After a long day of traveling & checking in to the hotel I had no energy to go anywhere else for dinner. So decided to try this restaurant which is inside Miami Lakes Hotel. Decor is nice, service is good . The food was overpriced & taste was ok. I tried the mahi mahi & after all day not eating much I still didn't like the food ! You know when you so hungry & anything you eat taste yummy ; it was not even close ! Hopefully other items tastes better. They also have buffet in the breakfast, I never tried it . If I remember it correctly it was 17:99$ per person . Didn't feel like spending that much every day for breakfast! I had other places which were cheaper & had better tasting food to try .

I had high hopes for this restaurant and was sadly disappointed. The food was horrible. I ordered the rib eye steak with a salad and mushrooms and onions ZERO FLAVOR. This was by far the worst steak I ever had and I was embarrassed because I brought my husband here and raved about the quality of food. There was simply no flavor like it was boiled in unsalted water. My husband had the churrasco steak with the chimmichurri and he said it also said it was bland no taste at all. The chimmichurri however was flavorful. For such a horrible meal it cost us $150 just to go and find something else to eat. The service was good no complaints there. Will never return.

The fish I order was supposed to be grouper, but it was very thin, and it was covered in a sauce with cheese that was overcooked as the cheese was not soft and melty, but rather dried and firm. We went back a second time because the pizza looked good. It was not as good as it looked, and the pizza sauce tasted sweet, so not to our party's liking. The warm rolls with butter were really good, and the burrata salad was also good. The atmosphere is lovely, but can get quite loud. If you like yelling over your meal to your table companions, there is live music playing on the weekends. I will say that the staff was very cordial. We were greeted at the door by friendly hosts, and every server who waited on us was also very nice and attentive.

One of them is 1910 Restaurant & Bar, a Spanish-inspired restaurant that blends premium steaks, seafood, and a little theatrical flair without losing sight of flavor. The meal opened with an order of Cheese Balls, crisp golden spheres that reminded me of pão de queijo, except they skipped most of the bread and focused almost entirely on the cheese. The exterior shattered pleasantly, giving way to a molten, creamy center. Paired with a pineapple sauce, each bite balanced sweet and salty in exactly the right proportions. My wife ordered the Australian Wagyu Flap Sirloin, a 12-ounce cut grilled over charcoal and served with house-made chimichurri. It was everything you hope Wagyu will be, deeply beefy, wonderfully tender, and rich without becoming overwhelming. The chimichurri added brightness without stealing the spotlight. Then came the dish that first caught my attention. The La Reina de la Casa, or "Queen of the House." At first glance, it almost feels designed for social media, a cheese pizza crowned with an enormous grilled octopus. I would be lying if I said that presentation didn't influence my order. Fortunately, this wasn't style over substance. The pizza itself stood on its own with a crisp crust and generous layer of bubbling cheese. The octopus, however, was the reason to order it. It was expertly grilled, tender without a hint of chewiness, and seasoned with a spice blend the server politely described as the chef's secret. Whatever was in that seasoning deserved to remain a secret, because it transformed an already well-cooked octopus into something memorable. Dessert brought things back to the classics with a crème brûlée. The sugar crust cracked cleanly beneath the spoon, revealing a silky vanilla custard underneath. Simple, elegant, and exactly the ending the meal needed. 1910 could have leaned heavily on flashy presentations and premium ingredients. Instead, it paired both with thoughtful execution. That's a far more difficult trick to pull off. Some restaurants earn attention because they're photogenic. The best ones earn repeat visits because the food is every bit as impressive as the photos.

The lighting is dim making it perfect to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, date night, or any other special occasion. We made reservations to celebrate my mom's birthday. We arrived earlier than expected and they accommodated us right away. We wanted to start with the lamb empanadas but they didn't have any so we had the chicken instead. Nonetheless these were just as tasty. We weren't done yet and the second server removed our plates for the bread and appetizers. At this point our main server had passed by several times to ask if we were ready to order. We definitely felt rushed. We ordered two sirloin steak for our entree. My mom and I shared a sirloin and my husband had his own. This was a pretty decent size to share. Unfortunately my husband's cut was not very good as it was very fatty. It wasn't communicated very clearly that the steak came with 2 sides. However, if sharing among 3 people the sides are pretty small and will not be enough. So we went ahead and ordered two more sides. Despite the confusion, this is one of the best steaks we have ever had! We all agreed that it was so flavorful, fresh, and good quality meat. Though they have a preset menu for corporate type events, our boss was generous enough to let us select off the open menu. They even brought one of the desserts with a candle for a colleague's birthday, and took our group's photo. We started with a couple of baskets of buttered herbed Cuban bread and dipping chimichurri, as well as an appetizer sampler including refried beans, fried cheese and tequenos. The fried cheese was served on a little piece of pita bread and is a must try. I also enjoyed the refried bean soup, especially when dipped with plantain chips. As far as my main course, everyone knows how much I love cows! I enjoyed a sizable piece of churrasco, juicy even at medium well, sweet plantains and moros (here they serve it with red beans instead of black beans) and crispy house-made plantain chips. The Tres leches was also very fluffy, with a lot of cream and perfect enough to send me to a nice little after lunch nap. I also washed it down with Cortadito.

Our group consisted of six people celebrating a birthday, and unfortunately the experience was frustrating from beginning to end. After being seated, we waited approximately 30 minutes before our server even greeted our table. When she finally arrived, she took our drink orders, but my drink was brought without the sugar I specifically requested, and my boyfriend's shooter was missing. Before everyone at the table even had a chance to place drink or appetizer orders, the server abruptly turned around and walked away. Roughly 30 minutes later, she returned with my appetizer. As she attempted to leave again, another guest at the table had to stop her in order to place an appetizer order. During that interaction, she asked whether we were ready to order our entrées. We explained that we wanted to wait until the other guest received his appetizer before ordering our meals. At that time, I also requested a water. The server did not return until approximately 15-20 minutes later when the second appetizer arrived, and once again she left immediately afterward without checking on the table or seeing if anyone needed anything else. When she eventually came back, she took our entrée orders and disappeared again. After waiting approximately 30-45 minutes, our food finally arrived. Ironically, this was also when I finally received the water I had requested much earlier. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. Several entrées were only lukewarm when they arrived, as though they had been sitting for some time before being brought to the table. My boyfriend ordered his steak medium, but it arrived well done. The birthday guest ordered a meal that was supposed to include chimichurri sauce, yet the sauce never arrived. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of table service throughout the evening. The server rarely checked on us and never gave us an opportunity to communicate our needs. We were never offered peanuts, drinks were not properly checked, missing items were not noticed, and we had no opportunity to mention that we were celebrating a birthday. I had planned to order a brownie dessert for the birthday guest, but because the server was so unavailable, I never had the chance to tell her. Throughout the evening, I occasionally saw the server elsewhere in the restaurant performing side work. Having previously worked in a restaurant myself, I understand that side work is part of the job. However, it was frustrating to see those tasks being prioritized while our table repeatedly went long stretches without any attention. Eventually, my boyfriend had to send his steak back because it was both incorrectly cooked and cold. At that point, we were so disappointed with the experience that we asked for to-go boxes, packed up our food, and left. One thing that stood out to us was that everyone in our party was over the age of 21 but under the age of 25. I cannot say for certain whether our age influenced the service we received, but we consistently felt dismissed and overlooked throughout the evening. The server's attitude and lack of attention made us feel as though our table simply was not a priority. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I had visited the West Palm Beach Texas Roadhouse location the weekend before and had an amazing experience. I enjoyed it so much that I told my friend all about it, and he specifically wanted to come and experience the atmosphere, service, and overall experience that Texas Roadhouse is known for. Instead, what should have been a fun birthday dinner turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. The excessive wait times, lack of attention from our server, missing items, cold food, incorrectly prepared meals, and inability to communicate even basic requests made for an extremely disappointing visit. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.
