Line always takes too long. They get orders wrong. Chicken nuggets are usually burnt. Employees are unprofessional. They curse very loudly and it can be heard from the drive through. Used to be a good McDonald's. It's a shame they've gotten worse with time. read more

They have not put sauces in my bag NUMEROUS times, my fries have always been COLD and one time I ordered a Coke and got sent an Unsweeted Tea. Poorly managed store; takes forever to get your food; stay away from this location; staff has no sense of customer service

I swear this gonna be the last time I come to this McDonald's. First off, it's the slowest one on earth. I live live in Miami Lakes and can drive to the nearest one in Hialeah and still make it back to my house before getting out before I get out of the drive through here. 2nd, this is the forth time they didn't give me napkins. I asked for ketchup and the man said it was in the bag, Then I pulled away and had to stop to go back in to get napkins, then I parked and there was no ketchup like they said there was, so I had to got back in again. By far the worst McDonald's in all of South Florida. I've had so many issues yet I've continued to go here since it's the only McDonald's in Miami Lakes. In the past, I've gotten home without any meat inside a cheeseburger and French fries have always been terrible. This McDonald's drive-thru is very slow. I have waited in line 20 minutes just to order a snack wrap and a hot fudge sundae. I had to bring the attention to the person taking orders because no one came on the speaker. I have been here twice and the service and time has been the same. On my first visit, they didn't add the cheeseburger to my kids meal and instead of just "no pickles" on another cheeseburger order, they put "no onions, no pickles". I have gone to this McDonald's multiple times and have had negative experiences, but this is the last time that I'll be going to this location. Firstly, the line moves incredibly slow. There are two lanes at this location to place your order, however, they were only taking orders on one side. This isn't an isolated incident as there have been two other occasions when I've been stuck on one side, while traffic is going through on the other side. Even to the point where I've just driven to the first window and placed my order there because no one came over the mic at the order window. The cashier seemed irritated today as if he wasn't interested in talking to people; not rude, but very disinterested. Today I spent a total of 25 minutes in line to get a Big Mac meal and an apple pie which is absolutely ridiculous. I was charged for the apple pie and never received it in the bag. The fries were so cold that it was almost inedible. Almost as if they were cooked and then placed in a refrigerator, cold. The drink that I ordered wasn't the one that I received. Rude employees, they never have atm working in mornings, they ignore customers in the window when they are standing right in front, don't even have the decency to say we can't/don't want to serve you, got insulted once for taking a picture of the menu when I was ordering for someone else at work. Complete failure in customer service, all the girls working the mornings need to be laid off ASAP, if they don't want to work they should not be there, done people depend on this location for breakfast on way to work and when they ignore you 5 minutes on speaker and another 5 at window there is a problem, including the manager in turn that just keeps talking while customer after customer knocks on window and leaves. This has to be the WORST McDonalds in the entire country. For one, there is always a line that never seems to come to an end. The line is bad at ALL TIMES even at midnight. Aside from being the slowest they tend to get the very simple orders completely wrong. I once ordered a Big Mac and as soon as I bit into I realized that there was NO MEAT.
