Very disappointed with this location. My family owns 15 Wendy's franchises stores. This location is completely closed inside for ordering, dining or pickup. When I asked for the manager, a lady named Marianela came to the door. I asked why the inside was not open and she said drive through only. When I expressed that I cannot order through the drive through she told me she does not speak English and proceeded to close the door in my face. As I sit on hold with the corporate customer service live and type this review, I see people being allowed in to resolve in correct orders. This is literally the only restaurant you're not allowed to order in. This is unacceptable. Perhaps you should reconsider the management staff here. read more

Went there today, first time. Ordered a Baconator, it wasn't as greasy as I feared, fries were tolerable, the chicken could've been better but it wasn't terrible as I thought. The employees definitely like to talk loud in the kitchen, and the fountain drink machine was annoying since I had to tap it more than 10 times. Overall I rather deal with that then with bad food, last Wendy's served me raw chicken disgusting. Food here was step up above all else. So I'm giving it a 4 stars....for now. read more

I normally don't review large chains, and I'm not a fast food aficionado, but I had a surprisingly decent experience at my neighborhood Wendy's that I thought was worth mentioning. The counter service was fast and friendly, and this was during the noon lunch hour crush. For about $4.50, I had the half-size chicken mozzarella salad. The salad greens were fresh, and they didn't scrimp on the chicken, mozzarella, or croutons. Unfortunately, I think this great salad is a limited time only deal. The dining area was clean, and there were 2 large TV's tuned to news channels. If I get those lunchtime hunger pangs and I'm nearby, I'd try this Wendy's again. read more

I had a great experience at this restaurant. This wendys happens to be one of the cleanest I've been to. I also noticed that a shield was placed at the counter for the customer's safety as well as the employer. Great customer service and food was hot. I would reccomend this fast food restaurant above all in this area!!! read more

They have the lobby closed for delivery pick up so we have to wait in a long line to get the customer order it's a waste of time and the order gets delivered cold this does not make any sense they should at least have the lobby open for pickups or not have the service open. This review is specifically for the Cutler Bay Wendy's on US1 off of Marlin. I realize it is "fast food" and have rated it against other local fast food chains taking into consideration that fast food can only be *so* good. Dear potential Wendy's patrons: Your hamburger patties will always be COLD, drive-thru lines always long and DON'T make your order too complicated: IT WILL GET MESSED UP. I'll bullet point the rest: -The employees give you attitude when you have a large (but simple: like 5 of the same burger) order and snidely tell you to 'pull forward' to wait for your food. Meanwhile they serve the three cars behind you their food with no problem. None of them got burgers?? -If you go in to complain, the large & portly woman who calls herself a manager will give you dirty looks while listening to your problem and will respond in the snottiest voice possible, "I'm SO sorry". Thanks for the side of attitude, can I just get my food please? -The people at the window are always strange and crusty looking. You end up getting your food handed to you by a decroded, calloused hand with long, yellowing nails and flaking skin. Gross. Put a glove on that thing before you touch my credit card OR my food. -A few visits ago, the employee taking my order was speaking SO quietly, I was forced to say "Please repeat yourself and speak up, please; I cannot hear you." He responded with "What did you say to me?!" in a such an aggressive tone of voice, you would think he was going to jump out of the window and fight me because I insulted his mama. Apparently, he had just as much difficulty hearing as I did. -Another thing, MUST they build my burger at a 45 degree angle EVERY time? You build burgers *all* day...how hard of a skill is it to master? Stack them upright and for the love of god, please make sure more of the tomato and lettuce are IN my sandwich than out of it, please. I've had it with this Wendy's after my recent bad experience. Crappy service, questionable cleanliness of both employees and kitchen, HORRIBLE attitude (worst of all from the large manager 'lady'; a term which I use loosely) and incessantly degrading food quality and construction. I've been going to this Wendy's for the last two years since it's close to home and I've noticed a marked DECREASE in quality/service and a noticeable INCREASE in price and attitude. I'm tired of tip-toeing around their attitude, hoping not to upset them too much: who knows what my food would look like if they actually TRIED to make it bad. The only redeeming quality of this Wendy's is their convenient location - if the employees could mess this up too, I am sure they would. Somehow they are closed before midnight on a Friday while all the operating hours signs say 3am. I wonder if it's true what the Wendy's down the road said- about shut down due to card problems. While the kid was weird AF at that one, the manager didn't seem to stop him and I've seen that manager for years working there. read more

I love Wendy's. Always been a huge fan of their spicy chicken sandwich. So, this particular location, I am always going to because of the close proximity to my home. I am repeatedly annoyed every time I go. First of all, some of the patrons are quite dubious, ranging from homeless vagrants to other types of unsavory looking characters. Ok, no big deal, I'm not scared. But this last time I went, there were flies buzzing around EVERYWHERE. Landing on the tables, buzzing into the kitchen, trying to land on me!!! Disgusting. And then, I saw a woman who was about to fill a container with fries sneezing in the middle of the kitchen. She did not cover her sneeze, sneeze into her elbow, sneeze into her shirt, none of the above. She sneezed into the middle of the kitchen all over the food!!!!! And then she wiped her nose with the back of her fingers and wiped it on her shirt, and continued preparing the fries. Horrifying! Even then, I said ok my sandwich is on the other side of the kitchen, I'm hungry, it'll be ok. So I get my sandwich from the cashier who has been touching the money given to him by some derelict individual, no gloves nothing, just touch my sandwich outer wrapper with the same germ covered hands. Ok, I'll be ok I tell myself. I open my sandwich, take a bite, and it's OLD. The once crispy edges of the chicken are old and greasy and made a slight squeaky sound in my mouth as I tried to tear off a bite. Enough was enough. I will make the drive to Wendy's by the Falls.
