Very disappointed with my recent visit. I placed my order through the app and requested table service, but when it was ready, no one bothered to bring it over as instructed. Wow, this McDonald's is near my house. Today it was really disappointing to come , my family and I order 2 mochas , when we got them one of them were half of the cup as it was a small size in a medium cup. The manager which it was what she acted like she was the one in charged , said that it came like that which is not what we paid for so I ask her to do it again which she did with a bad attitude and since out was already there closing time for inside take out the doors were lock which she had to open it for us . I wish I could give this location 0 stars. They recently remodeled but the service is still horrible. Should have invested in new staff instead. It's actually embarrassing how they don't honor their own promotions on they have posted on their menu. Haven't been able to order a shake in almost a year because the machine is always conveniently "broken". Asked about a promo and one of the employees who claimed to be a manager said they would not be honored. Worst service ever, even for McDonald's. This is down the street from where I live so it's my go- to when I need fast food. They've always sucked but today I was done. All I did was ask for ketchup (after I was given my order in the drive through), and the girl at the window completely ignored me. Another employee (probably wondering why I was still there) looked at me and I asked her- when she gave it to me I informed her the other girl heard me and completely ignored my request. What was her Response? She completely ignored me and just said "thank you". Btw, I said it both in English and Spanish in case anyone was thinking it was a language barrier, which was my immediate first though. I actually think this is one of the best McDonald's I've been to... not sure if I've just been to super horrible mc Donald's and so my standards are reeeeeally low lol or maybe i always go during a good time. I'd say very clean, always workers around cleaning whether it's the restaurant or bathrooms, super fast! If last night would've been my first awful experience this review would not be happening (for a McDonalds), but it was the 3rd "how dare they" experience. First time: there are about 8 employees all talking a massive shit storm about themselves, there personal lives, their work schedule, their clothes., scurrying about desperately pretending to be busy making an order for the drive thru and one person before me. There was absolutely no one at the register. No one. I was the only guest in cue at that time. An employee addressed me in Spanish "estare contigo en un momento" that was after a 5 minute wait. A second line forms directly next to me. The same employee begins to take orders from the next line. I spoke up and she took my order instead as I was first in line; and she knew it. My order takes a solid 10 minutes to come out with cold, soggy fries. 2nd experience: again, no one at the register, a group of 10 employees talking a massive verbal shit storm about themselves, 2 guys before me waiting for their food - seemingly frustrated. I finally place my order after what seems an eternity for fast food. As a New Yorker in Miami I tried being patient but I had read the reviews from iMaps the day before, which made me even more antsy. This is a one star location! My order is called - - no fries.
