didn't clean the floor. If they can't keep the dining room clean and free from hazards then what is happening in the kitchen? On top of that, the chicken was dry. No visible management on a Sunday afternoon. read more

The younger girl was going to but she told her no. All my 6 chipotle's from Martin county to Indian river county have not once had a problem with that. Ok, so then qe leave for a few hours and then place a digital order for pick up on the way out of this area and the traffic is heavy in the parking lot, so my husband drops me off and I go in to pick it up. He drives away. This same lady tells me to show her proof I placed the order and wants my confirmation number. Well my husband placed the order and I did not have that. So I tell her the name and that it's a single burrito but nope she won't hand it to me. Meanwhile, a lady walks up and in Spanish says something and she hands her the bag. I walk out, flag down my husband, he hands be his phone with the app open. I walk back in and some guy says can I see it, I'm holding up the phone and he says scroll down, here I'm showing a receipt for my 1 single burrito and still this lady walks up speaking Spanish to me, now I'm really irritated. But the Cutler Bay location closest on US#1 is nothing but poor service and is very dirty the moment you walk in . My friend and I were in the area and we had a question about the food because we noticed the prices have changed and when We asked the employee was immediately bothered to make a long story short. We just ordered our food and we were rushed out of the way and the food wasn't very good as far as freshness not trying to make a big deal here, but we came and visited again a week later, and we also had another bad experience. First girl has everything organized and moves is in to the condiment girl. Disaster! All the stuff is mixed. The sour cream has pico, the pico has sour cream, the guacamole has cheese, etc... Next, she knocks over some red plastic signs into the pico, pulls it out and continues serving as if nothing happened. I pay I leave. I went to eat the pico with the chips, then noticed a piece of steak in the container. If that place is visibly that dirty, I can't imagine behind the scenes. read more

Chipotle as a whole needs a way of providing CONSISTENT portion sizes of their proteins Otherwise you have what happens frequently at this location: Very stingy servings relative to other locations. I get more pork with a $6 tropichop bowl from another restaurant than I do from a $9+ carnitas bowl here. I visited this location on April 2. This line was long and didn't move quickly. Things didn't get better from there. The server gave a quick "spoonful" of rice. I asked for more rice and she rolled her eyes. When I asked for Carnitas, she gave a pinch of carnitas. Most other locations give several pinches of meat. At this point with rice, beans and meat, the food didn't even reach the rim of the bowl. I didn't ask for more meat since I have been told that is extra at this location before. I seriously entertained just leaving the food there at this point but I was hungry. The toppings guy was at least generous with the toppings although I could always request more at this point. I didn't order guacamole, but it was a shade away from going brown, gross. Total with a beverage (which is almost $3 btw) was nearly $13. The soda station was a mess with food spilled all over and no one cleaning anything The tables were all dirty and the trashcans were overflowing. Yelp requires at least one star and honestly I would have probably given 1 star for the food anyway.
